PROLOGUE

Driiinnnggg!!!! Driiiinnnggg!!!!

I woke up to the loud sound of my alarm ringing in my ear. I yawned and turned it off and I checked the time only to find out that it was 7:30 am. I dashed into Maya's room shouting her name to wake her up.

"wake up Maya, we are late"; I shouted.

Maya sat up and checked the time and jumped out of the bed.

"oh my gosh"; Maya exclaimed and dashed into her bathroom. I left her room to freshen up. I hurried downstairs for breakfast and I met Maya downstairs eating.

"They are not at home Bethany, They've gone to work"; Maya said referring to Mom and Dad.

" Don't care"; I snapped.

" I just told u 'cause you can be dumb sometimes"; She said while smirking.

" Maya"; I said threateningly.

"what now"; Maya snapped.

"let's get going we are late"; I said.

"Whatever"; Maya said.

We both went outside the house and entered my car and I zoomed off. Oh, I forgot to introduce myself.

My name is Bethany stone. Am tall and slim with green eyes and jet-black hair. Am 18 years old. I will let Maya do the honors of introducing herself.

My name is Maya stone. I will probably be tall in the future but for now, am average in height and slim with green eyes and jet-black hair. Am 15 years old.
