Where did these powers come from?

"Aaaaahhhhh!!!" the Evoluter screams. The anchor started evacuating other people to shelter no.-6 including argon who was lying on the ground and reports the GPHQ of heroes (Granairen Police Head Quarters of heroes) about an evoluter intrusion of an evoluter in shelter no.-5. After sometime the Evoluter recovered from his injury and attacks the anchor but he dodged the Evoluter's attack and said "You cannot defeat me in a close hand-combat because I am a member from the undercover agent of GPHQ and I have trained under the martial art hero: Dragon fist for several years to master his 7 fists martial art style. If you want to defeat me then you have to become even more faster than this." The Evoluter got angry and again attacked the anchor. Argon was still moving towards the next shelter. He saw a big hall door, that can let 100 people pass through it at the same time, open in front of him. Suddenly a cracking sound came from behind and Argon turned around to see what was it. He then saw that the anchor has been thrown away to a wall which cracked from the attack and the anchor started to scream. A man from behind said "Move forward you piece of shit! Don't stop moving! If you want to die then let me come forward of you because I don't want to die!" It started to crowd around the hall door. Everybody was pushing each other to pass through the hall door. Even if the hall door is big, the people cannot pass through it. The crowd was that much big. Superheroes have started to appear in the scene. Some stayed around the crowd but some of them went to annihilate the Evoluter. The Evoluter started to get surrounded by other superheroes. The Evoluter ran towards the crowd and started killing people randomly. Then he captures Argon who was among the crowd. Argon was completely frightened and closed his eyes because he thought that it was his end. He suddenly saw an old man who was seating on a boat which was floating below a cherry blossom tree in the middle of a lake. He could not understand that how can he even see someone as his eyes were closed. He opened his eyes in shock and confusion and saw the Evoluter holding him. Argon kicked the Evoluter's head in fear. The head was dislocated and thrown away towards the ceiling of the shelter. Argon creeped out in fear and other superheroes are in shock that how a 16 year old boy killed an Evoluter who killed several people and beat up an undercover agent of GPHQ.
