The Night of Love Chapter - 2

"Why are you following me?" Her words felt sharper with her stiller breath and her eyes had the aquiline emotions. She went with her leering at Lucas, then he moved his lips.

"Actually I live here, I'm new here," her brow relaxed and her barbaric state died.

"Oh I'm so sorry, please go on,"

"No worries," his frail fingers fumbled with the door's knock, then he unlocked it.

"So I'm just gonna go." His vestige self went away as soon as he said those words, she nodded to him with the lively grace and the refinement of worries. He walked inside then let the door swing up. He stayed attached to the wall with a smile arriving on his cheeks. Never was he pummeled by the thought of belied by his words but this time he was crowned with it and yet it was a great moment in his life, at least now she'd got to know that he existed and that's made him smile. He walked to the wall that attached her room with his, stitched his ears to it, the silence had permeated her room, there were no words of her or her humming flying, he remembered her cry, yet he'd expected her to be cheery without even knowing her personally, but then the phone turned alive, and her comely voice shifted into the haze.

"Hello Mama," her voice felt the hardened times running through the aroma of cry.

"No, no I'm fine, it's just my head, it hurts, wha—? No, I'm not coming back, I'm completely fine in here and I'm happy as well, don't worry about me!" Then he felt the thumping rage of her as the phone fell flat against his ears, the swarthy vide rummaged through, he walked away then fell on his quilt and swam into his sleep.

When he woke up and lift the curtains away, he saw the sea flying its wave before him joyously and a kid and an old man settled on a beach.

"Listen, Lucas," The old man said, "You need to gather yourself up,"

"I'm fine Gramp, I'm all fine,"

"No, you're not okay!" He saw the rage peeking out through Grandpa's eyes.

"You can't just go and make a mess in school," his voice stuck with the forlorn of his heart.

"But they keep making fun of me because I don't have my parents,"

"Well ignore them, their words don't matter to you, you can't just ruin your school life just because of them and I can't just come to your school every fuckin time, you don't know how hard it is to raise a kid alone," Lucas sat still, feeling perplexed and stressed by his words that he couldn't will himself to say anything.

"Gramps, can I ask one thing?" At last, he piled up his courage.

"What is it?"

"Can you tell me where my parents are?" Gramps held his arm with the great profound of abruptness and the rage was still rummaging inside his eyes but it was no trifle for him, all he wanted was the answer.

"Lucas don't you ever dare to mention them in front of anyone, you understand?"

"But why?" He spoke with agitation and unnecessary earnestness. Gramps noticed his glinted eyes, the tears.

"Gramps, all I need is an answer, where are they?" Gramps hugged him then spoke with perplexingly strange circumstances.

"Oh dear, I'll tell you one day but now, not now."

The ocean was a view for him to catch, he didn't know it was behind his apartment, he opened the window and let the breeze run through his face and his body. Then he heard a knock, then the utterance of her smiled, he rushed and opened the door.

"Hi," she said, her eyes had those little fumes that were as attractive as they could be, nothing immodest yet he'd felt her modest at that time.

"Can I use your mobile? Mine just died and my charger isn't working well, I really need to call someone right now," her eyes had those little meagre things, those were still pretty attractive.

"Yeah sure, wait here," he walked inside, his fanciful had completely absorbed him, his fingers got a hold of his phone then he walked to the door.

"Here take this,"

"Thank You so much," she walked away, he stood there surveying her gait and her actions that were free from her own apparition, she went to the edge of the hallway, as she picked up the phone to her ears, her lips started blabbering, her hands moved with the brisk of the wind, she was in an argument, her fingers repelled through her golden hair, she ended her oppressive conversation then she was now coming closer to the sultry Lucas.

"Here, Thanks once again." He took the phone then without saying anything, he shut the door closed, her gaily voice was long gone and it made him wearisome. Minutes after the sudden meeting with her went down his throat, he'd come to the assert that she wasn't perfect in any way, she'd had some discomfiture and piteously traits that were making its effect onto his fervid towards her but still it wasn't enough to turn his perpetual feelings to transitory. He'd stayed at the door then looked at the call logs, he did think of calling the number but instead he'd decided to leave it and add it to his contacts, the breeze rushed in once again and his inclination was to just go and feel the wind and yet he'd decided to listen to the walls, to find the reason behind inexplicable frustrated mood, as his ears touched the wall his overthinking self returned with a triumphant over his mind as he heard her phone ringing. Then he heard her voluble narrative.

"Uh this fuckin piece of shit, the screen's all white!"

"Fuckin bastard!" Her words flew around,

"Why are you calling me!?"

"I don't want to meet you," Lucas stayed still, hearing all, he could not do anything much.

"Ah shit, fuck!"

"Don't you even try to come here," His fingers were sweaty, and her colloquial rage wasn't new for him, he'd had been used to this type of rage.

"What? you're already here?" His feet held the tightened grip than before.

"If you try to come here in my room then I'm gonna frickin kill you, I'm not even kidding, I don't wanna see your face!" Then Lucas heard the doorbell.
