Shielder's Awakening

Maple didn't expected to woken up in a dark tight space since she accepted the quest and she can't get out in this box.

"Uuwaah, to think I was transported in a coffin." Exclaimed Maple as she suddenly hear someone.

"Darn, people will come soon! I have to wear the uniform, fast... Ngggh!!" the high pitch voice said out of breath from trying lifting the coffin lid open who Maple stuck in.

"This lid is too heavy." The voice growled in frustration until an idea came to its mind. "Time for... my secret move!"

'Yay! This stranger will get me out in this coffin and those fire will never hurt me anyway since I max out my defence.' Thought Maple happily as the lid blown off with mass of blue fire.

"Yata I'm free now thank you! etto...Tanuki-san?" Said Maple happily as she saw who her savior was a grey creature with wide blue eyes looking at her. She could see the creature's ears were on fire, and its tail resembling a devil's pitchfork.

"Who are you calling a tanuki?!" The creature yelled in rage. "I am the Great Grim!"

"Is that so great Gurimu?" As she clapped her hands happily and she asked,"Do you want something from me since you helped me before as thank you?"

Grim looked at her in disbelief and shaked his head,"Gimme you clothes human or other wise I will roast you up!"

'Ehh?! My clothes?!' Shoked Maple as she noticed that she wears a purple robe and a screen appeared in front of her.

Ceremonial robe gives you MP+ 50 and INT+20. Status effect nothing

'Mmm It doesn't hurt to give it to Grim thought since I can change into my Armor of Black of Roses' As she tapped on the screen. She changed her clothes as the Ceremonial robe apeared in her hands and give it to Grim.

He looked so shocked that she quickly change her clothes in a bright light as she wears a black suit of armor with red accents. It has a crest of a flower, an image of a rose, on the armor's chest piece. The armor's focus points of durability are the gauntlets, shin guards, boots and breastplate. Her forearms are predominantly bare, as well as her upper thighs.

Red mesh fabric covers the least protected parts of her body, but some skin remains exposed. Her armor descends into a cloak-like drape with a dark exterior and red underside.

"Here you go!" As Maple give him the Ceremonial robe. He was still was frozen that the human give him those robes freely.

That...went a lot easier than Grim was expecting. He stares at the human, mouth slightly agape.

The robes fit him far bigger than it did on the human, though that does not deter Grim as he pumps his paw into the air. "Success!!"

"You look so cute!!"awed Maple as he looked so cute in those big robes."Well then I'm going. See you then great Grim."

As she slowly leaves the room to slow in Grims liking. As he watches her leaving the room.

"Such a slow human who will ever care about that person!"He huffs out, his ears twitching in response to his emotions.

Maple walks slowly down in the empty hallways from an empty classroom, to an empty courtyard, to finally, a library.

"Woah, It looks like a magic school!" Said Maple cheerfully with stars in her eyes."To think this world called Twisted Wonderland gives a different vibe in the game NewWorldOnline. It's more like a different world but I still have my equipment, skills, Syrup and stats thought since I can't log out that means my real body is also transported here in me." Said to herself in depressed tone and shake it of her head.

'It's not the time to get depressed I should better asked someone where I exactly am maybe I should talked to this tall man with horns who is still in library.'

"U-uhm excuse me?" As Maple tried to talk to the tall person.

The well said person who had green eyes has very pale skin, silky, raven locks framing his face and going down to rest at his shoulders and slightly past them. And it looked like he was wearing a...uniform of sorts. It looked like a three-piece suit: a white dress-shirt beneath a green vest that matched his eyes, a striped tie, a black jacket, and black slacks. And the suit lapels, including the edges of the green vest, seemed to be lined with golden thread. He was taller than Maple.

'So handsome...' Thought Maple and blushed lightly as the tall man looked at her in curiousity.

"Yes, man of child?" As the man with horns studies her what she was wearing.

'Why is she wearing a armor at school and more importantly she is a girl in all boys school what is she doing here?'

"Do you know where I am mr.horns?" As she covered her mouth in embarassed,"Am sorry I called you mr.horns since I didn't know you name!"

Her whole face was totally pink and the man in horns laughed lightly how cute this human was.

'To think this man of child doesn't know where she is and doesn't know who I am. Truly interesting.'

"I don't mind If you keep call me mr.horns and to answer your question you are in Night Raven College a all-boys school in Twisted Wonderland. Today is the entrance ceremony."Answered 'mr.horns' her question.

Maple's eyes growing big and panic,"Eh?! A all-boys school?! This quest transported me here and I didn't know it was entrance ceremony today! Wait does that mean that robe I was wearing that I given to the cat was important in this day!"

The fae narrowed his eyes,"Care to give me an explanation child of man? What do you mean by 'quest'?"

She looked at him like a deer at the headlights,'Cute.' He thought and as she tried explained to him as suddenly someone slammed at the door.

"There you are!" Declared a man who resembles like a crow and holding Grim in a cord.

"Grim!" Said Maple.

"So this familiar belongs to you!" The strange man pointed at her who didn't notice the tall man narrowed in annoyance at him. He didn't care that she wears an armor or that she is a girl.

"Eh?! No is not my familiar! Syrup is my companion! Awaken." As she summoned a small turtle who cried out"Gyu?". Maple showed to him that Grim isn't her familiar and the man seemed to believe her.

"Is that so? Very well I believe you since for I am gracious!" said the man as he noticed the tall man besides her who stared at him in slight annoyance."Ah, Drac-" but mr.horns cut him of.

"It seems my invitation never arrived again this year at this important day, headmaster Dire Crowley." State the tall man who narrowed his eyes at the headmaster Crowley who is also nervous at his stare and his eyes told him 'Don't you dare you speak my name in front of the man of child!' Which seemed the headmaster understand and Maple looked at the tall man with horn in shock.

"What do you mean you never invited today mr.horns? Does that mean you also important?" Questioned Maple in her sad eyes and the tall man was touched that this human seemed to care for him.

As the headmaster coughed,"Yes the dorm leader of Diasomonia is a very important person and I am sorry that I forget you invited again. I hope you can tag along since you are here."

Which the tall man nodded and Crowley turned at Maple,"Now then since you are the first girl who the Mirror of Darkness called you. You have to tag along with us."

Maple nodded at him in defeated since she hasn't no other choices and as they walked together. The mens noticed that she was to slow. So Crowley insisted the tall man that he should carry here since he was holding Grim.

As the tall man carried her. Maple apologiezed to them that she was slow and remembers an explanation to the tall man and she explained quietly that Crowley didn't heard them.

"So you came from a another world who played a virtual reality game called 'NewWorldOnline' as you take a strange quest a black hole apeared beneath you and you fell in a dark room with mirror at the center. A hand apeared in the mirror and you seemed to take it as you were saying 'Go with the flow' and now you here with your real body along with your game stats. Did I get the gits?" As the tall man summarised as Maple explained to him nodded at him.

'What a strange man of child to think she looks very carefree as she landed in this world with no fear. It's better if I look up to her since I don't know what the headmaster will do for her If he heard about this.'

"I believe you." Said mr.horns who is carrying her in his both arms and she blushed a bit, "R-really?!" He nodded.

As the headmaster Crowley stopped at the big door turned to them and said,"Shall we?" And the tall man put Maple down to walk on her own who nodded at Crowley.

'Why do I want to still carry her?' The tall man thought as the headmaster open the door.
