A Special Tower

 A knock came on the door that morning, Rainer was the one to answer. His call caught Emelda's ear and she joins him in time to greet the Prince. 

 "Hello… I heard you visited my father… And then everything caught fire after you left." He smiles tightly but the poor guy was clearly exhausted. 

 "... Come inside. We have your room ready." Emelda says feeling guilty for his condition. She guides him upstairs, running into Milo at the top. The Jester pauses at the sight of the prince, seeming to become wary.

 "Um…" 

 "It's okay Milo, the prince is a friend." She assures him. 

 "... Alright." Milo nods, moving out of the way. 

 "Ah good. The Jester is alive." Glenn sighs in relief as they go on to his room. "Father usually hires them just for a show to kill…" He murmurs. 

 "... Can't you just take his spot? He'll die at this rate." She huffs. 

 "Please…" He frowns uneasily. She groans at that. "I know… I'm sorry." He sighs.
