Old Foes

A cold shudder went down my spine as I sneezed, using a tissue to cover my nose. I needed to dry off fast, maybe taking a cold shower wasn't a good idea. If I caught a cold, it'd be the death of me. I quickly dry off before reluctantly looking over to the athletic tape, grabbing a hold of it. A knock on the door made me jump, so I quickly covered myself with a towel. "What's up?" I asked, hearing a rustle of a bag outside the door. "It isn't much, but it's all I could get! Consider it a peace offering so you don't kill me later! It's set outside the door." Aima says, and I hear her scuttle off before I open the door and peek down at the ground, seeing two neatly folded pairs of panties and a underwear set- which I recognized as one of mine- as well as I note. I picked them up, bringing it into the bathroom and shutting the door behind me. Please forgive me for what I have done, I went really far when I should've been icing my hip to buy you these. They're new and clean, I made sure. I couldn't get you any bras :(. I couldn't help but smile, my chest squeezing at her thoughtfulness. I picked the simple gray panties, sliding them on before grabbing the tape, stripping 2 separate inch pieces to cover my nipples.

It definitely felt weird, but it held really well and didn't catch or budge as I put on my overnight onesie. I put the other underwear away before checking my phone, seeing Kozu had texted me his room while I was in the shower. I slid on my slippers before I trudged to his room, yelling my goodbyes though no one responded. I gently knocked on his door and Shoyo opened it, smiling widely at me. "Uwa! Suzuki-chan, you're so cute!" He said, making me smile at him. "Thank you, Hina-kun! Is Kozu-kun here?" I ask, though Kozu appears over his shoulder. "Come on in, I've already edited your video for you." Kozu says, Shoyo stepping out of the way as Kozu leads me to one of the mats, seeing he had his phone out. "You already edited it? I could've done it, Kozu!" I say, though he shakes his head. "It's okay, I felt like it. You can look over it and see if you want me to change anything." Kozu says, sitting down on his futon, patting beside him. I take a seat and he offers me his phone, the video ready to play. I pressed play, seeing that Kozu had beautifully recorded, edited and timed the song to my hammock dance. "Wow Kozu-kun, it's perfect!" I say, hugging him tight as he gently squeezed me back.

"No problem, Kimi-chan. I'll send it to you now." He says, taking his phone back and beginning to tap away. "Thank you, Kozu-kun! I'm sure Akira will love it!" I say, smiling happily as Shoyo looks between us curiously. "Who's that?" Shoyo asks as my phone bings, Kozu having sent the video to me. "Akira is my little brother." I say, sending the video to Akira and Kyo, knowing he would probably enjoy it too. "Can you send it to me too?" Shoyo asks excitedly, making me smile as I just decided to send it to my whole contact list. "Sure! I'll just send it to everyone, then." I say before Kozu hands me his Switch. "No, please, go first! I insist! In the meantime you can use my lap as a cushion, as a thank you for getting the video all pretty for me." I say, smiling at him as he just nods. He lays his head on my lap, beginning to play his games as I idly begin playing with his hair, listening to him and Shoyo chat between themselves. My phone begins ringing, cutting between their conversation. "That's probably my brother, I'll go answer it in the hallway so you can keep talking." I say, Kozu reluctantly getting up as I grab my phone and step out of the room and down the hallway a bit.

I finally answer the phone and put it to my ear, preparing to say hello, though a cold voice stops me. "That's a very nice show you did, Dancer. It's a shame you didn't invite me to see it." The person says in a steady voice, making me tremble as I wrap an arm around my waist. "Why- how- I-I don't understand." I choke out, thinking of all the ways he could have gotten the video. "One of your friends sent it to me, how sweet of them, right? Since you blocked me, I had to resort to other methods…" he chuckles, and I stumble back, slamming into someone as I gasp. I quickly turn, my eyes wide open as I look up to see Kuroo. "Hey- what's wrong? Are you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost." Kuroo says, setting down the bags he held as he reaches out a hand though I flinch away, an involuntary response. "Who's that Dancer? I hope you haven't tried to replace me, I already told you… You'll always be mine, I'll always find you, and I'll always bring you right back into my arms, where you belong. Tell me, does he even know about me?" The person says, making my stomach curl as I gag, dropping my phone though Kuroo caught it as I run to the nearest bathroom.

Luckily, I didn't have much to eat during lunch time, so I didn't throw up much. But it didn't stop the nausea or dry heaving, and someone was pounding on the door. I groaned softly, squeezing my eyes shut, his voice echoing in my ears. I choked for air, sobbing quietly as the person pounding on the door stopped. "Kimi-chan, it's Kenma. Unlock the door, please." Kozu calls a moment later, and I struggle with myself as I wipe my mouth with toilet paper. I finally relent, flushing the toilet and unlocking the door. Kozu slowly steps in, looking up at me as I quickly wipe the tears from my eyes. "What happened, Kimi-chan?" He asks, though he doesn't reach to touch me, which I'm grateful for. "I-I… It… He…" I choke out, though Aima appears at the door, sliding past Kozu and pulling me into a hug. "I came as soon as I got the text. Was it him? Should I call your mom? Your cousin? The police?" Aima says, pulling back and looking me straight in the eyes. "I- no! No police, not… not yet… and I don't… I don't want to…" I choke out, tears gathering in my eyes as she pulls me into another hug. "Hey! It's okay, he's not here." Aima says, running her hand over my back.

"Come on, I brought your toothbrush and toothpaste. Let's get that taste out of your mouth first, then we can kick everyone out of a room until you're ready to talk. I'll have the boys keep a lookout tonight just in case." Aima says, and I slowly nod, brushing my teeth as she doesn't leave my side. She then drags me to the Karasuno team room, which the boys donated for me to have some private time- I'd have to thank them later- Kozu and Kuroo in tow behind us. I had decided to have them come along- Kozu had always been an emotional support for me, and Kuroo- he was strong, smart, and I knew he'd protect me. While I kind of hated him, I did respect him and trust him, and I knew he genuinely cared for me. I collapse to my knees onto one of the futons, letting my hands fall limp to my lap as I look anxiously around the room. "Whenever you're ready to spill, Kimiko." Misaki says, bringing over a water bottle that I take, setting to the side as I kick off my slippers, setting them to the side. Kuroo handed me my phone and I hesitantly took it, staring at it as if it had betrayed me. He said one of my friends had sent it to him, but which friend could it be?

My phone suddenly buzzed and I dropped it like it burnt me, staring at the screen as it lit up, displaying a video call from my brother. I quickly wiped away my tears, pasting on a smile I definitely didn't feel as I shakily lifted the phone, answering it. "Hey buddy! How are you feeling?" I asked cheerily, deciding to hold my phone with two hands so it didn't shake as much. "I just now saw your video! It was so cool!" He says, smiling widely at me as I feel my heart squeeze. "I couldn't leave you out of all the fun, caterpillar! Make sure to thank Kozu-kun for editing the video for me, he was very kind doing so." I say softly, and he nods enthusiastically. "I will!" He chirps before he suddenly seems to shift, bringing his phone closer to his face. "Are you okay? You look like you've been crying, but your phone is shaking too much for me to tell." He asks, though I quickly shake my head. "No! I'm fine, I just did a lot of exercise today, the sweat must have gotten into my eyes and made them irritated." I say, and he just smiles at me. "Exercise? You mean extra fries? I got to eat some today! The doctor said I could, they were so good!" He says happily, rubbing his stomach and smiling.

"No way! I bet they were absolutely delicious!" I say, smiling at him as he lets out a satisfied groan. "They were so heckin' good, I can't wait to have more! I'd die for more fries right now!" He says, making me laugh softly. "Don't go keeling over on me just yet! There's yet so much for you to explore, remember?" I say, and he gives me a knowing smile. "Yeah, I know! You still gotta take me out for more of that heavenly sweet, greasy carnival food!" Akira says, and I wink at him. "You know it! You haven't even tried the funnel cake yet!" I say, and he rolls his eyes. "I know, I know! You've told me a thousand times it's better than cotton candy, but it's just pancake mix fried and topped with powdered sugar!" He says, and I smack my hand to my chest like I was offended. "Just- do you hear this? Just pancake mix with- you chose sugar string over fried pancake mix- get this- WITH powdered sugar on top!" I say, pretending to be offended. "Excuse me? Did you just call cotton candy 'sugar string'? Get it straight, peasant, it's sugar that was blessed by the wind gods to become a fluffy cloud of deliciousness!" Akira says, making Kuroo snort as Aima and Misaki burst out in laughter.

"You really just called me a peasant!" I gasp, though Akira tilts his head at me. "Who're you with?" He asks, and I hold up a finger. "Now hang on, caterpillar! Funnel cake is a fine delicacy that is a scarce art nowadays, only to be found in the joys of childhood and your happiest days in life. Sugar string is a thriving and bustling community, you can find it everywhere, even at a gas station! As your big sister, it is my job to make sure you experience the finest of life, and if you don't let my peasant self take you to enjoy the finest thing your tongue will ever be graced with, then by gods will I make it my duty to find a way!" I say, and he rolls his eyes. "Yeah, the finest thing my tongue will be graced with is ice cream with toppings wrapped in cotton candy." He says, making me scoff as I drag a hand down my face. "You can get funnel cake with ice cream on top! And chocolate drizzle, and caramel drizzle- I'm getting hungry just thinking about it." I say, and he just mocks me. "Whatever! Now tell me who you're with!" He sighs, giving me a sweet smile as I scoff and roll my eyes. "One day, you'll see what I've been telling you, caterpillar." I mumble, flipping my camera phone and turning it to Aima.

"I'm with Aima, Misaki, Kuzo-kun and his friend." I say, swinging my phone over as they all wave hello. "Hello everyone! Thank you for editing the video, Kozu-kun! Let's play a game when you get the chance!" Akira says, and Kozu just nods his head as Akira grins at his phone. "Hey! Go back one, I want to see Kozu-kun's friend again!" He says, so I raise an eyebrow at Kuroo and he nods. I turn the camera back to Kuroo, and Akira brings his phone closer to himself, looking over him. "He looks super cool! Make him your boyfriend, so he can be my friend!" Akira says and I almost lose my grip on my phone, my cheeks burning. "What the heck, Akira! Not you too!" I say, flipping the camera as he just grins at me. "Oh so it's not just me who wants him to be your boyfriend? Cool! Just ask him out already!" Akira says, and I groan as Kuroo covers his mouth, chuckling lightly. "It doesn't work like that, Akira!" I say sternly, Akira pouting at me and giving me the puppy dog eyes. "Puppy dog eyes aren't going to miraculously change my mind in this one." I say, raising an eyebrow at him. Akira wiggles his bottom lip, beginning to fake sniff and he rubs his eyes.

"But- you said that it's your job as my big sister to make sure I experience the finest of life, and I think he's really cool!" Akira says in a sad voice, and I groan, slapping my palm onto my face. "Really Akira? Reeeally? This is RoosterDude we're talking about!" I say, and Akira's face just lights up. "Wait, that's RoosterDude?! Oh heck yeah, he's good at video games too, so me and him can play together! Now you have to date him!" Akira says excitedly and I just take a deep breath. "Don't worry kid, I'm working on it." Kuroo says, and Akira whoops loudly. "Sorry mom! See Kimiko! He wants it, so make him your boyfriend!" Akira says, though I hear rustling in the background. "I heard Kimiko and boyfriend, I hope you're not trying to scar your brother, Kimiko!" My mom says and I just slowly drag my hand down my face. "No mom, it's Akira that's scaring me. Kuroo-Senpai, you need to not encourage him or else I'll never hear the end of it!" I say, and Kuroo just chuckles softly. "We can't help the things we want, Suzuki-chan." Kuroo says as my mom oohs from the other side of the phone. "Hold on sweety, let me see the phone real quick." My mom says, taking the phone from Akira.

"Wait, mom!" I say, though her face already appears on the phone, a knowing grin on her face. "He looks so cool mom! He plays video games, and he actually likes Kimiko!" Akira says in the background, my cheeks burning. "Oh really? Let me see him, sweetheart." My mom says and I just sigh. "Wouldn't you rather see Aima, Misaki or Kuzo-kun? They're here too!" I say, though my mom just hums. "Hello everyone! Sorry for the scene, you know me though." My mom chirps, Aima and Misaki saying their own hellos in return. "Now come on sweetheart, show me the boy." My mom says and I shake my head. "What if he doesn't want to be shown!" I say desperately, though Kuroo just laughs. "You can show me off to whoever you like, Suzuki-chan." Kuroo says, my mom oohing as she giggles softly. "I like him already! Come on, Kimiko! Show me!" My mom says as I glare at Kuroo. "I hate you, Kuroo-Senpai." I say, though my mom clicks her tongue at me. "Child, you better not." My mom says, and I take a deep breath. "Fine, sorry, I don't hate you… I just despise you greatly." I say, making Kuroo laugh. "Better… but work on it." My mom says as I flip the camera so she can see Kuroo.

"Ooh he looks so nice sweetheart! He'd make a wonderful son-in-law!" My mom says, though I just let out a loud groan. "Ma! Of all the guys, why this one? There's so many out there, you could pick any of them! This one is so… so annoying!" I say, and my mom just clicks her tongue. "Well, introduce me to them! Until then, he's the one I like. He's got passion, I can see it." She says, and I shake my head. "I can't exactly just bring a bunch of guys to see you!" I say, and my mom hums softly. "Then choose one and bring him to me! Is Kozu-kun one of the options?" My mom asks and I run a hand through my hair. "Yes? No? Maybe, I don't know." I admit, burying my face in my arm. "Well, it's up to you to decide sweetheart! We aren't rushing you, we just want to see you happy." My mom says, making my heart squeeze as I uncover my face. "Yeah! I want to see you happy too, cause when you're happy you fly!" Akira says, making me laugh softly as I flip the camera back to me. "I'll try working on it then… I better head out, I've got a long day ahead of me. Get lots of rest and don't push yourselves too hard, okay?" I ask, my mom offering me a smile as she brings Akira into view.

"We should be telling you that, butterfly! Go spread your wings, okay! We're holding down the fort here, no worries about us, right Akira!" My mom says, both of them smiling widely at me. "Yeah! Fly high, butterfly!" Akira says, waving goodbye to me. "Okay, I will. I love you guys, goodnight." I say, my mom blowing me a kiss. "Goodnight sweetheart, remember, be safe, have lots of fun!" She says, and I take a good look at her face. She was tired, had probably just got off work- Akira was looking better, sure, but mom looked worn out. "I will." I say before I hang up, staring at my phone as the call ends. "I can't. I can't tell her." I say softly, staring at my recent calls, the unsaved number below my brothers. "You can tell us, and we can help however we can." Kuroo says, just as my phone bings with a notification from my cousin, Kanori. I clicked on it, seeing it was a video of him and little Nen, Nen holding a phone. I hold my finger over the play button, my heart swelling as I press play, covering my mouth. "Who is that, Nen!" Kanori asks, Nen staring intently at the phone with a smile on his face. "It's Kimiko-tan! She's such a pretty dancer!" Nen says happily, smiling widely at the camera.

My heart gave a tight squeeze as I closed my eyes, trying desperately not to cry. "Do you miss her?" Kanori asks, and I pry my eyes open to see Nen nod enthusiastically through my tears. "How much?" Kanori asks, and Nen bolts to his feet, spreading his little arms as wide as he can. "So much, my arms can't spread that much! It's as big as an elephant, I miss her so much!" Nen says, making Kanori laugh. "Do you want to say anything to Kimiko at her training camp?" Kanori asks, and Nen pauses to think. "Um, I love you! Have fun, and fly a lot! I miss you, see you Friday!" He says, smiling widely at the camera. "You heard it from the man himself, Kimiko! Be safe and have lots of fun okay!" Kanori says, the video ending there."God." I whisper, taking a deep breath and quickly wiping the tears from my face. "Why is he so precious!" I cry, falling onto my back and kicking my feet. "It's not fair! He's always so- so adorable! Ugh, I just want to hold him forever! My precious bean bun!" I yell before I settle down, taking another deep breath as Aima just laughs softly. "You always think he's precious." Aima says softly, though I just pick up my phone and play the video again.

"Of course… He's my everything." I say softly, watching the video and feeling even better. "He just makes it all worth it." I say, Aima walking over and patting my back. "That was his first time watching you dance on the ribbon right? He loved it! I bet he can't wait to see the next go around!" Aima says, and I offer her a smile. "He's not the only one, I'm sure I've got everyone waiting on their toes." I laugh softly, the video ending as I just stared at my phone. "It was him. He called and told me that it was a very nice show, that it was a shame I didn't invite him… Someone sent him the video. At least, that's what he said. 'One of your friends sent it to me, how sweet of them, right? Since you blocked me, I had to resort to other methods.'" I said, covering my mouth as I started to feel nauseous again. Aima grabbed my hand, squeezing it tight. "Kuroo walked up and- he heard him talking to me. 'Who's that Dancer? I… I hope you haven't tried to replace me... I already told you…" I said, starting to feel choked up as I pause, taking deep breaths as I feel hot, fanning myself and taking deep breaths. "It's okay girl, at your own pace." Aima says, gently stroking my back as I nod, my body trembling.

Misaki comes over again, handing me the water bottle from before and I gladly take it this time, using it to wash down the feeling of acid in the back of my throat. It was nice and cool, she must've put ice in it, which I was thankful for. She sits down on the other side of me, gently stroking my back as well as I set the water bottle down. I smile weakly at them both, beginning to pick at my fingers as I take a deep breath. "'You'll always be mine... I'll always find you... and I'll always bring you right back into my arms, where you belong... Tell me, does he even know about me?'" I slowly work out, staring blankly at the ground as Aima just runs a hand over her face. "He sounds crazy." Kuroo says, slowly walking forward and kneeling down in front of me. "That's one way to describe him, yeah." I whisper, though Kuroo slowly, carefully takes my hands into his hot hands, stopping me from picking at my fingers. "11 hours." I whisper, taking a deep breath. "That's if he's even in america. Can you trace a video if it's forwarded through someone?" I ask softly, everyone seeming to tense as I just laugh softly, though I feel terribly scared. In fact, I feel terrified and sick.

"He… he wouldn't reveal his hand if he didn't… if he didn't know how to… he knows. Somehow he knows where I am. It's… in the video." I whisper, slowly reaching for my phone though Kuroo takes it before I can. "Suzuki-chan, come here. I'll hold you, and I'll keep you safe. I'll look over the video on my phone, and you can watch the video of Nen-kun, okay?" Kuroo says softly, gently setting the phone in my hand as I slowly nod. He sits down, spreading his legs and gently patting his lap. I hesitantly crawl into his lap, sitting down and leaning my back against his hot chest. "Kimi-chan, do you want to show me the video of Nen-kun? You can play with my hair as we watch it, I'll hold the phone." Kozu asks, and I offer him a weak smile. "That… would be nice." I whisper, and he nods, slowly coming over and laying in my lap as I unlock my phone. I hand it to him and he takes it, pulling up the video while Kuroo takes his phone out, beginning to tap away on it. It feels good to be sandwiched in their warmth, knowing I was safe for the moment, listening and watching sweet Nen do his Nen things. I kind of felt okay, stroking my fingers through Kozu's soft hair, delicately braiding it.

The video ended and Kozu suggested watching more, so I pulled up my gallery which had all my videos of Nen saved within. We begin watching through them one by one, and I can't help but laugh and smile at each video. Nen was so cute, so adorable, he was such a sweet and big hearted boy. "I miss him." I whisper softly, struggling to keep my eyes open as I idly run my fingers through Kozu's hair, though before I know it I'm slumped back against Kuroo's chest, passing out. "She's asleep." Kuroo whispers softly, and Kozu immediately exits out of the gallery and opens up the app store. "Hey, what are you doing?" Kuroo whispers as Kozu looks up an app- a tracing app- clicking install. "For her safety." Kozu mumbles, and Kuroo can't help but just grimace, feeling slightly relieved. "So, who's the Nen kid?" He asks Aima, who tenses, delicately clearing her throat. "That's- They're really close. He means a lot to her, I mean, a lot." Aima says, though Kuroo could tell there was a story there- he didn't want to pry into things without Kimiko being okay with it first. He already had a feeling he had overstepped his boundaries with her, and he felt terrible for that.

The guy… After Kimiko had dropped her phone and he had caught it, he chased after her, putting the phone to his ear. "Dancer?" The person had said in a cold, calculating voice. "Who is this?" He had asked, seeming to make the man pause. "Stay away from my Dancer, she's mine! You understand? She is- and will always be- mine!" The man had snarled before suddenly hanging up, and while it had confused him, he had seen Kimiko dash into a bathroom. He arrived at the door, putting the phone into his pocket as he heard Kimiko throw up. She had been scared, but scared enough to make her sick? He had texted Kozu and Aima then, not knowing who else could help. They had come running, seeming to know more than he did. He didn't want to be left out, he wanted to help- anything he could. Kimiko had always hated when he called her Tiny Dancer, he had thought it was because of the Tiny part- she would always go on a rant. He understood now that it wasn't the Tiny part- it was the Dancer. The man had called her that, and it had made her terrified, scared sick and made her cry. Kuroo never wanted to make her cry, never, and he had been hurting her without knowing.

"Did you find anything in the video?" Kozu asks, drawing Kuroo out of his thoughts. "Daichi was in the shot for a second, I think he could have seen the school name on his uniform." Kuroo says, and Aima bites her thumb anxiously. "It's my fault- I should have known better, had I blurred the background…" Kozu whispers, but Kuroo puts a hand on his shoulder, shaking his head. "No, Kimiko herself said the video was fine beforehand. I'm sure she didn't think he'd see, she said that one of her friends had sent it to him. Who all did she send it to?" Kuroo asks, and Kozu pulls up her messenger, scrolling through. "She sent it to everyone on her list." Kozu says, slowly running a hand over his face. "Okay, let me see your phones. I'd like to rule everyone here out right now." Kozu says, and Kuroo immediately forks his phone out. Kozu scrolls through his phone before nodding, giving it back. Aima and Misaki also give their phones, and Kozu gives his phone for Aima to check. "Okay, so it isn't any of us. Then what about the competitors?" Kozu says, everyone returning their phones to the original owner. "I can ask Daichi to come with their phones?" Aima says, beginning to tap on her phone.

"That'd rule out anyone in Karasuno." Misaki says as Kozu sat up, helping Kuroo move Kimiko to lay down on the futon. "It'd rule out Karasuno? Aren't there more members in your club?" Kuroo asks though Aima shakes her head. "No, it's just us three." She says as a soft knock sounds on the door. "It's Daichi." Someone calls, making everyone tense as Kuroo stands up, being the biggest and strongest, opening the door. Everyone relaxed as they saw it was really Daichi, Kuroo stepping out of the way to let him in. Daichi glanced down, seeing Kimiko was asleep, quietly making his way over and giving Aima the club members phones. "That was quick." Aima says, and Daichi shrugs, taking a seat. "We were all together and nearby when you texted, everyone was worried about her so it didn't take much convincing." Daichi says as Aima gives everyone two phones to look through, not giving Daichi any. Everyone scrolls through the phones, each of them shaking their heads before handing them to Daichi. "So it's not Karasuno. I seriously doubt it would be her family, they want him as far as humanly possible." Aima says, beginning to nibble her thumb again.

"Can I get a little insight?" Daichi asks, setting the phones to the side and slowly looking over everyone. "It'll help me comfort Kimiko if the time comes, I don't need to know everything, just enough to know what I'm dealing with." Daichi says, and Aima lets out a slow breath. "Fine, but this stays between us, and it's best you don't go digging until Kimiko is ready." Aima says, Kuroo glancing around the hallway before closing the door. "There's a sick bad man after Kimiko. We're talking obsession, he's… he's a big part of why she doesn't like to be called Dancer, and a tiny part of why she was so scared to try the ribbons for so long. It's all… really, really fucked up. He somehow got the video, someone shared it to him apparently, though we've determined it's not any of us or the competitors… we think he knows that she goes to Karasuno now, so it's probably not anyone from Karasuno, but he might come seeking her out. Misaki and I have been doing our absolute best to watch the situation and offer help, but it's never really been a problem until he contacted her today." Aima says, dropping her hands into her lap, looking over at Misaki, who offers her a nod.

"We haven't been completely truthful with you Daichi-kun, you see, Misaki and I didn't just miraculously come up with this competition as an end of the year project. Yes, it needed to be done by the year, and it was a project, but it had nothing to do with school and everything to do with Kimiko. We're the only ones in the club, and no one is joining, and we both know that even if someone joined, they wouldn't understand Kimiko like we do. They wouldn't be able to help her and keep her safe, and we're going to be graduating. We couldn't leave her hanging like that, so… we made a plan, we found out that Kimiko played volleyball with her friend, and so we began thinking. She really liked playing volleyball, so if we somehow got her to open up to the club… if we could maybe find someone to protect her, to keep her safe, even though she's not ready for something more, and maybe find a way to open her up to the idea." Aima says softly, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "What better way to open up than by kissing people? We could show her that boys are nice, that they can make things fun. It can help her take away a bit of the fear." Aima says, giving Kimiko a guilty smile.

"And while she's getting closer with your club, we'll slowly work it into her head that maybe she could get a boyfriend, and that she could join the volleyball club. And now that you know, you can help us, you see, another part of that was your team is full of strong capable boys, and they can offer her protection when she needs it. She's probably going to need it now more than ever, and it's only a matter of time…" Aima says, her words falling off though Kozu sets his phone down. "Does her friend know that she's in the competition?" Kozu asks, looking over at Aima with a serious face. "No, I don't think so." Aima says, and Kozu sighs softly. "I figured so, and while I see why you did this and how it's to help Kimi-chan, but… her friend could be the fatal flaw. If he finds out the wrong way, he'll tear through everyone involved." Kozu says, slowly twining his fingers together as he stares at Kimiko. "What do you mean?" Aima asks, and Kozu gestures to Kimiko. "She has a guard dog. I'll assume you haven't met, but he's the one she plays volleyball with. If he doesn't know, it's best that Kimiko slowly eases him into it, and then you explain." Kozu says, though Aima stares at him confused.

"Because if he finds out the wrong way, he will not take it easy, he will hunt down everyone involved and… it won't be pretty. He is her guardian in a sense, but he doesn't go to Karasuno, he goes to…" Kozu says, though Aima cuts him off. "Aoba Johsai?" She asks, and he just nods. "He needs to know, and we have to walk on eggshells and ice to get him to go along with it." Kozu says, sighing softly as he picks his phone back up. "I'll bring it up to Kimiko, you be ready to tell him everything about your plan. He will more than likely want to harm you until you find a way to get through to him." Kozu says, beginning to tap away on his phone again, feeling exhausted from talking so much. Kimiko suddenly whimpers, tossing side to side, everyone tensing as Aima and Misaki jump into action. "Kimiko! Hey, it's okay, you're safe! It's just a dream." Aima says, taking my hand and gently squeezing it, bringing me out of my nightmare. "We're here, Kimiko, it's me, Aima, Kozu-kun, Kuroo-kun and Daichi-kun. We won't let anything happen to you." Misaki says as I gasp for air, blinking my eyes open desperately as I still feel trapped in the embrace of my terrible nightmare.

I whimper softly as I squeeze my eyes shut, my nightmare replaying in my mind. I quickly opened them, looking around and seeing I was back in the Kurasuno club training camp room. "Hey, just breathe, it's okay." Aima says, lifting me up as I take deep breaths. "Sorry, I had a nightmare." I mumble, shaking my head to clear the memories, my hand finding its way to my stomach. "And I passed out while we were in the middle of something, ah I'm so off today! What were we talking about?" I ask, running a hand through my hair and giving them a shy awkward smile. "We were discussing how that guy got the video, we think we figured it out, but if you want to wait we were going to ask you another thing, right, Kozu-kun?" Aima says, sparing Kozu a glance as he slowly nods. "I'd appreciate it if we talked about the other thing first." I whisper, Aima squeezing my hand gently. "You need to tell your guard dog about the competition." Kozu says simply, making me flinch as I slowly raise my eyes to look at him. "D-do I really have to? He's gonna be so mad!" I say, Kozu gives me a serious look. "You have to tell him, Kimi-chan." Kozu says simply as I deflate.

"There's no harm if he doesn't know about it." I say, pouting at the floor though Kozu shakes his head. "No, Kimi-chan, you need to tell him. You know he's going to find out one way or the other. It's better that you tell him yourself, Aima already volunteered to give him a rundown of it, but you have to break the ice first and make sure he doesn't kill her." Kozu says, and I slowly turn to Aima. "Really?" I ask, and she hesitantly nods. "Preferably it happens before the competition starts back up at the end of the camp, but… he won't actually kill me for something like this will he?" Aima asks, and I slowly itch my cheek, turning my eyes away. "I hope not?" I say, making Aima shudder as she begins shaking me. "Why didn't you tell me about him? Is he a delinquent? Am I safe with him? Scratch that, are you safe with him?" Aima asks in a panic and I pat her shoulders. "Um, he's a really nice and sweet guy to me, but uh, he doesn't really let anyone else come near me. He's a precious friend of mine though, and I'm sure if I beg him enough he won't hurt you! Hopefully." I laugh awkwardly, and Aima looks like her ghost just left her body, floating away with the wind.

"I'm going to die, aren't I?" She mumbles, and I laugh softly. "It's okay, Aima-chan." I say, hesitantly reaching my hand for my phone. "And… that?" I whisper, staring at my phone helplessly. "It's not anyone from the competition, we checked everyone's phones. I doubt it's your family, they all know." Aima says and I slowly lift my gaze to Kuroo. He comes over, kneeling before me. "Daichi was in the shot for a second… The school logo was visible." He whispers, and I choke on my breath, covering my mouth. "H-he knows! He knows he knows he knows!" I gasped, covering my face as I began to tremble. "11 hours, shit, think. Think! What can I- fuck!" I whimpered, gasping for air as I began to panic. Kuroo scoops me into his arms, holding me tight as I begin to hyperventilate, clinging desperately to his warmth. "Hey, slow down, breath, it's okay, you're not alone. We're here to protect you, just breathe." Kuroo says, though I desperately gasp for air, feeling like I couldn't get air in my lungs. "Misaki!" Aima says, both of them bolting to their feet. "On it!" Misaki says, dashing out the door without another word while Aima comes over, lifting my head and rearranging me in Kuroo's lap.

"Hey, hey! Look at me! Look at me, Kimiko!" Aima says, patting my cheek as Kozu comes over, squeezing my hand tight. "Calm down, breathe, Kimiko! He ho, he ho!" Aima says and I lift my free hand to my throat, feeling it constrict. I gag, tears blurring my vision as someone else comes to my side, taking my hand and squeezing it tight. "It's okay Kimiko, we won't let anything happen to you. Everyone will work to keep you safe, if you need us we'll be there in a heartbeat." Daichi says, and I let out a strangled cry, squeezing my eyes shut. "No Kimiko! Eyes open, look at me! Do you remember your song? Misaki's getting it right now, do you remember it? Come on, you know your song! You used to sing it all the time right?" Aima says, so I slowly pry my eyes open, looking up at her. "That's it, come on, let's sing it! I'll do the vocals, okay? You gotta take a deep breath though!" Aima says as I slowly think of Nen as a baby, the song I used to sing for him as I rocked him to sleep. Aima starts singing, helping me slowly relax, taking a slow breath. "I've been watching you, for some time." I sing softly, thinking of sweet baby Nen wrapped up in blankets, his blue eyes on me.

"Can't stop staring at those ocean eyes." I sing, thinking of his small little fingers, how delicate they were. "Burning cities and napalm skies, fifteen flares inside those ocean eyes, your ocean eyes." I sing, having sung it so many times when I was crying or hurting, I could always sing it now, because when I would sing it, Nen would just stare at me and smile. "No fair, you really know how to make me cry when you give me those ocean eyes, I'm scared, I've never fallen from quite this high, falling into your ocean eyes. Those ocean eyes." I sing softly, remembering it was his favorite part. No matter how much he fussed or cried, he'd always fall silent when I sang it. I fall silent, tears streaming down my face as I look up at Aima, my lip trembling. "What if he finds out? What am I going to say? What am I going to do?" I choke out, and Aima falls to her knees, scooping me into a tight hug. "I don't know, Kimiko, but… but it'll be okay! I just know it, okay. You've got plenty of people to protect you, okay?" Aima says, though I shake my head furiously. "I don't care about me! I just… I just want…" I say, though Daichi suddenly grabs me, pulling me to face him.

"Suzuki-chan! You might not care about what happens to you, but all of us, everyone from the volleyball team, the people in this room and your family all care for you and want to all see you happy and healthy!" Daichi says and I quickly shove his hands away. "You think I don't know that! But, I'm the reason we're stuck! I'm the reason they're all in danger, I'm at fault! If I could have, I would've run away! I would've spared them from all this! But… they need me…" I yell, though Aima grabs me, slapping me and making me yelp. "Kimiko Suzuki! It is not your fault! It was never your fault, it was his! It was always his, always has been and always will be, but you're the survivor! Don't be the victim, cowering and scared! You need to be the survivor!" Aima yells at me, my lip trembling as my cheek stings. "What would your mom think? Huh? What would Akira think? What would Nen think? They watched you stretch your wings, they're so happy to see you breathe again, Kimiko! They're all waiting for you on a bated breath, ready for you to spread your wings, to live again! Don't you want to show Nen that you can fly?" Aima says, shaking me furiously, though I let out a frustrated scream.

"I want to! I do, I really want to! But I'm scared! I don't want to fall again!" I scream, sobbing uncontrollably as Aima's face turns red. "I know you're scared, Kimiko, I do! But are you really going to live in fear your whole life? You're not living, Kimiko, you're just not dying! How are you going to show Akira to live if you don't get in the air! How are you going to show your mom that she doesn't have to worry if you don't take the first step! How are you going to be there for Nen if you don't show him you can overcome anything! You're just… you're biding your time, setting him off like you're afraid of him! Like he's a mistake." Aima screams at me, though I scramble up and tackle Aima. "Don't you ever, EVER call him a mistake!" I scream at her, and she fights me, growling low. "Then get your shit together and be there for him already! All of us are waiting with a net, so what's stopping you, hah? Use that anger, use it to show HIM that he didn't take your wings! Show him that you can fly and that he can never reach you again! Stop acting like you're in a cage!" Aima says, wrestling me onto my back, though Daichi grabs her off of me, pulling her back. She shoves him back, taking a deep breath and looking at me.

"He's already 5, Kimiko. 5! How long do you plan to let him go without knowing? Hah? Are you planning to wait until he's an adult? Are you never going to tell him?" Aima says, and my blood boils in my veins as I scramble to my feet, screaming in frustration. Kuroo grabs me around my waist as I lunge for Aima, pulling me against his hot chest. "You think I don't want to tell him? I think about it every fucking day, Aima! Every time he asks me if I can tell him about his mom, I just want to grab him and tell him 'she's right here! You're looking at her!' I want to show him off to everyone, I want to carry him to the ends of the world and show him everything! He is my EVERYTHING! but as long as that asshole is out there, I have to keep it hidden, so that I don't get him in the crossfire! That's the last fucking thing I want to do, and it's my job as a mother to make sure that my son is SAFE! Out of harm's way!" I scream at Aima in frustration, and she just shakes her head at me. "That bastard is not an idiot, Kimiko! He'll find out! What if he's checked your medical records, hah? Did you ever think when he asks if 'he' knew, he meant Nen?" Aima says, and I fall dead silent, staring blankly at Aima.

I felt fucking sick again, my heart stopped in my chest as I stared blankly at Aima. "Do you want your son to find out from the bastard that raped you that you're his mom? Or do you want to tell him yourself?" Aima says, and my heart starts pounding again, my hands flying to cover my face. "I tried playing it nice, Kimiko! I tried easing you into it, but you wouldn't listen! Nen doesn't deserve to find out from a fucking monster!" Aima yells at me, and I slowly go limp in Kuroo's arms, laying my head back against his chest. "Are you okay?" He whispers in my ear as I just slowly shake my head. "I'm sorry, but I need to take a walk." Aima says, and I hear her exit, slowly uncovering my face and staring at the ground. "I'm such a fucking idiot." I whisper, Kuroo slowly lowers us to the ground, keeping his arms around me. Kozu shuffles over, taking my hand as Daichi just stares at the futons with a blank face. We sit in silence for a moment, before Daichi finally speaks up. "Kimiko… You were?..." Daichi asks, slowly turning to me as I just stare at the futons. "I was raped and impregnated, yes." I whisper, and Daichi falls to his knees, covering his face as he takes a long, slow deep breath.

"And the kid… he's five. You're- you're in your 2nd year, you can't be…" Daichi says and I begin to tremble again, Kuroo and Kozu squeezing me tighter. "I was 12." I start softly, tears gathering in my eyes though I quickly wipe them away. "My dance teacher… I didn't understand, I just got really dizzy during a competition, on the ribbons. I woke up in a hospital with a concussion, a big nasty bruise and a dislocated shoulder. They told me that I was pregnant. I didn't understand at all." I whisper, leaning my head back on Kuroo's shoulder and closing my eyes. "I couldn't understand any of it, it was all so quick, my brother got really sick, my mom got busy with bills, court cases and hospital things. My mom told me that I couldn't keep him, that she couldn't support all three of us on her own… but I wanted him so fucking bad, he was there with me, his little heartbeat…" I say, my hand finding its way to my stomach as I remember hearing him through the ultrasound, seeing him in all his glory. "I begged her everytime I saw her, and every second we were on the way to the abortion clinic, I begged and cried and pleaded to keep him." I say, remembering that car ride.

"She finally gave in to the chance that my dad's side of the family would help. She reached out to my uncle, and once he heard, he came up with an opportunity. We made our arrangements and moved to Japan with him, and he'd take my son as his own. I could see him, be there for him, raise him- I could tell him he was mine when I was ready, and they'd never tell him anything about me being his mom. Every day I am grateful for my uncle, he saved my son, and he raised him alongside his own son, true to his word, like he was his own. It was all so touch and go…" I say, looking at my finger as I remember feeling Nen wrap his fingers around mine. "I regret nothing. Nen is everything, absolutely everything to me. That is the bottom line, and I will do what I need to do to make sure my son is safe and happy." I say firmly, clenching my fist and lifting up to the light. "I will fly." I whisper, feeling determined. "I've waited far too long to stretch my wings, and I will set the path ablaze until there's a road that leads to a happy ending for us." I say, taking a deep breath and letting out a determined yell that makes the boys jump. "Nen! Mommy's got this!" I yell as tears gather in my eyes.

"You set the path, and we'll pave it for you." Daichi says, smiling at me as he gives me a fist bump. "And we'll keep you in the air." Kozu says, gently squeezing my hand. "And keep you safe from anyone who tries to get in your way." Kuroo says, laying his head on my shoulder as I laugh at them all. "Thank you! Please, take care of me!" I say, before I realize I had to thoroughly apologize to Aima. "Shit! I gotta go hunt down Aima!" I gasp, sliding from all the boys as I bow extra low to them all. "I'm sorry you had to deal with me, but… It really means a lot to me! I appreciate you all and everything you've done for me!" I say, dashing out the door to hunt Aima down. "Fuck. She's so…" Kuroo says, running a hand through his hair. "I'm hooked on her." Daichi sighs, running a hand through his hair. "Get in line, then." Kozu finally pipes up, shocking Kuroo as he stares at his friend. "I'm not backing down, Kozu." Kuroo says, meaning every word he says. "I expect nothing less when it comes to Kimiko. I won't hold it against you though, because I'm the same way." Kozu says, making Kuroo grin as he nods. "Don't forget me." Daichi chuckles, crossing his arms.

"I'm back! God, I couldn't find the disk in the room, and the gym was locked and the teachers were out drinking." Misaki says, making all three of the boys jump as she looks over the room. "Okay, what'd I miss?" Misaki asks, letting her hands fall back to her sides. "AIMA!" I scream as I smack into her back, almost knocking her over. "Fuck! What the hell!" Aima gasps as she turns around. "I'm so sorry Aima! You're right- I'm an idiot! I get it now, okay! I'm going to spread my wings, and I'm going to fly, and I'm going to show everyone that I can live! And- and I'm going to tell Nen that I'm his mom! So please, bear with me for a little longer?" I ask, panting for air as Aima slowly peels me off of her, slowly turning back to me and pouting her lip. "You're the bestest friend I could ever ask for, Aima! You're always there for me, supporting me no matter what! I don't think I could make it without you, and I'm sorry I've been dragging my feet, but, please! I need you! I'm sorry! I love you!" I yell at her, panting as I feel my cheeks burn, bending at the waist. "Okay, okay! Stand up, I'll forgive you if you owe me five favors, anything I want!" Aima says and I nod furiously, making her smile.

"As long as it's possible, I'll do it!" I say, and she smiles widely at me. "Deal! Okay, first favor- I get to add anyone I want to the competition! I'll let you meet them in advance, of course- oh, and uh, I already added Kozu and Kuroo- but I won't add just anyone okay! Just people I think would be great to you!" Aima says and I stare blankly at her, my lips pursed. "You know what? Fuck it, fine. Whatever, as long as you're still my friend." I say, scooping her into a big hug as she giggles at me. "Second! Misaki and I get to take you on a shopping spree and choose all your outfits relating to the competition!" Aima says, and I nod enthusiastically as she smiles. "Okay! Good! Number three, I'm going to start a group chat for the competition! You have to participate in challenges and such to make it spicy and to give my heart little thrills!" Aima says, and I smile at her usual antics. "Hai! I'll do my best!" I agree, making her squeal happily. "Fourth! Join the volleyball club next year, since we're going to be disbanding the dance club after this year, I want to know you're in good hands!" Aima says, making me pause. "Okay." I relent, though I knew she was just looking out for me.

"Fifth, forgive me for being a bitch earlier, okay? I didn't mean to say it so rudely, but it needed to be said. I'd never think of Nen as a mistake, I know you're trying to do what you think is best for him. Oh, and be my friend forever!" Aima says softly, and tears gather in my eyes. "Of course!" I cry, quickly wiping my eyes and giving her a watery smile as she pulls me into a tight hug. "I love you!" I sob, tightly hugging her back. "I love you too!" Aima sobs, beginning to ugly cry. "Ewww you're ugly crying!" I laugh through my tears, and she just sniffs. "Noh! Yer uglee crying!" She sobs, crying even louder. "Yeah right! We all know you're the ugly crier and I'm the pretty crier!" I laugh, rubbing her back. "Shut up! Not all of us can be blessed with pretty crying, okay?" Aima says, pulling away and rubbing her eyes. "I'm okay, I'm okay. Come on, let's go back." Aima says, and we both walk back to the Karasuno room together, seeing that Misaki, Daichi, Kuroo and Kozu were all chilling on the ground. "I brought cry baby Aima back." I say, Misaki flipping her hair and looking between us. "Oh, good, you already made up." She says as Aima dashes over, taking a seat between Kuroo and Daichi.

I take the last seat between Kuroo and Kozu, glancing around the circle. "So, what now?" I ask softly and Daichi clears his throat. "If it's alright, I'd like to bring the club back in. Only if you're comfortable with it, Suzuki-chan." Daichi says, and I just offer him a smile. "That's fine by me, Mura-senpai! Would you like us to head back to our rooms?" I ask, though he shakes his head. "No, it's alright, we had something to ask you anyways. Unless you want to leave, of course." Daichi says, and I just nod as he gets up and heads out. "Is your cheek alright?" Kozu asks, gently brushing his thumb over my tender cheek. "Oh, I forgot… it is kind of tender." I admit, and Aima jumps up. "Shit! I'll go get ice and a towel!" She says, dashing out the door and leaving the four of us alone. "Okay, um, so who could have sent the video to him?" Misaki says, and I look around for my phone. "Um, we know it's not anyone from here." I say, grabbing my phone and texting Kyo to see if he shared the video with anyone. [1] "It wasn't Kyo-Kun, so it's not anyone from Japan." I mumble, opening up my contacts and beginning to scroll through all of the people from back in america.

"Wait, how many friends do you even have in Japan, Kimiko?" Misaki asks as Aima comes back with a pack of ice wrapped in a towel. "Well, it was just you two, my family, Kozu-Kun and Kyo-Kun before the competition, and some acquaintances that I met along the way." I admit, and they both looked shocked. "It's been five years since you've moved to Japan!" Aima says, coming over and pushing my head onto Kuroo's lap, making my cheeks burn as she put the ice on my cheek. "Well yeah, I was busy raising Nen, and by then I had fallen behind in class. I spent a lot of time catching up, and then I joined the dance club, and you guys were enough for me." I explain, Aima sighing as she collapses back in her spot. "Girl, we need to make you new friends." Aima says sternly, and I raise a brow at her. "I'm making friends in the competition!" I say, and she just snorts. "Yeah, I guess, but you need to extend your reach outside of Karasuno!" Aima says firmly, Kozu twisting before laying his head in my lap. "I guess so, but it'll be difficult since I don't know many people outside of Karasuno…" I mumble, beginning to play with Kozu's hair as he plays on his Switch.

"Then we'll use the competition to make you friends! We'll work as the volleyball team's official cheerleader team, and I'll hunt for new contestants!" Aima says and I stare at her blankly as she smiles at me. "Is it too late to take back my promises?" I ask and she just laughs. "Yes, yes it is, Kimiko. This is gonna be so exciting! I'm going to extend the competition till the end of the year! Oh my gosh, so much fun!" Aima says, I take a deep breath, picking the ice off my cheek and setting it on my chest as I turn my head into Kuroo's chest, burying my face in deep and wrapping my arms around him. I scream into his chest, muffled as he chuckles and runs a hand through my hair. Kozu taps my thigh and I stop screaming, pulling away and returning to my original position. I replace the ice on my cheek and scowl at Aima, continuing to play with Kozu's hair. Kuroo keeps playing with my hair in the meantime, helping me calm down. "So let me get this straight, you want to extend the competition to the end of the school year, follow the volleyball team around through their games and find more 'friends' for me… to kiss." I say slowly, and she nods enthusiastically.

"This, this is what I was talking about. Your add-ons, you just get something in your head and go with it. What are you going to tell Daichi? 'hey Mura-senpai! Let the dance club be your cheerleaders and follow you around through all your games and stuff! The whole time I'll be looking for people to add to the competition so Kimiko can make friends! By the way, do you mind adding her to the club next year?'" I mock as someone clears their throat in the doorway, making me jump. "I mean, I'm not opposed to the idea of having our own cheer team, in fact I think it'd help keep the boys motivated. As for adding people to the competition, it is Aima's project and I trust her to do what's best, but I would like to know who is going to be joining. Other than that, I would gladly welcome you to the club with open arms next year, but I'll be graduating." Daichi says, coming over to take back his spot as the club floods back into the room. "Kimiko! What happened to your cheek?" Suga gasps and I sigh softly. "It's complicated, but it's all fine and forgiven." I say, pouting as I glare at Aima. "You see Kimiko! We're all set!" Aima chirps happily as I just groan, rolling my eyes.

"So, Daichi, what did you want to ask?" I ask, though he just glances around as everyone perks up. "Please join the club next year!" Everyone asks, bowing their heads at me as I just blink at them. "Oh. Okay, I mean, I promised Aima I would anyway, but I'm glad you'll accept me." I say, smiling at them all before my phone bings. "How am I going to explain this to my mom?" I sigh, picking up my phone and seeing I had gotten a text from my uncle. [2] "Oh! She already knows about the competition, so I explained everything to her! She thinks it's pretty neat, and doesn't mind as long as you're happy and safe!" Aima says and I just slowly nod, checking my uncle's texts. "You think I could bring Nen in after practice tomorrow? I want to…" I pause, and Aima just squeals happily. "So fast! I mean, I don't see why not? It's family, right?" Aima says, and I slowly nod. "I don't want to wait." I say, offering her a smile as she just hopped up and started cheering. "Finally! Oh, I get to see sweet Nen again! I can't wait!" Aima says, doing a little dance as I laugh. "Come on Aima, calm down. I'm the one that should be excited." I say, and Aima sits back down, though she practically bounces on her heels.

"But he's so friggin' cute! So pure hearted!" Aima says, making me groan. "Stop, you're going to make me miss him, and if I miss him I'm going to stay up all night going back and forth between sad cause he's not here and happy cause he's coming tomorrow." I say, tossing my phone to the side. "You're going to do that anyways!" Aima says pointedly, making me giggle. "You're right, tell me all about how amazing Nen is. You have to, cause you kind of implied he was a mistake." I say, closing my eyes and settling into Kuroo's lap. "I told you I didn't mean it! He would never, never ever be a mistake! He's too precious, like an angel! With his little blue eyes and raven black hair…" Aima says, making me coo. "It was so soft and curly when he was a baby!" I sigh, and Aima and I go back and forth talking about Nen, before someone clears their throat. "Who's Nen?" Shoyo asks, coming to sit down beside me. "Nen's my son!" I chirp happily, and Shoyo seems confused. "You have a son?" He asks, and I nod. "Yeah, wanna see a video of him?" I ask, grabbing my phone. "Yes!" Shoyo says as I pull up my stash of every photo and video I had of Nen, passing it to him.

Everyone gathers around, seemingly curious as I just smile at them. "Isn't he adorable?" I ask, and Hinata nods enthusiastically. "Adorable! Wahh, his eyes are such a pretty blue!" Shoyo gushes, making me squeal. "I know right! They're like an ocean, I love them!" I say, quieting down when I realized Kozu had fallen asleep in my lap. "Your son?" Suga asks, seeming surprised as I nod. "Mhm. That's my son." I say proudly, everyone seems to shift. "But he's… you're…" Asahi stumbles over his words. "I understand what you mean… He's 5, I had him when I was 12. It… it's complicated, but Nen is my everything." I say as Kuroo gently squeezes my hand, offering him a smile. "If Daichi wants to give you the gist of it later on, he can. I don't mind, I just… I'd just prefer not to talk about it myself right now." I say, the boys all nodding before Shoyo bursts out laughing. "Oh my gosh, his face is covered in chocolate!" Shoyo laughs, making me smile. "Oh I remember that one! He got into his halloween bag that night and stuffed himself full! He went into a sugar coma for two days! It was crazy, he had a huge stomach ache." I laugh, though it was cute at the time it was tough after.

"Oh! His Halloween costume is in the next picture. He was so cute! He wanted to be the boogeyman from the night before Christmas!" I say, and Shoyo swipes to the next picture. "Uwahh, you're right! He's so cute!" Shoyo laughs, making me feel proud. "Oh my gosh, his first halloween I dressed him up as a spider, the costume was so fluffy, and he was so cute crawling around! I just couldn't, I took so many pictures." I say, remembering every bit of the cute little wiggling he did. "Oh he was so cute as a baby, his little fingers and his little toes!" I sigh, covering my face as I look at Aima. "Aima! Stop me, I got baby fever." I whine, and she just laughs at me. "Girl, what the heck am I gonna do! You want babies, you already got one!" She says and I roll my eyes. "Yeah, and Nen will always be my precious baby! He's gonna grow old and leave me alone, and then I'm gonna be babeless- I can't, I'll miss the little toes too much! So I want at least one more." I say, lifting a finger to her. "No, I'm going to keep trying until I have a girl actually. I need it- I don't care, I'll dress her up as a princess, and I can do her hair really cute all the time-" I say and Aima just shushes me.

"Oi, girl, I feel you, but first, you need to find a daddy." Aima says, making me pause as I furrow my eyebrows. "Daddy?" I ask, feeling Kuroo tense under me and Kozu stirs in my lap. "Yes, you need to find a daddy. How do you expect to have a baby with no daddy in the picture?" Aima says and I hum softly, crossing my arms. "You always say you can always just ask someone for a quickie." I say to no one in particular though I hear Daichi choke. "Kimiko you don't even know what a quickie is. That's for finding a baby daddy, a one time thing- you need a DADDY, someone willing to commit." Aima says and I just groan. "Daddy, baby daddy, what's the difference?" I ask and Aima just snorts. "Children, that's the difference." Aima says matter in factly. "Okay, and then I want a baby Daddy?" I ask, raising an eyebrow. "No! You want a daddy! They're different, trust me!" Aima groans as she runs a hand down her face. "Look, you'll probably find plenty willing in the competition, so you just go be the pretty little innocent butterfly you are, sing wetter and wait for your daddy to rise and shine." Aima says and I sing the first lines of wetter by twista, feeling the room temperature rise.

Kozu suddenly rises from my lap, crawling over me and brushing the ice pack from my cheek. His thumb brushed my bottom lip, making me fall silent as my heart began to pound. His gaze was hot and dark, though he wasn't angry- in fact, I felt quite a few hot gazes similar to his on me. "Run Kimiko!" Aima laughs and I roll off of Kuroo's lap, out from under Kozu and dashing for the door. "Aima! Your advice is going to be the end of me!" I yell as I run back to our designated room, hearing her laugh hysterically from the room. "Okay guys, stop thinking about whatever you're thinking about, trust me I know, but she doesn't know what she does to people." Aima laughs as the boys all turn their heads to her. "You're telling me that wasn't on purpose?" Daichi pipes up, and Aima nods. "Yeah, Kimiko may have a kid, but she's a virgin when it comes to experience. She has a gift for arousing people and she doesn't even realize it. Trust me when I say when she's trying to tease or flirt with you, you'll know." Aima says, Misaki nodding in agreement. "Yeah, when it's that… well, let's just say it's impossible to stop yourself, and she's already irresistible." Misaki pipes up, Aima nodding in agreement.
