266 Of course, a Sacred Guardian’s abode should be special

Of course, Natha knew how to ride a wyvern. Why wouldn't he? He's Natha.

But even if he couldn't, it was alright, because we didn't need to control Vrida. All I needed to do was ask her to take us to our destination, and voila! I might not be able to have a full conversation with her like a true druid, but there was enough bloodline inside me to make sure I could communicate with her well.

"I wouldn't say I'm surprised, but well...you really are a druid," the Vampire Lord commented as Natha lifted me up and put me on Vrida's back.

It was already fitted with a comfortable padded saddle lined with fur for that extra fluffiness, and I already made sure Vrida wasn't uncomfortable with the saddle. Thankfully, it was made of high-quality materials with care and tailored to her size.

"Well, it's also because Vrida is such a good girl," I patted the side of the wyvern's neck, and she let out another deep purr in response. See? A very good girl!
