1 Authors introduction/ Prologue
Hey guys my name is Midas. I just wanted to say that this is my first novel on here and would like feedback on my work. If you like it or hate it please let me know what I can do to make the novel better. The thing is I don't know how long the chapters should be because again this is my first novel on here. If you could help me out that would be great.

Ok so here's what I have thought of so far:

Race: Half Devil Half Human
Hair color: Black
Eye color: Red
Father: Lucifer Morningstar (Unknown to her)
Mother: Angel Kingston

The Pirate Queen/King is the most feared and respected pirate in all the 7 seas. The current Pirate King Marcus Creed was sitting on his throne with a cigar in his mouth waiting for the Military to burst in. He found out awhile ago that one of his crew sold him out to the military. He puffed his cigar and let the smoke come out his mouth. His trusted weapons were leaning against his throne.
They were two sabers one black with a serrated edge and the other white with a smooth edge. His black beard had white streaks showing his age. Suddenly his door was kicked in and a bunch of military soldiers came in blocking the entrance. "Took you long enough to show up." Marcus said while puffing his cigar again.
A man with a military uniform walked in he had a white beard with a curly mustache. His yellow eyes looked at Marcus coldly. "Pirate King Marcus "iron hide" Creed you are under arrest for crimes against the world government come peacefully or die doesn't matter to me." The man said while glaring at Marcus. Marcus stayed sitting on his throne watching the men standing in front of his room.
He smiled and puffed his cigar again. "I'd rather die then be taken prisoner by you ass kissing dogs." The man looked at Marcus and pulled a sword from his side. The other soldiers did the same while some had guns drawn. Marcus threw his cigar to the ground and stepped on it.
He got up from his throne and took his jacket that was hanging on his shoulders he threw the jacket to his thrown. His body was covered in scars he cracked his neck and picked up his two sabers. "Do you know why my crew isn't here with me Admiral William." Marcus said while smiling. Admiral William thought of this when he stormed the castle.
Marcus continued "It's because if I am captured or killed then they will be safe from you military dogs." The air started to get tense as the soldiers looked at Marcus. Marcus walked to the middle of the room and stood calmly with his sabers down. The soldiers surrounded him. Admiral William stood at the entrance with his sword drawn watching his men and Marcus.
Marcus smirked and released a bit of his battle intent not wanting to show his full power. Some of the soldiers felt fear but didn't move. One of the soldiers ran towards Marcus and swung his sword. Marcus blocked the sword with his black saber and pushed the soldier back. "Why don't all of you come at me at the same time to make this more fair."
Marcus said as he smiled and laughed. The soldiers looked at him and toward the 3 new figures that just walked into the room. The 3 were none other than the captains of the military. Admiral William called the soldiers back and let the captains go instead. They moved around Marcus.
"So instead of letting me kill your weak soldiers you send in your top 3 how sad." The 3 looked at him and pulled out their weapons. "I suppose introductions are needed I am Captain Kai. That's Captain Roger and the other is Captain Adam. It'll be me and my brother's pleasure to finally kill you."
Kai had brown hair with blue eyes while the other two had brown hair and green eyes. They all moved towards Marcus at the same time swinging and slashing at Marcus. Marcus blocked one sword and dodged another while he calmly studied the Captains. Marcus kept blocking their swords making the sounds of metal on metal ring throughout the room. Suddenly Kai's body started to be covered by lightning as did his brothers bodies.
They moved faster and started leaving cuts on Marcus. Marcus eyes change from calm to serious. His skin starts to become metal and his eyes glow orange. He lets their blades hit him and swings his sabers cutting Adam's leg off. Blood gushed out of where Adam's leg was.
Roger and Kai got angry and started slashing more even though their swords were doing nothing to Marcus. Marcus blocked one of the attacks and grabbed Roger's arm he twisted his arm and swung his sword cutting off Roger's head. The head fell to the floor as blood spilled on the ground from his decapitated body occasionally twitching. Kai stopped attacking and jumped back. Marcus walked up to Adam and picked him up by the throat.
Adam had tears in his eyes. He didn't want to die like Roger. Marcus looked at Kai with a grin and slit Adam's throat with his saber. Kai looked at Marcus with murderous eyes. Marcus looked Kai in the eyes.
"Now do you understand how weak you military dogs are compared to me." Suddenly a sword pierced through him making his face look shocked. He turned his head to see Admiral William holding a high pressured water sword. Admiral William smiled and pulled the sword out. "The military is not weak Marcus we are stronger than we look."
Marcus skin turned back to normal as he spat blood out. William then looked at Marcus and scoffed. "Lend me a hand Marcus." Marcus glared at him but felt extreme pain as William cut his arm off. William told one of the soldiers to send a message to HQ to set up the stage to execute Marcus in front of the whole world.
The next day Marcus was shown in front of the world. Marcus yelled "Who will be strong enough to become the next Pirate King(/Queen) and stand up against these military dogs and find all my treasure that I've hidden! My treasure is hidden somewhere in the Sea of Death good luck finding it!" With that Marcus was killed. His words caused men and women to head out and find his treasure giving launch to the Pirate era.

That's all for the Prologue let me know what you think about it and yes I borrowed some stuff from "One Piece". The next chapter I'll be getting into the real story with Lily Morningstar and her adventure. Once again let me know what to improve and thank you for reading my first chapter.
