"Your face is like an open book," Dimitri added, waiting for her to get out of the car.

"Men have been trying too hard to read women for so long since the dawn of time, Dimitri. That's why I don't date anymore. Because they are trying their best to know me before even knowing the real me."

"No other man shall ever touch you, Blanca." He said with a pause.

She rolled her eyes and smirked at him. She was the type of woman who never let her man think she was nothing but annoying; she knew Dimitri would eventually tell her everything, but for now, she would annoy the hell out of him.

"You do not own me."

He sighed, watching the guards outside. "I don't want anyone touching you. They will think that you are just an ordinary she-demon and they will take advantage of you."
