Chapter 14 : No remorse

" what she broke someone's arm " Grandma Li shouted , she was shaking ,she couldn't believe it why has this wicked girl has brought shame to this family

" Yes it's all over the school forum i tried to talk to her about it but i ..i ..." Li Rong said as tears started flowing acting like she was wronged , she was always good at gaining pity from others .

" No don't cry my dear it's not your fault , okay "

" it's that stupid girl and her mother that's wrong not you , " Grandma Li said comforting the ' pitiful '

" Li Mei get down here right now !!" Li Nanchen roared

Li Nanchen was furious he couldn't believe that this weak niece of his could actually do this he was already at his wits end about the company and now this girl has gone to cause more trouble.

" what is it " Li Mei said glaring at her uncle as she came down the stairs, she was annoyed their shouting had made her almost lose to a really tough hacker luckily she had beaten him .

" is what I'm hearing true ? that you broke the arms of two of your fellow classmates " Li Nanchen Said angrily as he stared at the indifferent Li Mei.

" And so what if i did " Li Mei said crossing her arms with a mocking smile , she didn't find anything wrong in breaking the girls arms to her they got what they deserved.

They all looked at Li Mei in horror as she had admitted to actually doing it and she look like she had a single bit of remorse.

" You evil child how dare you what sort of hell did you come from " Grandma Li shouted

" you see the evil wicked child you have raised " she said as she pointed aggressively at Li Fei

" Mother am sure she had her reasons for doing .. that Li Mei would never hurt anyone without any reason " Li Fei said although she was shocked after hearing Li Mei admitting to it she still believed Li Mei had a reason to do it.

" I don't care about whatever reason she did it...this girl is evil "Grandma Li shouted

" mother don't talk to Li Mei that way " Li Fei said

Grandma Li out of anger charged towards Li Fei and slapped her .Li Mei's face darkened

" how dare you talk back at me !! have you forgotten i am your mother you unfilial child " Grandma Li shouted raising her hand to hit Li Fei again when she was stopped by a hand , It was Li Mei

" Didn't i already warn you to never touch my mother it seems i will have too make that clearer" Li Mei said and with that she pushed her hand and slapped Grandma Li .

Grandma Li was stunned , did she just slap me ?

" aah you wretched girl you slapped me how dare you I'll ..."

" you'll what , you'll try and hit me come on i dare you " Li Mei said with a vicious look in her eyes

Grandma Li wanted to say something but she saw the look Li Mei had on her face she couldn't help but stagger back.

" That's what i thought and about me breaking the arms of those girls they deserve it and Li Rong why didn't you explain to them what they did to me , after all you were the one that sends them to beat me up " Li Mei said

Everyone looked at Li Rong with a confused look,

Li Rong didn't know what to do.

' how did this bitch know i always send them to beat her but it wasn't my fault last time i thought you were dead they went on their own will ' Li Rong thought to herself then she thought of something

Li Rong started crying and went and held Li Mei's hands " Li Mei your my.. my dear beloved cousin why would i send our classmates to beat you up who told you that ? , i would never do anything to hurt you"

She said as more fake tears started droppingfrom her eyes.

Li Mei only rolled her eyes this girl was very good at acting if she didn't know any better she would have actually believed her.

" oh spare me the drama do i look like am stupid ? " Li Mei said as she pushed her hands away ,

" you ...you don't believe me ? ... uwu ~~" Li Rong started crying again ,her plan was too make Li Mei look bad in front of her grandpa that way he would think she's a better option to inherit all his money

Grandpa Li frowned a bit " okay okay that's enough everyone this matter is over since Li Mei has already explained to us , And Li Rong stop crying alright your not a child , Come on woman get off the floor your a noble lady act like it "

And left to go to his room , Grandma Li after mumbling a few words at Li Mei and her mother and followed him to their room.

Li Mei and her mother also went up to their rooms leaving only Li Nanchen , Li Wei and Li Rong .

" mum are we really going to let Li Mei insult like this" Li Rong whined

" it's alright just leave her alone she'll get what's coming to her " Li Wei said gritting her teeth

" Calm down Li Rong your our family's only hope in becoming the successor of the Li family and inheritor to your grandfather's wealth " Li Nanchen said as he patted his daughters shoulders

' Your right dad once i inherit all grandpa's wealth Li Mei will have no choice but to grovel before me '

Li Rong thought to herself but she only nodded to her father she had to keep playing this innocent good child that could do no wrong font in front of her parents and everyone.
