Torture

"That was pretty easy," Ryujin thought. In truth, even though Ryujin's physical body wasn't at its peak, his soul remained as potent as ever.

And since the Lord of Slaughter was merely a remnant of a soul, he was no more significant than an ant to Ryujin.

Ryujin paused for a moment, then stepped out from the realm of consciousness. What he saw then was Kardo, lying at his feet, and Leonah, crying as she covered her torn apart face.

"Pathetic," Ryujin thought to himself as he drew his sword and slashed, severing Kardo's right hand.

''ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh-''

Kardo tried to scream, but had his tongue ripped apart by ryujin.

Without hesitation, Ryujin continued to slice and hack at Kardo's body. He cut off his other hand, causing Kardo to writhe in agony and scream even louder.

But Ryujin was relentless, without any mercy.

With a sadistic grin on his face, Ryujin proceeded to mutilate Kardo's body. He cut off his legs, one by one, making sure to sever each one at the joints.

He then moved on to his organs, slicing them off with precision and ease. Kardo's screams were now nothing but gurgles as he had his tongue cut off too.

But Ryujin was not done yet. He wanted to make sure Kardo would never see, hear, or speak again. So he plucked out his eyes, leaving behind empty sockets that oozed blood and tears. He then cut off his ears, leaving Kardo completely deaf.

''How satisfying'' Ryujin couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as he kicked Kardo to the ground.

And grabbed Leonah by her hair, slamming her face into a nearby rock. Leonah was caught off guard, too lost in her tears over the deep cuts on her face caused by Ryujin's attack.

But he didn't have time to waste, he needed to finish this quickly.

'To be honest, I don't have much time right now,' Ryujin whispered into Leonah's ear as he leaned down towards her.

'So, let's be quick with torturing you.' With a sadistic smile, he ripped her tongue out, causing her to scream in agony. He relished in the sound, knowing that it was just the beginning of her pain.

Moving methodically, Ryujin slowly cut off Leonah's fingers, one by one. He took his time, savoring each moment as he watched her writhe in pain. He did the same with her legs and arms, cutting them off at the joints and leaving her helpless and bleeding on the ground.

But Ryujin wasn't done yet. He plucked out her eyes, leaving her in complete darkness, and then cut off her ears, leaving her unable to hear anything but her own screams.

Ryujin sighed as he looked around at the blood-soaked ground. 'Too much time here,' he thought to himself. He couldn't help but feel a sense of disappointment at the lack of a proper container for the blood.

'Tch,' he muttered under his breath.

'It's a pity I don't have something to store this blood in, or it might have been useful to me,' he mused as he leapt over a branch of a nearby tree and began to jump on the branches of other trees.

As he made his way through the dense forest, Ryujin couldn't help but reflect on his actions towards Kardo and Leonah.

In the past, he would have relished the opportunity to torture their souls and bodies for thousands of years, But right now he isn't at his peak.

After what felt like hours of searching, Ryujin finally reached his destination.

'It should be somewhere around here,' he thought as he jumped onto the tallest tree in the area, scanning the surroundings for what he was looking for. 'Found it,' he exclaimed triumphantly.

What he had found was a teleportation gate, one of the many scattered throughout the dungeons of this world.

Despite his impressive martial arts skills and powerful abilities, Ryujin knew that he couldn't fully utilize them in his current mortal body. 

With a determined stride, Ryujin made his way towards the massive stone door that guarded the teleportation gate.

It stood at an impressive 50 feet tall and 25 feet wide, a testament to the power of the dungeons in this world.

Although his initial plan had been to conquer this dungeon and claim its treasures, Ryujin now had a new plan in mind, Which would benefit him more.

As Ryujin emerged from the teleportation portal, he was immediately greeted by the flashes of cameras from dozens of news reporters.

'It might be more fun than expected,' he thought with a sly grin.
