Making two new 'friends'

"Guys, really thank you very much for your help. You are very kind even though I am a stranger and we just met. By the way, my name is Lucio. May I know your names?" Lucio asked them kindly.

"You don't have to thank us Lucio. My name is Divina, it's nice to meet you." Divina introduced himself first.

"This fish is right, you don't have to thank us. My name is Yoko. Lucio, are you a new student at Nevermore Academy?" The second to introduce herself was Yoko, she didn't forget to return the blow that Divina had thrown at her earlier, and to distract herself she asked a quick question.

Divina hearing Yoko call her a fish got angry, but she also got a little anxious and looked at Lucio, but not seeing him say anything or show an expression of disgust towards her, she sighed with relief, she thought that Lucio didn't know about her species or knew and she just didn't dislike it, and she strongly hoped it was the second.

Lucio knew why Divina looked at him that way, since mermaids don't have a very good reputation due to their singing that can manipulate other people's feelings, she surely thought that Lucio would no longer see her in the same way.

Yoko blushed when she heard how Lucio called his fangs cute, this was the first time someone called them cute, after all, a vampire's fangs were one of his main weapons to destroy any human neck and when he heard that he called them cute he was embarrassed, shyly retracted his fangs and averted his gaze from Lucio's.

Lucio then looked at Divina and gave her a curious and warm look, because he knew what was worrying her, he also squeezed his hand to hold Divina's hand, because he could feel that her hand began to sweat and he wanted to push it away.

Although she looked at him with a bit of hesitation, but when she looked at her look, so warm and beautiful, she steeled herself.

Divina upon hearing it was surprised and feeling how he held her hand so warmly and intimately, her heart began to beat violently.

"Y-y-yes, o-of course you can swim with me, o-of course." Divina responded quickly, she was surprised that Lucio was not upset, he also called her beautiful and she was so moved by Lucio's request that she had inadvertently responded so quickly that she could barely understand herself, but Lucio could and did respond.

"That's great, how about we exchange contacts, so we can agree on a day to swim together afterwards?" Lucio said and smiled brightly towards Divina.

"O-okay." Divina also smiled happily and quickly took out her cell phone to exchange contacts with Lucio.

Yoko, seeing how this scene unfolded, said nothing and simply smiled.

"Yoko, could you also give me your contact number? Since this is my first day at the academy, I don't know this place. So I thought, if it's not a bother for you two, show the different places in the academy." Lucio said and smiled somewhat 'embarrassed' towards Yoko and Divina.

When Yoko saw Lucio's smile and saw how the damn clouds cleared up only for the sun's rays to fall on Lucio's smiling face, she almost tripped.

"N-it's not a bother for me to show you around the academy, especially now that you're our friend." She said and also took out her cell phone to exchange contacts with Lucio.

Divina when she saw this she didn't say anything, she was so excited that she didn't even care.

"Of course, now you are our friend Lucio, so it's not a problem to show you around the academy, just send us a message and then we'll show you around the academy." Divina said and smiled happily as she looked at Lucio and then looked at her friend, their eyes met and they seemed to reach a peace agreement for the moment, the two nodded, they agreed that after this they had to have a serious talk.

"Oh, so we're friends now, that's great, then we can go out together for coffee and talk to get to know each other better. What do you think?" Lucio asked as he continued walking with Divina and Yoko, he grabbed his hands again after writing his numbers on his cell phone, and the two had not noticed this fact.

The two looked at each other and nodded.

"Of course, I would love to have a coffee and get to know you better, Lucio." Divina responded with a slight smile and agreed to go out for coffee with Lucio.

"Mmm, I'm very curious about you too, I'd like to have a coffee with you and talk, so I can learn more about you." Yoko also agreed to go out for coffee with Lucio.

Although at first she had hesitated to leave Lucio alone for Divina, but she herself couldn't deny that she had started to feel something for Lucio and she couldn't leave him so easily, so she agreed to go out for coffee with him. She wasn't going to give up now that she had found a guy who was not only handsome, but he was also polite, decent and somewhat shy, he was totally her type.

"That seems fine to me." Divina replied.

The three continued walking for a few seconds and came to a door.

"That's the principal's office." Yoko said as she pointed towards a door.

"Divina, Yoko, thanks for walking me here. I guess I'll see you later?" Lucio said as he looked at them with a smile.

The two returned Lucio's smile and nodded somewhat sad because they were going to separate. After saying goodbye to Lucio, the three agreed that after Lucio settled in his room, he would send them a message so that both of them could show them the different places in the academy.
