1 Prologue

The red flames of the fire was spreading wildly, being fanned by the breeze. The place which once used to be a city bustling with people, was reduced to a gravesite within just one night. A dark, slender, girlish figure was seen walking slowly and silently in an alleyway. In the darkness, the figure seemed like a shadow of a ghost. She stopped and looked up at the sky, which was almost covered by smoke.

"When I was a child, I aspired to become the protagonist of a certain story, the protagonist who will save this country from chaos and madness. But the world didn't cooperate with me. I was hurt again and again until the scars were etched deep into my mind. Then I decided to become the antagonist instead. Strangely it was easy. But still why does it hurt so much? I am insensitive to pain now but I feel like I have lost a major part of myself. What am I feeling now? I don't know… I can't tell what this feeling is.." She was lost in thoughts."I heard that at the end of the story the antagonist always dies..When will my story end? The moon seems so dark.. I want someone to bring light to the moon and end this darkness. I want this story to end."

"AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! T-THE D-DEMON IS H-HERE….. S-SOMEONE HELP ME… " Her line of thoughts was interrupted by a sharp scream. A man was standing in front of the figure, trembling in fear.

"Hmmm.. you almost gave me a heart attack. Why are you screaming like that? "

" N-NO! DON'T COME NEAR ME!! "

"Are you afraid of me? " She walked towards the man. The man tried to run backwards but stumbled upon something and fell.

"You know, I am really tired. I want to rest in peace. All I wanted from you was a little cooperation, but you people didn't even want to listen to me. And now I have become too impatient to listen to you people."

"Please!! Spare my life… I beg you!! "

"You want to live? But why? " She asked expressionlessly.

"B-Because I want to see my family!! "

"Really? But I lost my family a long time back. So your family members will be alive even without you. You are not needed. " The shadow pointed it's finger towards the man and the next moment the man found a large hole at the middle of his chest. Blood started pouring down from it. The man fell backwards with his eyes wide open in shock.

"Soooo he died.. heh.. hehehehHEH..HAH.. HAHAHAHAHA… HAHH.. IT'S SO AMUSING..hah......................yet...why am I crying? " Water was rolling down from both of her eyes uncontrollably.

On that day, a devil was born. No, rather an angel was converted to a devil. And the story of the life of this angel started some years back…
