Set Her Eyes of Him

At Ebodia Encampment

"Something's weird," Ezme grunted as she went out of the tent. She then turned around and scoffed, "Since when did my brother get this calm?"

It was bizarre. She just had a serious talk with her brother Nikolai, the King of their kingdom Valcrez, and she couldn't believe that he would just stay still even when a dragon was roaming around.

"So what if the dragon attacked our enemies? Who knows what it will attack next?" she annoyingly muttered. "For all we know, it could be here soon burning the hell out of us!"

She was still busy fuming when she passed someone by. Looking up, her sour face quickly lit up upon realizing that it was Atlas that passed her by.

"Atlas!" Ezme called out to him with her sweetest smile while quickly approaching him.

"Your Highness," the man gave her a curt bow after he turned to her.

"I told you to just call me Ezme and drop the formalities when we're alone, right?" Ezme snorted.
