The girl arrived floating in a basket, through the black waters of Xingu (important brazilian river), as if she had been sent to them by gods. Her skin was bright white, like the Moon, and her hair was shiny yellow, like the Sun. When the indian that was fishing caught sight of the basket and examined what was inside, he ran as fast as he could back to the tribe. He shouted that the sun and the moon had sent them a special gift. Soon all Tupis (brazilian indians) had the word about the daughter of the sun and the moon that was sent in for them to take care as if she was one of them too.

This special girl was name Inca-Mair, a name that combined both meanings, "little flower" and "white person". As she grow up, she always stood out among the rest of the tribe, not only by the difference of her skin and hair, but also by her courage and stubbornness. There was nothing she feared for and nothing she wouldn't do. She was an explorer and whenever she could embark on the forest, there she went, regardless the will of her indian parents of heart and soul.

Her eyes were fierce and chanceful. If one looked at those clear blue irises for a long time, some would say that the whole universe could be seen in there. After all, she was the daughter of the Sun and the Moon.

When she turned five, her adoptive parents had twins: Cauê (bird of prey), the firstborn boy, and Ipê (ipe tree), the youngest of the family, a cute little boy. It was love at first sight! And she sweared to the gods that she would protect them, whatever it cost.

Since she was two and started walking and adventuring by the thickets around, and until she turned ten, Inca-Mair had already killed pigs, snakes and even a jaguar. And Cauê was no different. He had inherited some of this wild spirit from his sister, however he was more cautious, especially the times when she proposed some dangerous game or some move that was not recommended by their parents. On the other hand, Ipê was the fear itself. And so, very well protected by the siblings. They loved the innocence of the young man, therefor were always very affectionate about it, hugging and kissing him a lot.
