2 wishes

on a small cloud in the boundless sky , there two individuals can be seen sitting opposite each other with a small table between them. on the small table , there are some rice crackers and tea which doesn't seem to lessen even though the two people are eating casually while talking .

one is an old man who can be called a god and other one is a soul of ken who found himself here after he died saving a small girl from a car accident . according to the god , he is only a low level manager of the universal system and is in charge of the planet earth, from where ken belongs . there are many other more powerful individuals who are in charge of various planets or universes so this god can only be considered a low level one .

" slurp.. so ken , have you decided on your two wishes ? well you dont have to hurry anyway as we have a lot of time .." the god says in a relaxed tone while enjoying his green tea .

" hmm.. god , will I really have to reincarnate on earth again ? after listening to your explanation , I really want to reincarnate in other world though " ken replies casually while eating a rice cracker but inwardly he is really excited about his new life with cheats like those main characters of novels ..

" dont worry, you can just ascend to higher planes when you become powerful enough after successfully passing the heavenly tribulation " god can feel the excitement in the young man's heart so kindly gives his honest opinion ..

after listening to God's reply , ken went into deep thought for a while and confirmed his two wishes for good . according to god , he has karma points enough for choosing his two main wishes -

1. infinite currency

2. the cultivation maniac system

he had decided on these two after browsing through the list presented to him by god long ago but was hesitating as cultivation system wont be of much use on earth . but after confirming the fact that he can ascend to more powerful planes, Ken's resolve tightened and all the doubts were cleared in a flash .

" okay then . god , I choose infinite money and cultivation maniac system " ken tells god his wishes with a firm voice.

God places his tea cup down leisurely but after some thinking , he starts laughing and there was not a sign of it stopping soon . so ken got anxious thinking that he must have made some silly choice and decided to clarify with god .

" is there any issue with my choice, god ? " ken asks in a weak voice feeling that he must have made a very silly choice for god to laugh at him ..

" huh? no no no ... you are mistaken ken . I just couldn't help but laugh as your two choices cannot be more perfect " god awakens from his stupor and calmly replies to ken hiding his embarrassment after showing such an immature display ..

looking at the confused ken , god decides to tell him his reasons honestly " you see , infinite currency complents the system perfectly. it's not written in the description but you need system currency to purchase everything from system shop . so your wish for infinite currency just happens to compliment this fact in the most perfect way .at first there were mission function in the system but now it isn't needed at all . "

at first ken was excited after listening to the first half of the explanation but again was confused as he couldn't understand the mission or whatever nonsense god was blabbering about .god came to realise this fact so started explaining again .

" you see at first without infinite currency , the system would have given you a mission every month to complete. after completing it , system would reward you with something randomly like bloodline , skills , weapons etc . but now that you will have infinite currency , there is no need for that and the system will just choose a random item every month and provide it to you without any unnecessary process " god tells ken with a smile on his face and genuinely felt happy for Ken's good luck .

god has been doing this job for a long time now , so he has met many souls and have seen their choices . but ken was the first one with such good fortune.

ken understood the explanation of God and felt genuinely happy with his choice . but he decided to confirm his last doubt with god before he forgets about it completely .

" god , I only chose infinite currency because I wanted infinite money ... "

god looks at his watch and interrupts ken " Ken, don't worry. this fact won't change at all . think of infinite system currency as just a lucky huge bonus . now it's time for you to go . live a happy and long life this time.." god smiles and finishes his sentence in a little hurry .

at the same time , Ken's soul started to glow in a yellow cloud and started to fade . ken understood that it was time so he thanked god and bowed . after seconds passed, everything went blank and Ken's soul dissapeared and god was left alone..

god watches Ken's soul dissapeared and calls " send the next soul " in a loud authoritative voice . he then starts drinking his tea slowly and thinks about the little encounter with ken for a last time .....
