Chapter 4: Practical lesson

Early in the morning was Asha, Tasha and me having tea with a bun and talking about magic. Tasha was helping me catch up with just an oral lesson. We finished taking tea and continued our normal. The practical lesson was to start around 3:00pm to 5:00pm so no one rushed.

Six hours later, we had lunch, talked and talked before hearing the bell ringing. We walked towards the training ground, entered the perimeter wall and then removed our bracelets.

Since we are prisoners, the electric wall of the training ground was like a reverse. Since we had to train with our powers, here we use the pass key which is the bracelet then you enter the perimeter but these bracelets were different from the ones like that Layla had. For these, you enter then remove it but you can by no means pass through the perimeter wall without the bracelets so after we are done training, we wear them and then get out.

We sat on the ground as we waited for Tr. Zion to enter class. 10 minutes later, I had even fallen asleep and I was sleeping on Tasha's lap. She immediately woke me up the moment Tr. Zion entered class.

"Hello everyone... As you know today we're having a practical lesson and after the particle control topic, you're going to be separated according to your magic rank like Ice stars will learn alone, fire stars alone and also water stars will learn alone just like that.

She spoke for a few minutes as she demonstrated. She was a water star just like Tasha and Layla. I was now nervous like how many fire stars are here. I might be the only one here like the Aljazera had released the estimated number and grouping of the stars and the estimated number of the fire stars in the whole world is 134. Looking at the population of the people in the world estimated as +9 billion, this was a very small number but whatever destiny brings.

What Layla failed to do was done by Luna's teacher. The lady separated water circles into smaller particles until to the smallest. They were all amazed as they watched her demonstrate and then she called out Asha. As soon as Asha heard her name, she stood up immediately and walked to the practice place where Tr. Zion was standing.

"Concentrate on forming a small castle there. Everything is on you now" Tr, Zion gave instructions showing her where to put the foundation. It was definitely on the cut tree that was set there as a practice place. Asha tried her best. Controlled her mind and summoned the spirit of concentration. It didn't take long before a small ice castle was formed. Asha wiped the cold sweat that had started forming on her forehead.

"Now suck it up!" She said suck it up. She didn't mean get a straw and suck it up like a coca-cola soda. What she wanted was Asha to suck up the castle with her magic just like reversing magic.

I was amazed as I saw a frost surrounding Asha's hands as she tried to suck the castle up. Slowly by slowly the frost disappeared together with the castle. Everyone clapped their hands as another girl called Grie came in front.

The security of the reverse electric wall tightened as the computer was saying, "Warning❗ Warning❗the security has been set to advanced mode. No contact with the wall should be done" We all looked at Tr. Zion with confused look asking for an explanation.

"Just tightened the security for her lesson" That's all she could say before she suddenly wore an astronaut suit after simply pressing the button on her belt of the previous outfit. It's like she was preparing to go to space.

"Oh My God! I inwardly shouted as I realized that Grie is a space star/transportation, transportation to planets. I don't know what happened but I suddenly grew high respect towards Grie like for God's sake space. That is so cool.

In a few minutes, Tr. Zion was nolonger in our sight. Grie managed to transport her after a few fails.

On a sudden planet, Tr. Zion was. On seeing the mesmerizing red color of the planet, she could tell that she was on Mars. She couldn't believe it. Grie has finally managed to bring her to this beautiful planet. After admiring, she remembered she had to go back to earth. She tapped on what seemed like a watch on her wrist and it sent a signal to Grie to bring her back.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 seconds pass but Grie fails to bring Tr. Zion back. Oh no. This was not good. We would be happy if Tr. Zion didn't come back since it would give us a chance to escape but for this case if she really didn't come, we would be in serious trouble because of the electric wall. She set it to standard security what you may be calling secondary security and now we had to pray Grie brings her back alive.

Grie tried again but this time she transported Tr. Zion to another planet. And guess what? Jupiter where no life is supported and soon Tr. Zion's suit started warning her. Due to the conditions on Jupiter, Tr. Zion was running out of oxygen in her suit and her suit was starting to get some damages due to the pressure exerted on it.

Time passed and in our eyes, we finally got to see Tr. Zion again. Grie had managed to bring her back though she was not in good condition. This applied to Grie also. She had used a lot of her power to bring Tr. Zion back so she immediately got weak and also fell down.

Out of nowhere in the crowd came a girl called Eve. With a simple contact with Grie and Tr. Zion's skin, they started getting better I guess she was a heal star. This was a powerful yet unnoticed power rank. Almost everyone underestimated heal stars because they could not see their importance in the upcoming war. They left out one thing, heal stars heal and in a few minutes Tr. Zion and Grie were better. Thank goodness like for real what was Tr. Zion thinking. Putting her life in a student's hands? I can't imagine what would happen to us if Tr. Zion died today.

After this obvious but unexpected incident, Tr. Zion dismissed class. That was the lesson for today but what I learnt is to never trust people with you. It's dangerous.

It's so obvious when Asha, Tasha and me went back to our room, we started conversing about today's weird and crazy lesson. What else can we say. We are women and this is what we do.

Before deciding to publish The Dangerous Woman online, I was writing it in note books since they were accessable like in my school phones aren't allowed so then I try to rewrite the book on web novel. My friends of course started reading my books and I sincerely appreciate them for the support and courage they have given me to continue writing this book but during the process of giving out the books (they were many in volumes. something like 5 volumes of TDW) Someone lost volume one which I had not yet finished publishing here.
