"What manner of allegation have you brought before my table, Agatha?" Hearing him ask her this, the Princess then stopped a second to sniff into her kerchief in hand before putting it down from her face completely to have her respond to him. 

"Do you really think that I have just now said this because of my spite for your choice maiden!?" Briceus poked his eyes deeper into her soul whilst she said this because how evident was her hate for Elizabeth. "Your Lordship, should you think so lowly of me even in this case wherein I am saying the truth? I assure you that I even had a falling out with my betrothed over that girl before."
