The Beginning ,Sort Of?

My name is Taida Orisu and I'm a very lazy person. If I can sit ,I won't stand. If I can lay down ,I won't sit. I'm walking(grudgingly) home from school and while I'm walking I see something glimmer in the sky. What is that? All of a sudden ,I see a box falling from the sky. After a second of being shocked ,I blacked out. Why? Because the box hit me on the head.

After waking up I find myself in some pitch black space. Then a blue screen appeared out of nowhere.

[Welcome to the void. We congratulate you on your death. You now have a chance to travel to a new world along with me as your companion.]

Huh? Who are you? Can you even hear me?

[Yes ,we can hear you and to answer your question we are an entity that was born in the void trillions of years ago.]

Okay. So an entity born in the 'void' that we are in right now ,is offering to take me to another world. Could you perhaps tell me what world we are going to?

[That is to be decided at a later time. For now you must inhabit a new body ,for you are just a soul.]

A soul ,huh. Alright where is this so called 'new body'.

[It has just been created after being optimized to the host standard. All you need to do is will yourself to float into the head of this body.]

Okay ,straightforward approach. My new body looks a lot like my old one. My hair color has changed into a deep dark blue color. I have also become a little bit bulkier.

After thinking for a bit ,the soul moves towards the body and starts his new journey to become a lazy cultivator.
