You are nothing but a ghost 2
Alysia woke up later the next day and saw that her face was smooth and free of the mask. But Postinur wasn't there as he always was. She looked around and even called out to postinur but got no reply.
Lydia enters
Lydia: Hey sisi. You're looking beautiful this morning
Alysia: Good morning (doesn't seem interested in a conversation)
Lydia: And good morning to you, my princess (notices her mood)
Aly what's wrong? Why the face? Did prince Duren hurt you yesterday and gave you a punishment? (No reply) He better don't try any rubbish. My sisi can't be treated like a pauper. Like common, it was only a mistake! I don't care if I love him or not. He dares not treat my sister that way!
Alysia: (feeling guilty for being in love with her sincere cousin's crush) He didn't do anything, Lydia. It's not that!
Lydia: Then why's your face like this?
Alysia: Postinur left me. (Burst into tears) I told him he's nothing. I belitted him when he's in his condition because of me (wails)
Lydia: (quickly goes to lock the door) It's okay Sisi. (Draws her closer) Don't cry
Alysia: I belitted him(cries)
Lydia: Who's this postinur
Alysia: You don't know him. You don't
Lydia: Is that your pester friend who always teases you? (Alysia nods her head). What did you tell him
Alysia: I told him that he's nothing but a ghost!
Lydia: What a ghost?! (Alysia realizing what she said, burst into another round of tears) you have been talking to a ghost? Cool!
Alysia: Cool?!
Lydia: Yes, cool. I know ghosts exist. I have seen a lady ghost before, well I pretended not to see her because I was extremely scared but yeah I have seen one
But this ghost friend of yours. What happened between you both, that is making you cry?
Alysia: He said he loves me
Lydia: Didn't I tell you before, he loves you
Alysia: Yes, but I told him I don't love him. He's a ghost am a human and he died because of me
Lydia: How?
Alysia: It's a long story
Lydia: Well, what you said was bad. What's wrong in loving a ghost? Like it's not bad. Love knows no boundaries
Alysia: I don't love him. Well, I don't think I do.
Lydia: You love him (Alysia faces her confused) Yes, you do. You are worried he won't talk to you, you are even crying! Evidence of love
Alysia: Buttt I don't think so. Besides I love someone else
Lydia: Hmm. Don't make mistakes dear, that's all I can say. Find a way to call on this Postinur guy and ask for his forgiveness, if he loves you much, he would forgive you at once (a maid knocks) lie faced down on the bed. A royal never shows her pains to commons (Alysia lies down)
(To the maid) I'm coming (opens the door) Yes??
Maid: My lady (bows) your highness the queen seeks your presence
Lydia: Alright. I'm on my way (maid bows again and leaves) Aly, I have to go. Aunt said I should help her with some women affairs stuff.
Try finding Postinur and talk to him (gets closer to her and pecks her) Love you sisi (leaves)
Alysia: (sniffs) Postinur please, I want to talk to you. Please don't forsake me! I can stay without you! (Crys)
Two hours later. King Klein was told by Alysia's personal maid that she refused to eat and doesn't want to talk to anyone. King Klein leaves all he's doing and went straight to his heart beat, his joy, Alysia
King Klein: (enters) Alysia. Aly my dear
Alysia: Good morning Daddy
King Klein: Aly, your voice. What's wrong? (Goes close to her and checks her temperature) Oh no! Aly you're burning up! You're sick. Let me call for the doctor
Alysia: (faintly) Postinur
King Klein: Did he do anything??
Alysia: I want Postinur. I want to talk to him.
King Klein: Postinur. Did you have a fight with him?
Postinur who had been in Alysia's room even when she went to bed because he just can't stop protecting her. Though he wasn't in a good mood and because of that couldn't calm her down when she cried, he still stood there in the dark corners of the room and watched her. Her tears were like Spears struck to his heart, it hurt him but he just couldn't talk to her because he doesn't want to give her burden. Upon hearing the king's question and Alysia about to answer, he came out and spoke up
Postinur: Long live my king
King Klein: What am I hearing?
Postinur: oh it's nothing your highness.i just scolded her for eating a cotton candy
Alysia: It's a lie. Dad, I hurt him. I hurt him and said he's nothing but a ghost!
Postinur: That's not it. Your highness
King Klein: Well, whatever it is. You shouldn't dare hurt my Alysia (takes postinur by his neck) or I will make you suffer for the rest of your ghost life!
Alysia ( tries to get up) Dad please leave him alone. You're hurting him
King Klein: He's a ghost. He doesn't feel pains
Alysia: (gets angry) I said leave him!! (Light flashes came out from her hands and hit her father) Oh no! Dad! (He falls down)
Postinur: your highness!
Alysia: Guards! Maids! Anyone freaking come here!
(Guards and maids rush in) (points two guards)Take Dad to his room, and you(points a maid) call for a doctor, right now! (The other guards and maids disperse)
Postinur: Oh, his highness
Alysia: (Burst into tears) what have I done? I just keep hurting those close to me.
Dadddddd
I hate myself. I hate myself! I'm the worst person on Earth. I don't deserve to live!!
Postinur: Enough, Aly. Stop saying these. It will be well. The king will be fine, all will be well
Alysia: Postinur.. (goes close to him and stretches her hands for a hug, Postinur hugs her and strokes her hair)
