Fear

The Farloco moved first, dropping its staff toward Emelda. Raiden swiftly collides into her, both of them hitting the ground yards away as the tree shakes the earth. More trees creak and fall as the creature steps out of the treeline, long boney arm swinging towards them, black claws slashing the road and their campfire as it nears.

Raiden let's out a slight growl, leaping into the air with Emelda. Lightning flickers before he releases a bolt at the beast. The bolt dances over the beast's leathery skin, not seeming to affect it. "Of course." Raiden clicks his tongue as they land away from it.

"It looks pretty sturdy too." She glances at where her spear had fallen.

"Get it." He hisses, drawing his sword with a flicker of lightning. "I'll try to cleave this bastard open."
