Kai: How many?

???: It's been so long I cannot recall. Before the first human had set foot in Hell. When there was only one kingdom. That kingdom was in the middle of the four that stand today. This kingdom was in the center of the lava lake. The lava level had not risen yet. Demons and ArchAngels lived together in harmony. Their leader and King was none other than Kamaitachi.

Kamaitachi is sitting on a throne in a gigantic palace. Kamaitachi made himself smaller so that he could sit on his throne. He looks to be about 15 feet tall. A man with dark hair, and a 5 o'clock shadow is walking up to Kamaitachi. He has dark wings on his back, and he stops a good few feet in front of the throne. Then an insect looking creature with eight legs and four arms walks up next to the dark-haired man.

Kamaitachi: What brings you here my sons?

Lucifer: I didn't want to come here, but Beezlebub forced me.

Kamaitachi: Ya didn't want to see your dear old dad?!

Lucifer: I have better things to do.

Kamaitachi gets a serious look on his face.

Kamaitachi: Like ruling over the archangels, or trying to escape Hell?

Lucifer looks surprised.

Kamaitachi: Oh, I'm just kidding! You would never try to leave, correct?

Lucifer: I love Hell. I would never try to leave.

Kamaitachi: Why are you two here?

Beezlebub: The demons are tired of living like trash compared to the archangels. They will start rising up if the standard doesn't change.

Kamaitachi: I don't know if I can help you with that one. Hell has always been a test of strength. The archangels are far stronger than the demons.

Lucifer: The archangels don't want to live as the demons do because we are above the demons.

Beezlebub: You think you're above me?!

Lucifer glares at Beelzebub, and Beelzebub backs off.

Lucifer: Far above you, and if your demons try to rise up against us we'll slaughter every one of you easily.

Kamaitachi gets up, and walks over to Lucifer, and Beezlebub. Kamatachi hits them both in the stomach before either of them could react, and they both drop to the ground from the pain. Kamaitachi walks back over to his throne and sits down.

Kamaitachi: I can make the demons' lives easier, but I cannot put you on the same level as the archangels. The archangels are smarter and more powerful. You cannot be put on the same level as them because they would surely kill you off so that they could go back to the level they once were. I will do all that I can even if it's not much.

Beelzebub: Fine. Don't help us.

Beelzebub leaves the palace.

Lucifer: Thank you for agreeing-

Kamaitachi: I don't agree with you. There is just nothing I can do. I want everyone in my kingdom to be on the same level, but the archangels are too powerful.

Lucifer: I'll be seeing you.

Kamaitachi: Don't forget. Next week we're hanging out.

Lucifer: Can't you just sit in your throne?

Kamaitachi: Beelzebub never complains about spending time with his father!

Lucifer leaves

Kamaitachi: Something's about to happen. I wonder what?

Outside the kingdom, beyond the lava, one man appears. He has dark hair and a young face. He has a full grown beard. He walks up to the lava, and a ferry appears. This man steps onto the ferry.

???: Have you come to ride the ferry to Hell's kingdom?

Dark-haired man: Yes I have. Would I be right to presume that your demise?

???: That is correct, and you are?

Dark-haired man: My name is Seth. I am the son of Eve.

Demise: If you are truly the son of Eve, then your human?

Seth: I am human.

Demise: Congratulations. You are the second human to ever come down to Hell.

Seth: There's another human in Hell?

Demise: Lilith.

Seth: huh.

Demise: We'll be at the kingdom shortly.

Half an hour later. Beelzebub has gathered a big group of demons in a large one-story building. Everyone is silent as Beezlebub speaks.

Beelzebub: Kamaitachi has not permitted our request to give us the same benefits that archangels have.

The demons start yelling in an uproar of rage.

Beelzebub: There is nothing we can do! If we try to step up the archangels will kill us! They have all the power, and we can't do anything about it!

Seth walks into the building, and through the crowd of demons.

Seth: Nothing to do? I think you're missing a few options.

Beezlebub: Who are you to step up to the demon king?!

Seth: A simple human. Nothing more, nothing less.

Beezlebub: If you were nothing more you wouldn't be here.

Seth: I guess you are correct. I am a little more. My parents are Eve, and the light bearer.

Beezlebub: Lucifer! Lucifer has never left Hell! Why would his son even be helping the demons? Your story is full of holes. Leave before I kill you.

Seth: Why don't you let Satan fill up the holes. I'll be around.

Seth leaves the building as all the demons watch him. Later that day Beezlebub went to see his father.

Kamaitachi: Beezlebub?! Come, sit down! Have a drink!

Beezlebub: I'd rather not. I have a question father.

Kamaitachi: What's the question?

Beezlebub: Has Lucifer left Hell?

Kamaitachi: Did he get out again?

Beelzebub: You talk about him like a pet. Wait, he's left before?!

Kamaitachi: Yes. He figured out how to leave Hell, and then performed unspeakable acts with humans. Why did you want to know about it?

Beelzebub: Just to clear a few things up.

Beelzebub goes to leave.

Kamaitachi: Beelzebub.

Beelzebub: Yes?

Kamaitachi: Don't do anything you will regret.

Beelzebub: I would never.

Beelzebub leaves the palace. As he is walking through the kingdom he sees Seth is walking right beside him.

Seth: Now do you believe me?

Beelzebub: What were these other options you mentioned?

Seth: The demons build the dam around the town to protect the angels from lava, correct?

Beelzebub: That's correct.

Seth: Then over the next week add in weak spots. Then break down the dam. Archangels are impervious to lava, but they can fly.

Beelzebub: it rains lava once per month. The rain doesn't hurt the archangels directly, but it can damage their wings.

Seth: I thought angel wings were almost indestructible?

Beelzebub: They are against most forces because they can take high pressures, and are immune to being cut. Their wings regenerate quickly, but lava slows down regeneration.

Seth: They won't be able to fly out of here.

Beelzebub: How will you survive?

Seth: I won't be here when it happens. I don't want the arch angels to know I'm here.

Beelzebub: So you're leaving. You had nothing you wanted from telling me how to defeat the archangels. You wouldn't be gaining anything.

Seth: I have gained quite a bit.

Seth starts walking off.

Seth: Quite a bit.

Beelzebub gathered his men, and they started working hard. From the outside perspective it would seem that the demons are just getting more work done then normal. Instead they are setting up explosives all through the dam. Beelzebub waited in front of the dam watching the demons build it up. Finally the day had come. A light drizzle started, and soon enough it began to downpour. All the archangels stayed inside. Beezlebub held up his hand. All the demons looked at him, and waited for the signal.

Beezlebub: WE WILL BE FREE!

Beelzebub slashes his hand down. Explosions go off like a chain reaction one after another all through the dam. Giant pieces of the dam fall to the ground, and lava starts pouring into the kingdom. Demons flock into the wave of lava to swim away from the palace. Archangels run out of their home with their wings put away to see a gigantic wave of lava. Kamaitachi comes out of his palace to gaze upon the destruction of his kingdom. He sees the demons leaving in mass heards, and the angels running away from lava. Kamaitachi summons Demise on his ferry. All the archangels get to his ship as quickly as possible, and Demise's boat surfs on top of the wave. Lucifer sees Kamaitachi stare up at him. Then Kamaitachi walks back into his palace and closes the door. The wave crashes onto the palace covering in with lava. Soon the entire kingdom was covered over by a sea of lava. While the angels had no idea where the ferry had taken them.

Lucifer: Why did Kamaitachi let this happen?

Back on the funerary boat. Kai and demise make it to shore.

Kai: What was that story supposed to teach me?

Demise: It's entertainment. I said you might learn something.

Kai: Did that all really happen?

Demise: I don't know. Why don't you think about it for a while?

Kai steps off the boat.

Kai: See you around.

Demise fades away into a shadow.

Kai: Well that story was kind of inspirational.

Kai starts walking off.
