the immortal realm

ken woke up and found himself in a forest surrounded by huge trees that didnt let the sunlight pass through causing the surrounding to be dim . out of habit , ken used the map through system to check his location as it became his norm when he visited foreign places on earth.

the first thing that shocked ken was the sheer size of the mapping area which indicated that the planet he was on was more than 10 times larger than earth . ken didnt find this fact surprising as he had expected it but the fact that system's map displayed the map of many other neighboring planets which were too far from here and were all inhabited by some kind of living beings.

on earth , the map didnt display this much so ken was little surprised by this discovery and decided to confirm his doubts with maniac . just as expected maniac confirmed that this update was the product of system update that maniac went through and now the resources related to this higher plane were also available for purchase in the system .

maniac told ken the basic structure of this higher plane in simple terms . this plane or it would be right to say that all the planes with similar strength structure like this one were called the immortal realm while earth where he ascended from came under the mortal realm . many species were capable to cultivate here and most of the humans did too unlike earth where normal humans dominated the population.

ken decided that it was time to explore this new world so started to walk . but he was surprised to find that gravitational force was much stronger than earth so it was difficult for him to walk . maniac told him that here normal gravity was more than 10 times that of earth which ken experienced for the first time .anyway Ken's body was too strong for the gravity to affect him much after cultivating the supreme tier cultivation method so he got used to it in few seconds and continued to walk like nothing .

ken didnt have the habit to keep his divine sense on all the time due to the lack of danger on earth to him but maniac advised him to do the opposite here . ken was surprised because the density of spiritual ki in the atmosphere he sensed through his powerful divine sense was too much compared to that on earth . maniac told him that this was the normal concentration level here so ken was a little surprised but that was it . it was understandable as Ken's normal pattern for cultivation was through the assistance of pills and herbs inside the time chamber so this discovery had nothing much to do with ken .

with remembering about the time chamber ken stopped in his tracks and facepalmed himself because he forgot the most important task . that was to confirm his current cultivation level after absorbing the too abundant energy inside the heavenly tribulation . ken saw that there only small beasts in the tedious of 10 km around him so he rushed to a nearby cave that was large enough for him to relax in .

the cave was hidden well with the huge grass and plants that represented the ecosystem here but ken effortlessly found the entrance because he knew the location from the system map beforehand . ken entered the small hole that was enough for an adult to enter and saw that the cave was only 200 or so meters large and empty . ken didnt mind as it was enough for him and took out the time chamber white cube from his storage .

first ken used runes to draw some basic arrays like camoflague , warning etc around the cave's entrance and clicked the small button on the cube . the white smoke appeared and a door was formed like always and Ken entered inside casually . ken didnt go inside the dorm but chose to stay inside the small living room first as he wanted to sort some things before the cultivation session . ken sat on a small bed cross legged and entered his inner world . there the core which was the size of a basketball had became much bigger and sturdier . its size was more than ten basketballs combined now and the condensed energy could not be compared to before the absorption of heavenly tribulation.

ken was surprised and happy with this unexpected progress as he had not expected that he would advance one whole major realm and one small realm after just absorbing the heavenly energy. maniac also told him that the core contained heavenly energy so his future progress would be at least 2 times faster than before which was another unexpected benefit.

Ken's cultivation realm was now peak beginner spirit core transformation realm . to advance to the next orgin realm , ken would have to cultivate his core to its limits so that it would break and form the origin . normally it would be much difficult for ken than others because the size of his core is much larger and the amount of energy condensed is different but due to the stable foundation , heavenly laws and supreme tier cultivation method ,, it's a smooth process for ken .
