1 The Changing Earth

The year 2200 Earth had been warring for centuries long, making the already weak planet weaker. Nuclear radiations produced by the nuclear warfare made the once greenish surface of the earth to wither.

Several centuries passed the world war stopped. Every country leaders declared cease-fire towards each other. The pointless warfare brought doomsday towards mankind, how can they initiate war when there are raging tornados frequently dominating the lands, the uproar of sandstorms, and the piercing sun rays. Even the seas are not safe, hazardous waste caused by sunken warships and humans' negligence towards nature destroyed the salt waters. These natural calamities occurred every now and then. This decreased the population of humanity greatly.

In the midst of chaos, the hidden Great Powers compose of organizations, corporations and sects made their move. For how many years they kept hidden their identity from the masses, they decided to reveal their selves to gather manpower, members, or disciples. They took control of each continent, waiting for something big to happen.

Many citizens don't know why these groups of people are doing these things. The death rate is continuously rising, other than helping each other they conquered continents. What's wrong with this people? Nobody can answer this question. Only God knows what they are up to.

They kept their agendas hidden very well. But some weeks passed, they leaked a shocking revelation, the Linked Realms.

Linked Realms, are seven realms interconnected to each other in a large circular space. These seven realms are the original habitat of the ancient ancestor. These things were kept hidden by this group of people. By manipulating the masses to wage war to each and every country to destroy the lands by earth-shattering bombs in order to break the seals that kept the Seven Realms. As the time passes the seals are slowly loosening.

Why did our true world is sealed? Not even the great powers know. They had only read ancient records, stating that our world once known as Linked-Realms was sealed by a Being, using seven giant lands as seals to each Realm. Using the giant lands to encapsulate the realms to a circular space which holds the seals, transforming into the round planet which we now called Earth.

The Great powers occupied the seven continents. They did not clash with one another. The Great Powers cooperate in conquering the continents. Due to the lack of manpower, the Great Powers take the citizens of the continents they have conquered.

Rich people? They can only laugh if they think they can pay with money to be part of the selected citizens. The Great powers only take citizens with capabilities. Athletes, soldiers, businessmen even ordinary people as long they have excellent skills are accepted readily. To those who are not fortunate enough can just curse their luck for not being capable.

5 years passed by like a passing breeze. The Great Powers build stable stronghold that can protect them from razing natural calamities, even nuclear radiations can't enter a single inch inside their stronghold. Every people part of the Great powers were living a life of comfort while those that are not chosen, well some died, some strive. The patience of the Great powers where like unmovable mountains. They patiently waited for God knows how long. The natural calamities are at its peak. The population of the humanity is continuously rising, but only to the citizens that are assimilated by the Great Powers. What about the Forsaken people? The Great Powers have already forgotten about them.

For how many years of waiting, the seven seals finally broke down. Strong earthquakes, tsunamis as high as a hill, volcanic eruptions and thunderstorms, all calamities that the humanities know are wreaking havoc on earth. Cracks appeared in every corner in the earth. Scorching lava was overflowing in every crack. But there are parts of it that were not affected by the series of earthquakes. These parts are where the Great powers occupy.

The stones, mountains, a hectare of lands, and the bodies of water slowly float above the surface of Earth. Outside the strongholds of the Great Powers become a zero gravity zone. A lot of people are mesmerized by this event, not even the Great Powers are exempted.

The areas where the Great Powers occupy are not affected by this catastrophe, it's like there is a force field holding them making them stay put to the ground. These grounds are the gateway to the Seven Realms.

The circular space covering the earth expanded 2 times its originals size. The seven gateways slowly separate itself from Earth. The seven gateways slowly floated to the different places inside the circular space.

When the seven gateways stopped moving, a vortex spun by the seven gateways. Out of nowhere, seven colossal lands revealed its might. The seven colossal lands owned one of the seven gateways.

A green luster welcomed the eyes of humanity. They can't believe what they saw. Rich and lively forest, massive waterfalls, lakes, there are even oceans in every realm. This defied everything science has there to offer an explanation. Hurray for the flat Earthers, they struck the jackpot this time. Although this really not the Earth, but the realms are literally flat not like the round Earth. Well, let's stop this shit here it would well make things more complicated.

Every single person prepared their selves to transfer to the newly appeared realms. The machinery was ready to move. Each and every one of the Great powers started to pack things up and start to build their own stronghold again in the seven realms.

But after they could start moving, a loud rumbling was heard by every person. The debris from the old Earth was moving, large landmasses are colliding with each other producing a more massive land. The floating bodies of water are being assimilated by the massive landmass and become its ocean or its lakes. After a series of rumbling and crashing, a land as large as the colossal lands of the seven realms showed itself to the center of the realms.

All the debris floating in the circular space slowly combined to the land making the eighth realm. This shock the Great Powers, there is no eighth realm in the ancient records that they had read. This is out of their expectations.

Near the gateways, the rest of the debris slowly form each other into a structure. What made them startle is that in the structure there is a vortex spinning like a whirlpool. This whirlpool is becoming a portal. They don't know the reason why is this happening. Everything that is happening cannot be explained by science any longer, this is just a defiance of physics. In the eighth realm in the center part of the eighth realm, seven structures with vortex swirling at the center also erected.

The each of the Great powers in each realm sends people inside their respective portals. These portals in each gateway lead to the eighth realm, and the seven structures in the eighth realms also lead to the gateway of the Seven Realms.

This happens like a flash of light, but this is still not the end of the rise of the Seven Realms. Suddenly an extraordinary scene happens, all the higher executives of this Great Powers eye lit up. This extraordinary scene is what they most awaited for.

An apparition appeared out of nowhere. This apparition is in human form, enshrouded with brilliant colors. It pointed its finger to the heavens. All colors from its body condense in one finger. A ray of colorful light emitted from the finger, the light soared across the heavens. After that, deafening boom reached the seven realms. All people can clearly see a colorful rainfall across each realm. The people, beast, plants, the earth, and water everything in the realms receive a baptism by the colorful rain nothing is exempted even the souls that are not visible to the naked eye receive this as well. After the scene, the apparition completely vanishes. Even the colorful rain stopped falling from the sky.

When the rain stops falling, something magical happened. They don't know who the one who first screamed was but after that, every citizen joined in chorus. Fire blazing, endless water dripping, tree branched growing, electricity sparking, and many other changes occur in some body parts of the citizens. This event cause panic to every citizen.

The Great Powers takes charge and controlled the panic and calms the citizens down. This was also stated in the ancient records. They immediately explained that this rain was the seeds of the Linked Realms returning the Spirit Forms to the inhabitant of the realms. This Spirit Form is part of a something's soul. This enables the bearer of a Spirit Form to control and manipulate the dormant spiritual elements of the surroundings.

Everyone was shocked by this, they were like dreaming. This was a dream of a lot of people, to have the power to protect their self and their loved ones. Being in a warring era, the strong was the only one allowed to live, this opportunity was a chance for that bellow the society to stand up at the top of humanity. The citizens in each realm look in awe; they kneeled to the ground and kowtow to give thanks to the apparition for the blessing which had been given to them, they were also giving thanks to their ancient ancestor, and the religious individuals thanked their respective Gods.

Everything returned to normal after the events that have occurred during the appearance of the apparition. Now the Earth is no more, there is only the Linked Realms. Civilians and each of the Great Powers entered their respected realms living to a new world they have.

Several years later, a lot of strongholds were erected. Every group in the Great powers that are much powerful built their own stronghold, while those that are not that strong stayed to the group they supported. When they had settled in building their own civilization, the Great powers in each realm sends satellites to the space to have communication towards each other. When communication is functional towards each realm, they talked about what they should do to the eighth realm. They have a series of meetings and agenda. After their discussion and clearing their misunderstanding, they decided to send representatives as Governors to the eighth realm.

Each Governor of the representing realms will have a city in which they are responsible for taking charge of the portal to their respective realms. They are afraid that unknown individuals might enter their realms. They needed to secure their own portals to be safe.

They also discussed a plan of making a Union Market in order to make a trade with other realms. Business is always there, trading has rooted to every human being that is why marketing will always continue. The machine, new technologies, and supplies that only other realms can offer will be traded.

Just in twenty years, the Governors completed their task. They built walls as tall as the mountains in their respective cities. They lead their manpower to take their own portal and place it in the center of their cities. Seven Cities, each protected by seven huge walls. If one will be able to fly above the skies, they will notice that the seven cities are like flower petals. The center of the seven flower petals is where the Union Market stands. The Union market was called Seven Realms Union Market. By the combined effort of the seven realms, the Union Market was finished faster than the seven cities.

Now in the present day, the eighth realm has two major places, the Seven Petal Cities, and the Seven Realms Union Market. Outside the cities looked like the same old Earth. Ruins scattered everywhere you looked at.

Far away from the Seven Petal Cities was a tall mountain. This tall mountain was once recognized as the tallest mountain on Earth, Mount Everest. Large holes can clearly be seen if a person has a telescope and the holes are not covered with snows. In the center of the mountain, a large tube with a lens that can be seen from afar. This large tube is a large telescope from an observatory, that is used to observe the stars but now, it was not pointed above the skies.
