Aoba Johsai

"Suga-Senpai!" I chime as I swing into the gym, getting a lot of support from my crutches since I couldn't feel my legs. "Hey Sweetheart, what's up?" Suga asks, giving me a sweet smile as he walks over to me. "You forgot your jacket at my house. I came to return it." I say and he supports me as I reach in my backpack and pull his jacket out. "How are your legs feeling?" He asks as he takes the jacket, my face burning as I fix my bag. "Um… I can't feel them." I admit and Suga laughs as I get situated back onto my crutches. "Well, I guess you're going to have to cancel on that guy, you can stay here and watch us practice." Suga says, seeming happy as I offer him a sheepish smile. "I still have to go; I'm going to Aoba Johsai to discuss the competition." I say, itching the back of my neck as Suga clicks his tongue. "You're going to Aoba Johsai? Can I come with you?" Tobio asks, suddenly appearing beside us as I hum softly. "Actually, if you could help me get there it would be a great help, Yama-kun. My leg hasn't been feeling too well." I say and he nods, looking a bit pleased as Suga hums. "I'll leave her in your care then." Suga says, patting Tobio's shoulder lightly.

We arrive at the campus and Kageyama seems tense, his fists clenched and radiating an intimidating aura. "Yama-kun, can I lean on you for a second?" I ask, seeming to catch him off guard as we stop. "Is your leg hurting?" He asks and I shake my head, smiling sweetly at him. "A friend of mine is meeting me here, I want to text him and tell him that I arrived to see if he went ahead." I ask and Kageyama hums, walking over and letting me lean back on him. I pull out my phone, texting Arthur and letting him know I arrived. He texted back instantly, letting me know he was already in the gym, watching the others practice. "He went on ahead to the gym." I say, leaning back on my crutches and swinging my way over. "Um, Suzuki-chan, do you know Oikawa-kun?" Tobio asks and I hum, looking up to the sky. "I mean, I don't 'know' him, but I am his acquaintance; I'm close friends with one of his club members so I kind of got introduced to him along the way. I sometimes play with my friend at their gym, but not recently." I admit as the gym comes into view. "Friends with someone on the Aoba Johsai team?" Toboi asks as we arrive at the gym, though he suddenly stops.

"Um, yeah. Why are you stopping?" I ask and he shuffles lightly, pointing to one of the lower windows. "If it's alright, I'd like to wait outside. I'll be watching from there." Tobio says and I hesitantly nod, taking my backpack back from him. "Okay, if anything happens, I can handle it. Don't worry, even if it gets rough." I say and he nods, crouching down by the window as I head inside. I glanced around, seeing that all the boys were gathered together on a break. "Kimiko!" Arthur chimes when he sees me hobbling in, gesturing me over. "Hey Arthur, where's Kyo-kun?" I ask and he shakes his head, shrugging his shoulders. "Wasn't here when I got here, which is a shame. I was really looking forward to teasing him about you making me lunch." Arthur sighs and I shake my head, leaning against the wall and pulling my backpack off. "Well, actually, I ended up making him one too." I hum, Arthur slapping his hand to his chest. "What? You weren't supposed to make him one!" Arthur says and I snort, smiling up at him. "I made a few, but if he isn't here he can't get his then he's still missing out." I chime, setting my bag to the side and sliding down the wall, my legs weak.

"Suzuki-chan! You're just in time to see our next match!." Toru chimes, walking over and raising an eyebrow at my crutches. "What happened?" He asks and I sigh softly, pointing up at Arthur. "She got fucked so hard her legs don't work!" Arthur says and my face burns, punching him in his leg and crumbling him. "Arthur took me surfing, I fell off my board and pulled a muscle. I hurt it worse when 'someone' picked a fight with my friend and I had to get involved." I say, glaring at Arthur as he rubs his leg. The match starts and Arthur and I watch as the team plays, though when the game is over, Toru's stomach growls. "Kawa-Senpai, I made some bentos. Would you like one?" I ask, reaching into my bag and offering him one. "For me? I'd love one!" Toru chimes, taking the bento and smiling widely at me as Iwai walks past. "Oh, Iwai-Senpai!" I ask and he pauses, turning back to me and raising an eyebrow. "Would you like a bento?" I ask, reaching into my bag and grabbing another bento, offering it to him. "Oh. Sure, thank you." He says, seeming surprised as he takes the bento. "Aw! And here I was thinking I was special!" Oikawa says, pouting as he sits down in front of me.

"Well, I did make them, but I didn't know what you guys liked." I hum, curling my legs to the side as Toru looks deflated. "You made all of these yourself?" Iwai asks, sitting next to Oikawa as I give Arthur his Bento and he plops down as well. "Hai, I hope you don't mind." I say as Toru pops open his lid, peeking inside. "Wahh! It's so pretty!" Toru laughs, looking down at the little bunny I made from rice and fried chicken. "Yeah, I like doing stuff like that… Sorry if it's cheesy, I didn't really think about it. I was just enjoying making the bentos..." I admit, itching my cheek shyly as I glance away. "It's okay." Iwai says, popping his open as I reach in my bag, grabbing some utensils and passing them out. Toru takes a bite and groans, beginning to stuff his face full. "H-Hey! You're gonna give yourself a tummy ache, Kawa-Senpai! Slow down!" I laugh, though he shakes his head, chewing what was in his mouth before swallowing. "No way, this is too good." He says and I take his chopsticks, sticking my tongue out at him. "Then I guess I'll have to feed you like a kid." I grab a bite for him with his chopsticks, lifting it up. "Say Ah~" I chime and he opens his mouth wide.

Arthur leans over, taking the bite and making me laugh as I shove him away. "Arthur, what the heck! Cooties!" I laugh as Toru gives Arthur a glare. "Darnit, I only have my chopsticks from lunch and the chopsticks I had for Kyo-kun…" I mumble, reaching into my bag and beginning to search through. I click my tongue, though a light whistle catches my attention. I glanced over to the window Tobio was sitting outside of, seeing he was waving some disposable chopsticks. "Oh, thank you." I say, crawling over and taking them as he shrugs. "I'm going to head back now, if that's alright." Tobio says and I hum softly, nodding my head. "Oh, okay then, be safe. I would come and say goodbye properly, but I left my crutches with the others." I say and he just shrugs, waving bye before walking away. I crawl back to the others, taking my seat and popping the chopsticks apart. "You give these ones cooties and I'll poke your eyes out, Arthur." I chime, clicking them together menacingly before I get another bite for Toru. "Who was that? Was it rough boy?" Arthur asks, taking a bite of his bento and smiling at me. "What? No, that was someone else." I say, offering Toru his bite.

"Who is it out of that group?" Arthur asks as Toru quickly snags the bite before Arthur can. "Uh… You don't know this guy, he wasn't part of that group. I really hope you're not going to call Suga rough boy." I say, though Arthur snorts at me. "Well, heee-" Arthur starts and I click the chop sticks menacingly at him. "Did punch me! Let alone it was a pretty mean hook!" Arthur chimes, though Toru and Iwai both look surprised about this. "Sugawara punched you?" Toru asks as I gather another bite, offering it to him and he greedily takes it. "Yeah, but uh, that's cause Arthur was causing lots of misunderstandings and was teasing him about it. Arthur has a way of doing things like that, you know a bit about that, Iwai-Senpai." I say and he furrows his brows, seeming confused. "He's the same way with Kyo-Kun, that's why they always end up fighting." I say and he slowly nods, looking over Arthur. "Is he part of…" Iwai asks, though I shake my head and wrinkle my nose. "No, he wouldn't want anything to do with that. He just likes getting people riled up, and I just happen to be a great fly trap." I laugh, though I gather another bite for Toru, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Fly trap? Are you kidding me? You're the bee's knees! All sorts of interesting people flock to you, this morning for instance! Goodness I'd never heard you scre-" Arthur says and I grab his chopsticks, flipping them over and pinching his tongue. He gasps, yanking away and covering his mouth. "Jeez, you're not going to let that go, are you?" I sigh, giving him his chopsticks back, offering Toru his bite. "Girlie, you almost gave me a boner." Arthur says and Toru pauses on the way to take the bite. "You're kinky, you… what's the word? I don't speak sex." I mumble, though Arthur snorts loudly. "Masochist- and you're right there with me you jawbreaker sucker. Don't bullshit me, you talk sex- there's no way you couldn't after-" Arthur says and I give Toru his chopsticks, turning to Arthur. "Arthur, I can and will beat the shit out of you." I say, cracking my knuckles menacingly. "Don't threaten me with a good time- you might be a sadist, if you enjoy the thought of inflicting pain on little ol' me." Arthur says and I scrunch up my nose. "I swear you're just like- nope, I'm not even gonna say her name. You two would be a terrible combo." I grumble, shivering at the thought of Arthur and Aima together.

"Jawbreaker sucker?" Toru asks, fixing his grip on his chopsticks. "Jawbreaker." Arthur says, lifting one hand and setting his chopsticks down. "Ribbon." Arthur says, lifting his other hand. He grins widely, clapping his hands together. "Candy ball gag. Boys, she's a screamer." Arthur chimes, Toru dropping his chopsticks as Iwai chokes on his bite. I pretend to jump at Arthur and he screeches, scrambling away. "Scared of an injured girl? Well, I wonder how I'll pay you back when I'm better." I cackle, sitting back and tucking my legs under myself. "You said it yourself that you can and will beat the shit out of me. I'll have to thank rough boys for putting your legs out of commission." Arthur says and I slowly run a hand over my face, turning to glare at him. He visibly flinches and I slowly slide up onto my legs, favoring my uninjured foot as I limp towards him. "What happened to your leg?" Kyo says, making me jump as I glance to the gym doors, seeing that the gym was empty other than us. "Surfboard accident." I say, Arthur beginning to sneak past me. "She hurt it keeping him in check." Iwai says, Kyo's face darkening as he begins to storm over to Arthur.

"You! Why is it always you-" Kyo growls, grabbing onto Arthur's collar and slamming his fist into Arthur's cheek. Arthur grins, shoving him away before diving in to punch him right back. Kyo lifts his arm to fight back, though I slide between the two. Kyo stops, jumping back though Arthur isn't so lucky, his fist slamming into my cheek. Everything spins, black dots everywhere, my mouth tasted like iron- I suddenly feel like I'm suffocating, a large hand holding tightly to my throat, pinning me down, unable to breath. Arthur blinks as he looks at Kimiko who had just taken his punch- he opens his arms, ready for her to punch him back, ready to take the beating. She crumbles to the ground, her hands grabbing onto her throat as she chokes, shocking all of them. "Kimiko? Kimiko!" Kyo gasps, falling to his knees as he grabs onto her, pulling her into his arms. "Oi! Oi, what's wrong!" Kyo says, patting her cheek as she kicks her legs desperately, tears filling her eyes. What- it was just a punch, why was she?... Arthur ran over to her bag, grabbing her phone and calling her emergency contact number 3. Aima picks up after the second ring, Arthur's hand shaking.

"Something's happening to Kimiko, I accidentally punched her cheek, she's choking now." Arthur says, not knowing what to say or do. Usually she'd get mad, punch him- it wasn't the first time- "She's having a panic attack, let me talk to her." Aima says, shocking Arthur. "Panic attack? Why would she have a panic attack?" Arthur asks, even more confused and lost. "The man is back, he punched her so she must be having a flashback or something. Put her on the phone!" Aima demands, though Arthur drops the phone, staring into the distance. Toru catches the phone, putting it to his ear as he looks confused up at Arthur. "Uh, sorry, what was that?" He asks awkwardly, Arthur seeming to crumble to his knees. "Put her on the phone!" Aima demands and Toru reaches the phone over, though Kyo smacks it away. "Get away from her! I-I…" Kyo says, seeming confused, afraid, focusing on protecting Kimiko as she choked desperately for air. Iwai stood up, walking over and sitting in front of Kyo. "Let me try to help." Iwai says, Kyo looking at him before hesitantly nodding. "Make sure she doesn't hurt her leg.' Iwai says, gently leaning over Kimiko, pulling her arms from her neck.

It hurt- I was scared, the man- the man had me- I- someone grabbed my legs, pinning me down, hands taking mine and pinning them over my head. I opened my mouth to scream but gentle lips met mine, shocking me- the man wasn't a kisser. So soft, so sweet, so comforting- The lips parted slightly, blowing into my mouth- I gasped, desperately for air. Air filled my lungs, the lips pulling away as I opened my eyes- I was inside, not outside, it was dark out, not bright. I began to tremble, slowly dragging my eyes around. I was in a gym, I was- with the boys, I had gotten punched. I let out a shaky breath, Kyo and Iwai letting go of me and sitting back. Arthur suddenly appeared, picking me up and slamming me into the wall. "Why?! Why didn't you tell me! I could've gotten you out! I could've had you on the next flight!" Arthur says, looking pissed though I shove him away, managing to land on my feet. "Arth-" I choke out, though he shakes his head. "No! I'm getting you on the next flight, if he found you once, he'll find you again! I'm not risking that." Arthur says, grabbing my arm. "Clench your teeth." I ground out, grabbing onto his shirt and watching as he sets his jaw.

I slam my fist into his cheek, knocking him off balance though I pull my fist back. It felt good to let my frustrations out, to fight back- I uppercut Arthur, knocking his head up and back though I grab the back of his neck, pulling his head onto my shoulder and slamming my knee into his stomach. Arthur coughs, stumbling back as I let him go, shoving him back. I wiped my lip, seeing blood was dripping out of my mouth. I slide down the wall, blowing out a breath as I just stare at the blood on my hand. "That's what he said before he punched me. Knocked me out before I even knew what was happening." I mumble, Arthur falling onto his ass, gasping for air. "He was going for Nen, the group was there, plus a few others, but they couldn't keep up like I could." I say, leaning my head back against the wall, closing my eyes. "He tossed me around like I was nothing, even though I had trained so much and tried so hard." I sigh, pressing my lips together and taking a deep breath. "I'll get you and Nen on the next flight out of Japan, we'll figure something out." Arthur chokes out but I shake my head. "I got him to stop." I say, slowly opening my eyes and blinking away tears.

"Knocked him onto his ass. I stopped him, but then he had me, and he was choking me. I fought, I did, I bit him and he punched me. Knocked me out." I say, lifting my hand up and looking at my hand. "I was so scared, wondering if I had saved Nen, if I was doomed." I whisper, clenching my fist and laughing softly. "I woke up in the hospital. The boys… the boys had got to us, knocked the man out, kept him down." I say softly, remembering Ryu's bruised cheek, but how wide he had smiled. "I had stopped him only for a minute, but it was enough for them to catch up. If they hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to stop him fully." I say, dropping my fist and laughing softly. "I can stop him, I'm powerful enough to do that. But I can't keep him down- they can. It was Tanaka-kun and Nishinoya-kun who kept him down, didn't let him get up. Suga-Senpai got me away from there, to safety. Sawamura-Senpai and Azumane-Senpai had arrived a moment later, having gotten Nen to safety- then Tanaka-kun knocked the man out." I say, flexing my fingers lightly. "You were lucky! Now I can get you on the next flight-" Arthur says, though I shake my head.

"I'm not leaving." I say, though he tries to jump for me, Kyo and Iwai stop him. "Do you have a death wish? Are you just going to sit in a cage for him to grab you? I might as well give you a merciful death right here, right now! Did you give up?" Arthur snarls and I meet his furious gaze. "I know I don't stand a chance against him... I'm scared. I am, but… I'm not giving up, I'm not running away either. I'm standing my ground, using my will to stop him. With the boys supporting me, I feel like I can stop him for good, that way I'm not living in fear, that way I can live a happy life with Nen." I say and Arthur pauses, his lips curling into a snarl. "You think they'll always be there? That man will wait to strike, he'll get you when you're alone and weak, right out from under their noses." Arthur snarls and I slowly shrug my shoulders. "If I left, he'd find me and I'd always be alone and weak. That's a cage in itself, living with a constant fear for something inevitable. If I stand my ground here, then I'm on even footing. Friends backing me up, my will strong and my feet on the ground. I just need to stop him, I'll put my faith in my friends to keep him down." I say and Arthur slowly relaxes, his eyes softening.

"You… You've changed. The fear is gone." He says softly and I laugh softly, running a hand through my hair. "No, no, trust me, I'm fucking terrified. I want to scream at the top of my lungs and run away." I chime, my hand trembling as I drop it to my side. "Then why don't you?" Arthur asks and I hold up my hand. "Because I have something to protect, I have something worth fighting for. Nen, my friends, my family… myself. I don't want to lose that, I found my will, my life, and I want to fight for that." I say, clenching my fist and holding it out. "But what if he gets you? What if you're trapped with him forever, if no one can save you." Arthur asks, tears gathering in his eyes. "If I lose the war, at least I know the battle was well fought and for the right cause. It's just a risk I'm willing to take." I whisper, tears gathering in my eyes as a frog forms in my throat. "That… that day you came to me, you had Nen with you. You were getting ice cream and then you screamed, running away holding on tight to Nen." Toru speaks up, slowly sliding over to my side. "A man was chasing you- Tobio looked like he had seen a ghost before chasing after you." Toru says and I slowly nod my head.

"Who was that guy? Is he the one who hurt you, who you're scared of? What did he do to you?" Toru asks and I blow out a slow breath. "That man is an absolute monster. Completely obsessed with obtaining Kimiko, willing to do anything to make sure it happens." Arthur grumbles, Kyo and Iwai slowly letting him go. "He… he was my dance instructor, he… h-he raped me when I was 12." I mumble, tears falling from my eyes though Toru scoops me into his arms, holding me tight. He was so warm, in a weird way that made you feel safe. His embrace was so comforting and soothing, calming me down. "He's Nens' father." Toru mumbles and I nod, though Toru kisses my forehead softly. "You just get more and more interesting, little cutie. I think I might just devote myself to protecting you." Toru chuckles, making me laugh softly as I wrap my arms around him, soaking in his comfort. "A hug will do just fine, I don't want to bring anyone into my problems." I whisper and he wraps his arms around me, holding me tight. "I have a feeling that you'll be needing me, if not to protect you than to support you. I can give lots of great hugs, you know." He chimes, making me laugh softly.

"And I can make you laugh and smile too! Protecting isn't always about standing on the front lines, sometimes it's having your arms open and waiting to give the best hugs." Toru chimes and I smile widely up at him. "I'll be in your care then, so have your best hugs on hand." I joke lightly, though his cheeks turn pink, his hand clutching onto his chest. "Be still, my heart- your smile would light up the sky!" Toru says, though I look out the window. "Nope, still dark. Sorry to disappoint." I say, offering him a smile as he laughs. "Well, you can brighten someone's day with a smile like that." Toru says, smiling widely at me- his smile was so nice, beaming brightly- I squeak when I'm suddenly yanked off his lap, pulled into strong warm arms. Kyo growls at Toru and I pat his arm gently, his gaze falling to me and softening. "I'm sorry for worrying you, Kyo-Kun. I'm fine, I promise." I chime and he slightly relaxes, nodding lightly. "I… I will protect you. It's just something I will do, I don't care if you need it or not." Kyo says, squeezing his arms around me. "I know, Kyo-Kun. You always protect me and encourage me to do more. If it's you, I know-" I pause, reaching up and patting his head softly.

"I know that you'll do anything in your power to keep me from pain, and I appreciate that. But I don't expect you to always be able to stop bad things from happening to me. I'm not glass, though, so please, don't hurt yourself for me. I wouldn't forgive myself if you got hurt trying to protect me, if anyone did. I hate the thought of it…" I say and his cheeks tint pink- the door suddenly slams open and Aima runs in. "Holy- fucking- shit- I-I'm here! Where is she at?" Aima pants, bending over and gasping for air. "Um, Aima, why are you here?" I ask and she glances up, crying out in relief and diving towards me. Kyo slaps her midair and she falls to the ground right in front of me- and I let out a sharp laugh. I cover my mouth as I snort, unable to stop myself from laughing more. "Oh, that was- I can't!" I laugh, laying my head back on Kyo's shoulder and laughing harder. "How dare you! I'll have you know I can disqualify you for that- I mean, I won't, cause you'll probably beat me up or force your way back in-" Aima babbles, though I gasp for air, crying from laughing too hard. "Bitch really went woosh- slam! Oh, my stomach hurts so bad, I can't!" Arthur laughs, clutching onto his stomach.

"It's you!" Aima says, pointing a finger to Arthur as I stifle my laughter into giggling. "Bitch, who are you and how the hell do you know me?" Arthur says, pointing a finger right back at Aima. "Bitch, I'm Aima, her best friend! I know you because I was there- well not right there- when Suga-kun punched you and Kimiko body slammed you! That was totally awesome by the way, other than her getting hurt!" Aima says, pointing a finger at me. "Excuse me? Her best friend? Bitch, you must be delusional! I'm her bestest of friends, she beats me up all the damn time! I bet she hasn't even fought you!" Arthur says, though Aima laughs and slaps her hand to her chest. "We passionately tussle, she doesn't fight me because she loves me." Aima says and I open my mouth to protest. "Okay, you might fight but does she tell you about her sex life? Has she told you about the jawbreaker?" Arthur says, though Aima laughs sharply. "Who do you think bought that ball gag? In fact, I know who she used it with!" Aima says cockily and I slowly slide out from Kyo's arms, standing up. "Well she wasn't using it yesterday, and boy was she screaming!" Arthur says, grinning widely at Aima.

"Wait, what?! Kimiko, who-" Aima says, whipping her head to look at me though I smack them both. "What the hell! Seriously Aima, you really bought those? And Arthur, shut the hell up! I told you because I didn't think you would go babbling on and on about it! I don't want Aima to know what happened, cause I know damn well that she will never let me forget it!" I say, both of them rubbing their cheeks. "But why would you want to forget it?" They both chime in sync, looking at each other. They both lift their hands, high fiving and grinning widely. "Don't worry, I'll tell you everything. It's super juicy, I mean, we're talking mad riding and slamming." Arthur chimes, Aima's grin widening as she shakes his hand. "I'll let you in on the competition, I have a feeling you will spice things up quite nicely. It'd be nice to see Suga so riled up again." Aima chimes, Arthur's grin spreading. My jaw drops and I look between the two, feeling terrified at the duo. "Oh hell no, fuck this shit, I'm out. I'm getting the fuck out of here. Goodbye, have fun with my sex life." I say, going to take a step- I completely forgot I couldn't feel my legs, stumbling forward. "Careful." Iwai says, catching me when I fall, landing on his lap.

"Girl, you got calf legs again?" Aima asks, furrowing her eyebrows. I feel something throb under my hand, glancing down as I squeeze the throbbing thing lightly. "Oh my god, girl, you wouldn't even believe. Suga-" Arthur says, though I see that my hand was on Iwai's lap- and he was very much hard. I squeak, yanking my hand away as I feel my face burn, Iwai clearing his throat, his cheeks pink. "I-I'm so sorry, Iwai-Senpai! I-I didn't mean to!" I say, trying to scramble off his lap but my legs were not functioning properly- I fell, slamming down onto him and making him suck in a deep breath as his hands grab tight to my waist. I cry out in pleasure, quickly slapping my hand over my mouth though he groans. I tense, staying perfectly still as he buried his head in my neck, blowing out a slow breath. "Girl…" Aima cackles softly, seeming to pick up on the situation as I squeeze my eyes shut. "Iwai-Senpai… Um, I'm-" I try, though he shakes his head lightly, squeezing my waist a little tighter. "It's- it's fine, it was an accident." He mumbles, taking a slow deep breath. "Uh, I… um, your…" I try, feeling him throb against my core, sparking the heat to build between my legs.

"Can we just- stay like this for a second?" He mumbles and I cover my face, feeling it burn. "I-I'm not sure I can do that, Iwai-Senpai..." I whisper softly and feel him tense under me, slightly pulling away. He pulls my hands from my face and my eyes widen, looking into his eyes. His gaze was dark, hungry- it was subtle, hidden behind a mask of apathy- I felt like if I wasn't careful, if I didn't get away, I'd be completely devoured. I quickly pull away, scooting my body back using my hands as my heart pounded in my chest. I flip over, crawling over to my backpack and grabbing it, slinging it on. "Yo! Where's the fire?" Toru chimes as I struggle onto my crutches, my body burning. "I-I forgot I had to go do something. See ya!" I squeak, crutching my way out of the doors, feeling Iwai's burning gaze on me. I get to the school gate, my body burning and flustered before I hear someone running behind me. "Hey! You forgot your phone and bentos." Toru chimes and I flinch, looking up at him and breathing out a sigh of relief. "Thank you, Kawa-Senpai." I say, reaching for them though he lifts them out of my reach, smiling sweetly down at me.

"Let me walk you home? It's late, you're injured. I'd feel better seeing you safe, otherwise I won't be able to sleep tonight." Toru chimes and I blink at him, slowly nodding my head. "Sure, if you don't mind." I say, though he reaches over and tugs my backpack gently. "Here, I'll carry this for you." He chimes and I carefully slide it off, handing it to him. He sets my things inside before slinging it over his shoulder, giving me two thumbs up. I began to swing my way back to my house, Toru walking leisurely at my pace and twining his fingers behind his head. "So, little cutie, tell me about yourself." Toru chimes and I hum softly, staring into the distance. "What do you want to know?" I ask and he shrugs. "I don't know, whatever you want to tell me." Toru chimes and I can't help but snort. "I'm really an open book, so it's really what you want to know." I say and Toru hums. "Okay, tell me about your family." Toru says and I nod my head. "There's Nen, my son. He's 5, he's super adorable and absolutely precious- I'm sure you don't want to listen to me babble on and on about him though, cause I'd never shut up. Trust me, I really wouldn't, I love him too much." I say, offering Toru a smile and giggling softly.

"I wouldn't mind listening to that." Toru chimes, smiling widely at me though I avoid babbling about Nen anyway. "He lives with my Uncle Kioshi and my cousin Kanori. They're his foster family, they have been ever since I gave birth to him. I owe a lot to them, I didn't even know they existed until I was pregnant, and they really helped me out by taking us under their wing." I say, though Toru tilts his head. "What about your parents?" Toru asks, glancing down to me curiously. "My father… He passed away when I was young. My mother is taking care of my sick brother in the hospital and constantly working… Before I met Kioshi, things were complicated and tough, my mother wanted me to get an abortion but… I couldn't. Kioshi offered to take Nen as a foster father, and when I was ready I could take him as my own. I'll always be grateful for that, in a sense, they saved me in a really dark time of my life, even though they knew nothing of me except I was my fathers daughter in a tough spot." I say, Toru humming softly. "They sound like very good people." He chimes, smiling at me. "They are some of the best, the best of the best." I say, unable to stop the smile that spread over my face.

"When everything is better I plan on giving Nen the life he deserves, the life I want; safe, free to do anything we want without living in fear. To be able to see him every day, hold him in my arms, to watch him grow up and become something." I say, Toru pausing in his stride and making me pause. "Eh? Are you alright, Kawa-Senpai?" I ask, tilting my head at him though he just stares at me. "You know, when you talk about Nen… Your eyes light up and you smile so happily… It's quite… Adorable." Toru says softly and I blush, brushing a strand of hair behind my ear. "Well, yeah. Nen means the world to me. Knowing I could give him that love so freely, that I could make him happy, it just… It makes everything worth it. That's the power love, it gives you the strength to go beyond your capabilities and blossom into a new kind of person." I say and Toru hums, slowly beginning to walk again. "I want to experience something like that." Toru says and I start moving again, smiling lightly. "Well, it can also be painful and scary… I remember feeling terrified to my core when I thought of how that man was going for Nen… I…" I whisper, pausing as I look down.

"I was in so much pain, so scared... everything hurt, I-I couldn't breath, but Nen was all I could think about when I was passing out, wondering if he was okay, if he was safe." I say, choking up as tears gather in my eyes. "When I woke up, I didn't want to open my eyes, I didn't want to see that I was taken away, that Nen was kidnapped with me, with that man." I croak, brushing the tears from my eyes though Toru stops, looking at me with sad eyes. "But… They were holding my hands, my friends, they were all there with me in the hospital. The man had been arrested, I had… I had been saved." I whisper, my lip trembling. "And I was so relieved, I felt… I felt… So fucking relieved!" I sob, dropping my crutches and starting to fall, though Toru grabs me, pulling me into his arms. He holds me against his chest and I sob, clinging to him desperately. "B-but, when I was running, with Nen in my arms, I told him to text Kioshi. He accidentally texted my friends- if he hadn't made that mistake, would it have been the same? No, it wouldn't- it would have been so, so much worse. But such a simple thing changed the outcome so much-" I sob, burying my head into Toru's chest.

"I didn't want them to get involved, I didn't want to rely on them, because they had already done so much for me and I didn't know if they would really be able to save me. I felt so fucking relieved to be saved, to know I had someone willing to fight with me, not just say they would. They took the risk, they took the punches for me- and I was so grateful! Because his little fingers were trembling so bad..." I sob, Toru gently petting my head as he just holds me tight. I just cry, unable to say anymore, soaking in the comfort that Toru offers me. When I finally settle down, Toru picks me up, wrapping my legs around his waist and grabbing my crutches from the ground. "W-Wait! Hey, O-Oikawa-Senpai!" I squeak, my voice raspy though he just starts walking, holding me tightly to him. "Sing me a song?" He asks and I sniff softly, laying my head on his shoulder. "Any special requests?" I mumble, wrapping my arms around his shoulders. "A love song, soft and sweet." He hums, making me smile as I close my eyes as I think of a song. "That's a hard one…" I tease softly, though he chuckles and squeezes me a little tighter. "I think you can handle it." He says and I hum softly, squeezing him tighter.

"Okay…" I say, slightly leaning back and looking up at him. "What if I told you that I love you? Would you tell me that you love me back? What if I told you that I miss you? Would you tell me that you miss me back?" I say softly, though Toru pauses, looking at me with wide eyes. "What if I told you that I need you? Would you tell me that you need me, yeah? If I tell you all my feelings, would you believe me, yeah?" I sing softly and his cheeks turn pink as he starts moving again. He looks ahead, though I can tell he's flustered, making me smile as I keep singing. His arms tighten around me and I bury my head into his neck, closing my eyes. I took deep breaths- he smelled like lavender, being in his arms was so calm and peaceful. "Hey, Suzuki-chan, are you falling asleep?" Toru chimes and I hum softly, not even realizing I had stopped singing. "Oh, sorry… You're just so calming, Kawa…" I mumble, reaching up and rubbing my eye gently, yawning softly. "Okay, then how can I keep you up?" Toru chimes and I hum lightly. "You can put me down." I say, though he shakes his head. "Nope, sorry, that's not an option." He chimes, making me giggle as I snuggle into him.

"Good. You're way too comfy…" I mumble, taking a long deep breath as I struggle to keep my eyes open. "Hm… Tell me things that you like, Kawa-Senpai." I mumble and he hums softly. "Well, I like milk bread." Toru chimes and I hum softly, closing my eyes. "I like Iwa-chan, he's my childhood friend." Toru says and I hum softly, his hand slowly sliding down to my hip. "I like carrying cute girls." He chimes and I hum softly, my lips twitching. "And I like it when you sing." He says and I hum softly, waiting for him to continue. "S' that all?" I ask when he doesn't continue, though he just shakes his head. "I like a lot more things, you'd just think they're silly." Toru says and I slowly open my eyes, looking up at him. "I wouldn't think it's silly, if you like it, you like it. That's all there is to it, there's nothing silly about it." I say and he chuckles softly. "Okay, so would you think it's silly if I liked aliens?" Toru says and I pull back, raising an eyebrow at him. "Are you kidding me? Aliens?" I ask, scoffing lightly and shaking my head. "Dude, Aliens are super cool. Like, I love stargazing- just looking up there and getting lost in space…" I say, looking up at the sky and smiling.

"The thought of something waiting out there, looking back… It gives you a little tingle, you know? Like, you just wonder if they know we exist, or if they're as clueless as we are about it all." I say, dropping my gaze and smiling at Toru. "But then again, whenever I stargaze I get so lost in my thoughts that I feel like I'm going to float off… Like gravity gave up on me and nothing is holding me down- That's silly, but it does freak me out." I chime and Toru smiles sweetly at me, squeezing me a bit. "I don't think that's silly at all, I mean, there's so much we don't know, so much to get lost in... " He says softly, making me giggle as I look back up at the sky. "Yeah, there is." I hum, unable to stop the bubbling laugh that leaves me. "I mean, I don't know anything at all about what's up there! I mean, um, I think that cluster right there is the big dipper…" I say, pointing out one of the groups of stars. "Yupp, that's right!" Toru chimes, making me smile widely. "I have no clue where the little dipper or any of the others are." I laugh, my cheeks burning as I rub my neck anxiously. "The little dipper is right there, a bit lower and to the left." Toru says, pointing up at the stars.

I look where he's pointing, searching the area for the little dipper. "Mm. Nope, I don't see it, sorry." I mumble though he stops walking, pointing to the big dipper. "Okay, look at the far two stars on the big dipper, the bottom ones that aren't attached to the handle. The line that those two stars, Merak and Dubhe, make point to the first star, Polaris, the handle of the little dipper. It's hard to see the little dipper cause it's smaller than you think." Toru says and I do as he says, searching the area. "Wah! It's so small!" I laugh, pointing up to the stars- I suddenly feel light, grabbing on tightly to Oikawa and burying myself into his arms. "Oh- ah, sorry- I-I'm having that thing, where I feel like gravity gave up on me." I squeak, my cheeks burning as I hold on as tight as I can. He chuckles softly, lifting my chin so I look up at him, his eyes soft. "Cute. Just focus on me, I won't let the aliens have you yet." Oikawa says, winking at me before kissing my nose. My face burns as he smiles at me, though I just bury my head into his shoulder. "Um, so you like Aliens… What else do you like?" I ask and he chuckles softly. "Who said I like aliens?" He asks, though I can tell he was teasing me.

"Oh, you totally don't like aliens. My bad." I chime, glancing around and leaning to his ear. "It can be our little secret, something about you that no one but me knows." I whisper softly, making him laugh as he smiles widely at me. "Okay then, you tell me one too." Toru says and I hum softly, leaning into his chest and closing my eyes. I'm silent for a moment, racking my brain for secrets about me that no one else knew. "I'm waiting~" Toru chimes and I snort. "I'm thinking, hold on… Jeez, I don't really keep secrets, and even then there's someone who knows most of them. I mean, there's a few I haven't told anyone… But..." I mumble, blowing out a slow breath though Toru squeezes me lightly. "Just tell me, I won't tell anyone and I won't judge you for them." Toru says and I nibble my bottom lip. "But-" I try to protest but he shakes his head. "Just tell me." Toru says and I shut my mouth, taking a deep breath. "Um… Okay… I'm always home alone… and it gets really lonely sometimes… But I don't want to bother anyone, so I don't tell anyone." I whisper and Toru seems surprised, though I avoid his gaze. "I'll stay the night, then." Toru chimes and I jerk back, looking up at him surprised.

"W-What? No! You can't do that, I mean, you wouldn't have any clothes, and I don't have any I could lend you." I say, though Oikawa just shrugs. "Then we'll stop by my house and I'll grab a change of clothes. I don't want to leave you alone tonight." Toru says softly, offering me a small smile. "K-Kawa-Senpai, really, it's okay! You don't have to do that!" I protest though he shakes his head. "Nope! I missed the sleepover last time, and I want to spend the night with you! You can invite others over if you'd like, I'll take the couch." Oikawa says, though I huff. "But you have practice tomorrow!" I say, shaking my head. "And you're supposed to come to our practice tomorrow for the competition. I can help you get over, I'll even carry you so you're not tired." Oikawa chimes and I let out a soft sigh. "Fine… You can stay the night in my moms room, she's not coming home tonight, just… don't do anything." I mumble and he smiles widely at me. "Deal, little cutie! My house is right here." Oikawa says, stopping in front of a gate and smiling widely at me. "Well, that's convenient…" I mumble, though he pushes the gate open, carrying me up to the door.

"Wah! Kawa-Senpai, you can't just carry me inside your house! Put me down, I'll wait outside the gate." I say, though he shakes his head. "Nope, I don't want the Aliens to take you." Toru chimes, making me laugh as he opens the door. "I'm home! I brought a friend." Toru chimes, smiling sweetly at me. "Welcome ho- Toru Oikawa, you put that girl down before Takeru gets the wrong idea! What did I tell you about bringing girls home!" A woman says and I pinch Toru's cheek. "See! What'd I tell you, Kawa-Senpai! I'll wait outside the gate!" I say, though he just sets me down. "No, you're waiting right here. I'll be right back." Toru chimes, walking into the house and leaving me behind. "Kawa-Senpai! My crutches!" I protest, though he sticks his tongue out at me. "You aren't going anywhere." He chimes before disappearing around the corner. "Uh, well then. That's new." The woman says, blinking after Toru before looking at me. "I'm sorry for intruding, I would stand to greet you but he took my crutches. I'm Kimiko Suzuki." I say, offering her a hand which she hesitantly takes, shaking it. "I'm Toru's mother." She says, seeming even more confused as we pull apart.

"Is everything alright?" She asks and I give her a sweet smile. "Um, I think so?" I hum, feeling pretty confused myself. "You seem… Different. Usually the people he brings home are more… I don't know how to put it, but… Pushy? Desperate?" She asks, though I furrow my brows. "Uh… I don't really get it, but hopefully they're good people. Oikawa seems like a decent enough person, but then again I never really knew him until today…" I hum and she leans back, crossing her arms. "You… Did you just meet Toru?" She asks, though I shake my head. "I'm close friends with one of his club mates, we've met here and there." I admit and she seems even more confused. "Iwaizumi?" She asks and I tilt my head. "Yes and no? Iwaizumi-Senpai is kind of in the same boat, but I knew him better since he and my friend are… well, rivals of sorts? Iwaizumi-Senpai keeps him in check." I laugh softly as she nods her head lightly. "Sounds like Iwaizumi. Do you have a boyfriend or crush?" She asks and I look at her surprised. "Huh? No, I don't have anyone I like." I say and she seems even more confused. "Then why on earth…" she mumbles, though Toru appears again.

"I hope my mom wasn't bugging you too much, little cutie. Put your arms up!" Toru chimes and I lift my arms, raising an eyebrow at him. He comes over, sliding a sweater over me and pulling out his phone. "Peace signs! Smile~" Toru chimes and I look down at the sweater- it was a black sweater with stars, globes, peace signs and green aliens patterned all over. "This sweater is so cool! I need one!" I laugh, smiling widely up at Toru and lifting up a peace sign. He lifts his phone up, snapping a selfie with me in the background. "You can have it! Black is definitely your color, it looks horrible on me." Toru chimes, tapping away on his phone. "No! I couldn't, this sweater is yours, Kawa-Senpai! It wouldn't be right to take it, I'm sure it looks wonderful on you!" I protest, going to take it off though he shakes his head. "Nope! Absolutely terrible! If you don't take it, you might as well throw it in the trash~ I will." Toru chimes and I huff, dropping my arms. "What a waste to throw it away. It's a perfectly good sweater… Um, I'll buy you one in return…" I mumble and he smiles widely at me. "I know this awesome store, we can go clothes shopping together." Toru chimes and I clap my hands together.

"Oh! Good idea, that way you can try it on." I say, smiling widely at him though a flash makes me blink. "Ah- that was bright." I rub my eyes, shaking my head as Toru clicks his tongue. "Sorry, I had my flash on. I'll turn it off." He sighs, though I furrow my eyebrows. "Wait, why-" I ask though he just smiles at me. "I already told you, your smile could light up the sky." Toru says softly, his mom covering her mouth and looking surprised. "No, pretty sure it's still dark out." I joke, making Toru smile as he shakes his head. "You can still brighten someone's day, so I'm taking this~" Toru says, showing me the picture he had just taken. "For a rainy day! Or night." He chimes and I just laugh at him. "See, that- that's silly." I say, smiling up at him as he smiles right back. "Told you I could make you laugh and smile, too! Toru one, Suzuki-chan zero! I'm winning!" Toru chimes and I click my tongue. "I can make you laugh too! What did the turkey say to the duck?" I ask, pointing a finger at Toru. "Gobble gobble?" Toru asks, though I furrow my eyebrows. "Wait, do you speak turkey? Cause if so, this joke is ruined, cause the point was for you to not know." I say, though Toru lets out a hearty laugh anyway.

"Okay, come on. Let's get you home and to bed, you're too cute for your own good." Toru says, walking over and crouching in front of me. "Eh, Kawa-Senpai, where are my things?" I ask and he pauses, glancing around. "Shoot, I must've left them in the room. I'll go get them real quick!" Toru chimes, heading back into the house as I slowly drag myself up the wall, careful of my hurt ankle and weak legs. "He's different with you…" Toru's mom says, making me jump though I manage to stay upright. "Um, what do you mean?" I ask, holding on tight to the wall and leaning against it. "Oh. Nothing, nothing, just talking to myself. Take care, Suzuki-chan." She says, disappearing back into the room she came from. "Got them! Okay, let's go." Toru chimes, though I snatch my crutches before he can protest. "Goodbye, Oikawa-san! Take care!" I chime to his mother, crutching my way to the door. "Mom, I won't be home tonight! Hey, why aren't you letting me carry you anymore?" Toru asks though I raise an eyebrow at him. "You're carrying my bag and your things, I don't you expect you to carry all that plus me!" I say, though he rolls his eyes and scoops me up in his arms.

"H-Hey!" I protest, losing my grip on my crutches as he adjusts me into his arms. "You're really light, you know. I could carry you no problem." Toru says, grabbing my crutches and holding me against him. "Yeah, you say that until you hurt your back." I mumble, wrapping my legs tightly around his waist. "Nahhh, not gonna happen. You're practically a feather for me! I may not look it, but I can lift up to twice my size!" Toru chimes and I snort, burying my head into his neck and wrapping my arms around his neck. "I guess you're lucky I'm not big." I say, closing my eyes and taking a deep breath of his lavender scent. "So! It's still pretty early, considering it's only 7. I was thinking maybe we could stop somewhere for dinner!" Toru chimes and I hum softly, nuzzling my head into his neck. "I can just cook something, we can stop by the store and I can cook you anything you want." I say and Toru pumps his fist. "It's a deal! Anything will do, cook me your specialty! I want to taste the best of your food." Toru says, making me laugh. "My kitchen skills are on point, so anything you could want I could make." I say and he pouts. "But… I just want to eat something you made…" he mumbles, making me smile.

"Fine, I'll make you a special dinner. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich!" I joke, though he makes a face. "I'm joking, Kawa-Senpai. I'll make you a really nice meal, I'll surprise you!" I say, offering him a smile as his face slowly turns into a smile. "You know, I was thinking about your secret… Have you ever thought about getting a pet? Like a cat or a dog?" Toru asks and I hum softly, itching my neck. "No, actually… I don't think I could afford that. My apartment doesn't really have the space for a dog, and I can't afford food or litter." I admit, though Toru clears his throat. "Then how about this! I'll pay for all the expenses and get all the necessities, you provide the love and care!" Toru says and I hum softly. "I don't know, Kawa-Senpai…" I mumble, though he smiles at me. "I always wanted a pet, but my mom says no because my nephew is allergic! We'll raise it together, I'll visit and if you need me to babysit I'll get Iwa-chan to help me! Tell you what, you think about it. There's an animal shelter by the store I was talking about, we'll stop in and look over all the pets." Toru says and I slowly nod. "I'll think about it, but no promises." I hum, Toru setting me down as we arrive at my apartment complex.

"You can send me tons of pictures and we can call all the time so I can check up on you two! Oh, it'll be so fun, I just know it!" Toru chimes, beginning to walk up the stairs. I feel something brush against my under thigh, furrowing my eyebrows as I pull back. I go to look down but Toru cups my chin, lifting it so I look up at him. "Just think, a cute little kitten running around your house like no tomorrow! What better way to spice things up?" Toru chimes and I can't help but smile. "Sure, a kitten would be cute, but I think I'd prefer an older cat. Kittens have their whole life with a big market of people willing to adopt them. The older cats… they're not always so lucky." I admit and Toru's eyes soften as he smiles at me. "So sweet, Suzuki-chan." Toru chimes, setting me down and getting me situated on my crutches as we arrive at my apartment door. He turns his back to me, tucking his hands in his pockets as I pull the keys from my bag. I unlock the door, stepping inside and setting my keys on the console table and kicking off my shoes. "Make yourself at home. Your room is the one on the right, it's got it's own bathroom." I say and Toru steps inside, giving me my bag and heading to my mom's room.

"I'm going to shower and get changed into something more comfortable, I didn't get the chance at home." Toru chimes and I swing into the kitchen, setting my crutches to the side. "Sure, towels are in the closet. If you need anything, just ask." I say, reaching into the fridge and beginning to gather things for dinner. It was a lie- okay, a white lie, he did need to take a shower and change. Toru couldn't look at Kimiko without having sweet dirty thoughts, seeing her in his favorite sweater. It suited her so well, she made it look a million times better than he ever could. She was wearing shorts, but with his big jacket it almost looked like she was wearing nothing, only when she spread her legs or the jacket shifted up could you see she had shorts on. He had a raging boner, he was desperate to touch her, hold her- he wanted to pin her to a wall and make her scream for him. He knew he couldn't do that though, not yet. He slid into the shower, moving his hand down to his erection- he would make it quick, that way she wouldn't suspect anything. He bit his lip, leaning his head against the wall as he wrapped his hand around himself, stroking in fast hard strokes, imagining taking her in the kitchen.
