A Chanced Encounter

Zsadin stood in the main Hall, deep in thoughts but with a determined glint in her eyes. Today, was the opportunity she was waiting for since ages. She had stayed up at nights due to this man, wandered on streets for hours in thoughts of him. She resoluted that no matter what, today she would be a little close to achieving her revenge.

Zsadin had woken up much early since she needed to give out orders to the batch and set the alarm off by herself.

SHRILL! SHRILL! SHRILL! the alarm sounded deafening as always. Everybody gathered hurriedly and stood in their positions.

Wasn't the time a little too early?

"Good morning, Chief!", the batch was very anxious but waited in anticipation as to what was going to be announced.

Zsadin sighed, " What's good about the morning? You all are going to stay in the villa today, the boys do not have pratice today and hopefully tomorrow should also be free. I need to be away today, I don't know when I will be back or if I will be back. Do your routine practice without fail".

"Chief, please forgive me if I am being rude. But can you tell us where you are going or if we can accompany you", Ryan was worried beyond bounds.

"No, I am going alone this time, stay with the boys. My place is more dangerous", Zsadin was determined. She didn't wanted to involve them, but to ease their anxiety she decided to tell them tidbits.

"I am going to Serin town, their is a high end meeting of suspicious people and Brandon is also going to be there. Don't worry about me, I will be able to be back in one piece", Zsadin was sarcastic today.

"Chief, you better know how dangerous Serin town is, yet, you want to go there alone! This beyond my understanding, atleast let me come with you", Ryan was anxious than ever.

"Ryan, I already said no, this is my order. Back to your rooms, now. And no one dares to inform Chief Lee", she was furious, but Ryan was more furious. He looked at her with a look that was of hurt, anger and disappointment and finally left without sparing her a second glance.

Zsadin sighed but she couldn't allow him to accompany her. She was indebted to him already but didn't want to threaten his life once again. He was her childhood friend and they had been through those despairing times together.
