Chapter Ten: Murder

"Can you believe that guy? He's a fucking retard and how dare he say he's going to win. When we are obviously the strongest team here." Matteo said in a chair while drinking a soda.

"Stop complaining about that guy. We will see how strong they are in a minute. Their fight is up next right about now." Anna said as she looked at a monitor that displayed the stage.

On the platform, The announcer, Clarence's deck, and a deck of ten people were standing around waiting for the go-ahead. One of the people on the deck of ten was smiling.

" Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the second round!!! It will be a deck vs deck battle. It showcases a deck's teamwork and skills. Now for our first contestants! The demonstrative Deck Clarence vs. Deck Dean! The following mates are going to be Deck Brailey vs. Deck Jac and Deck Orion vs. Deck Kalet." The announcer said energetically. " Now a few words from the Kings of each deck."

The announcer handed the mice over to the man with a smile on his face. " Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this tournament and fight this weaken team. I don't know if this is insult or blessing but, I will win this fight, thank you." The man said as he handed the mice back.

"Umm, Your welcome?" The announcer said confusedly as he handed the mice to Clarence.

" You may think we are weakened but, we are stronger than ever before," Clarence said with a light growing in his eyes of determination as he handed the announcer the mice.

" Will I guess without further ado. Let's the fight begin in 3...2...1...GO!!!" The announcer said as he jumped off the platform.

Each member of the decks leaped back to get some distance on their opponents. The only people who didn't move were the man and Clarence.

" So I'm guessing your name is Dean right?" Clarence asked smiling.

" Yeah, you can say that. So are we just going to stay here talking or are we going to fight?" Dean said releasing his spiritual energy trying to overwhelm Clarence. Clarence had a smirk on his face and started to walk straight into the spiritual energy. Clarence had a red aura cover his body from the spiritual energy. Clarence was right next to Dean now and grabbed Dean by the neck. The surge of spiritual energy stopped. The stadium begins to cheek. Dean was trying to release Clarence's hold on his neck. Clarence just gripped him harder, choking him. Dean begins to slow as Clarence lift him off the ground by his neck with one hand. The stadium goes silences as Dean stopped struggling. He has died but Clarence didn't release him. Dean's eyes started to roll back as his eyes sockets begin to bleed. Clarence held his grip as blood came from every opening on his hand. Then pop. His head exploded with blood going everywhere. The rest of his body dropped to the ground. Blood was Clarence's face. With the hand, he choked Dean with, he wiped the blood off his face.

" I hope killing wasn't against the rules. He was just getting on my nerves." Clarence said with a twisted smile. Everyone on Dean's deck was terrified and were trembling. Clarence noticed this and step towards them.

" Sir, do you want me to kill the rest of his deck? " A guy with black hair, red eyes, and pale skin said.

" No, that would make people think that there are only two people strong on this deck if the second strongest person were to come and kill the rest. Let Oki do it since she is the weakest out of all of us" Clarence said calmly.

A girl with long brown hair and brown eyes walks forward. " Umm... Yes, sir, I'll try my best." Oki said as she walked over to the deck. Oki started to release her spiritual energy as she bites her finger making her finger bleed then she puts the blood on her other hand's palm. Then she puts her hand on the ground as she kneels. " Blooded spikes!!!" Oki said as giant red spikes of blood erupted from the ground killing Dean's deck instantly.

" The Winner is Deck Clarence!!! This is a phenomenal turn of events we have two king level decks. I hope you enjoy the fight. We will return for another fight tomorrow." The announcer said shocked.

In the Deck Orion waiting room. Everyone is looking at the monitor of the platform seeing giant spikes of blood.

" Son of a bitch, How can we be so stupid," Matteo said as he looked at the monitor.

" Don't lump me in with you," Anna said as she was looking at her phone.

Everyone else was silent.

Biru looked at the monitor. He was looking at Clarence the king. I don't know why but he seems like a threat. A very powerful one at that. Biru thought as he looked at Clarence and his deck walked into the waiting area.
