Chapter 2: The killer's plot

Amber smile confidently "You sure?, what if THIS IS your plan to shift the attention to me because you're the killer itself?" Amber cross her arm waiting for Jae's reply. "Do you have any evidence or proof that the killer is Amber?" Yuri went to Amber glaring to Jae. All the members were sift the attention to Jae and Amber.

Meanwhile on another hand Ethan surprisingly smiling at the corner not trying to be seen "This… will be interesting" he whisper to himself. Luna walk towards Jae "well it would be boring if the killer will be revealed at this moment" Luna step up and stop the commotion, she wait for a minutes to see if there will be another person to speak but it was none. "Great, since the game just got started let's see what's happen after 20 minutes right?" Luna tap Jae's back and proceed to go inside the building. While Luna was walking, Jae noticed that Luna kept her envelope to her pants at the back pocket. "Luna, your envelope will be easily snatch away if you just placed it to your back pocket" Jae said in concern, but Luna just chuckles "Don't worry and trust me" she said.

While walking down the hall way, they all saw pair of 2 flashlights from the back of the building through the class room window. They all panic and spread out to find a place to hide.

"Hey Kiddo, I know that your just new here at patrolling. If you have any question you can asked me anything" the Guard with a black cap starts the conversation. The new guy he was talking about is holding a police baton. "I thought were looking for some delinquent student that always disturb the school premises at night, that's why I bring my baton. Turns out its just for patrolling" The baton guard said in disappointment.

"Kiddo, your surprisingly handsome but your scary. So your saying that you're okay to wave that on children?" the guard with a black cap stop and look to the baton guy. "Well, back to my former job Principal and parents both have the consent the guards to hit them if they were to fight back at us" The guy with the baton said like it was normal.

"Where do you work before?" he asked curiously.

"I am also a patrolling guard before, the University that I work before was Sarang University" The baton guard start to patrol again leaving the Black cap guy shocked.

Sarang university is the worst University in the whole city, students there knows drugs and carnapping. It's more one Sarang University is always every parent's last choice.

"come on! just leave already!~" Bella whisper as she hiding at the back door.

The guards are all paid extra for patrolling the campus until 10 pm at night. This was the policy that was given by the principal and the owner of the school way back in 1940's. This policy was created to prevent students doing things unrelated for studying in the campus at night like test of courage and other things. Also the suicide happen before. That was the main reason why the reputation of the school went down but was restored when Dong-Yul's father becomes the owner and the principal of the university.

After the guards were gone they started to go continue the game again. "Yuri? a-are you alright?" Amber asked as they were in an awkward position, in the bliss of the minute when the guard was patrolling the area Amber and Yuri was in panic until Yuri got trip to the unbalanced tile. Looking for opportunity that time Yuri search for anything to tug on to support her falling body but unfortunately it was Amber's necktie and now they were both at the ground while Amber were at the top of Yuri and Yuri were laying on the ground looking at Amber's face.

"well, you're kind a bit heavy.." Yuri's face starting to heat from blushing.

"I… um.." Amber on panic she on another hand can't construct a full sentence until Jae tap her arm.

Yuri and Amber look at Jae, He was carrying Elaine in a piggyback position but Elaine's expression is in pain. "What happen to Elaine?" Yuri asked with concern. " Its… my fault. I accidentally stepped Elain's feet. I don't know what to do so I just piggy back her, but anyway its almost 20 minutes so let's go to our club room" Jae suddenly look behind Amber "wait where's Yuri?" He asked.

"I-I am here, I just got tired so I found some place to sit. Anyway let's go" Yuri suspiciously walk first to them before Jae and Amber follows.

On the way to club room Yuri open the door to assist Jae, The minute Ethan saw Elaine in pain he rush towards Jae.

"Elaine? What happen, are you hurt? Where is it?" Ethan looks so concern and worried makes everyone affect the mood too. They all look to Elaine's ankle and it is swollen. "I am sorry, I stepped on her right foot accidentally when everyone is in panic hiding " Jae admit what he done, but Ethan on another hand is blindly angry.

"Oi.. Jae" Ethan was about to grab Jae's jacket and about to punch him but Luna interrupt. "It's the best to calm down especially in this situation. You're the leader here, they will more rely on you in this situation so keep it cool" Luna whisper trying to make Ethan calm down. "Elaine is part of the cheerleader team, so I know the frustration knowing that she won't be able to dance for a mean time" Luna said and look to Ethan. " Brother, I' will just wait here for a moment. I'll be sleeping on the sofa. Wake me up if you guys are all done" Elaine force to smile as she request to Ethan.

"So… back to the game right?. Then I'll vote Jae" Bella said and starts the voting. "Jae, from the start is already suspicious for accusing Amber" Bella added while Ethan supported her unprofessionally since he still a bit pissed about what happen. "But isn't it like you're doing what Jae does?" Luna Defend Jae on her side. Jae look to Yuri "Yuri? Why are you so quiet?" he asked then Yuri slowly show her paper was ripped into two pieces.

Jae looks to Amber "I told you! Amber is the killer. She is so suspicious! She is with Yuri before we met" Jae said makes everyone think his reason is possible.

"But I am not!, you guys please believe me I am not the killer! Why would I kill Yuri if everyone knows I am with her? Just think about it" Amber tried to explain.

Edwards sigh "well then let's report everything what we do, this is unexpectedly looks like an among us game" he chuckle making the atmosphere a little bit lighter.

"I'll be first, I am with Ethan before the guards show up but we got separated to the different room" Bella said. "I was separated to everyone the minute the guard appear, I hide under the teacher's table " Luna said her alibi. "the minute the guard appeared I panicked and didn't notice Elaine was at my back and accidentally stepped on her feet" Jae said his alibi. They all looked to Amber and wait for her alibi "I-I was with Yuri, we were both hiding when the guards shows up." Amber said her alibi.

"I'll skip, since one body only died and the game just started" Luna said and walk out the club room. Bella nod and leave also the club room. "I'll vote for skip" Amber and Jae both said then look to each other and silently walk away,

Ethan was the last one inside. "I'll take care of her until the game finished" Yuri reassure Ethan. "Elaine is scared when its dark, She can't sleep when there's no light." Ethan explain it to Yuri, and Yuri understand turning on her flashlight that was given by Amber. Before Ethan left the room, Elaine tug Ethan's uniform "Here, I saw some paper beneath the tile here. It's like important letter since it was in a hidden place" Elaine gave a mysterious letter to Ethan.

Dear Sister,

I am sorry I can't protect you, I was supposed to support you in any case but I am bullied by my batch mates. I don't know if you will ever find this letter, I was currently got locked inside this room as a punishment for screaming so loud to be a human ash stray. It's better to go with mom rather than me I guess, at least there you won't be hungry and step mom will take care of you with love. Dari my precious sister, I am Sorry to be a useless brother for you. I am a coward but the only thing I haven't given up is you because your my family and my only treasure.

After reading the letter, He saw another at the back of the letter. It is an address. Ethan now catch up what was happening. He hide the paper to his chest pocket and leave the club room. Walking on the hall way Ethan try to be cautious and search the envelope on his right pocket but it was missing, the minute he know that his envelope was missing he knows he will be the victim. " Good work Mr. President" he heard Luna's voice so he look to his back, then he saw Luna tear his paper in to two.

Ethan was so shock and laugh hard "So it was you all along?, you're good at acting, Luna" Ethan laughing and sit on the ground. "I was just relieved that, you tear my paper rather than the important letter" Ethan chuckles. Luna sit beside Ethan and look to him " a Letter? What do you mean?" Ethan just smile and said "we will have another new Club activity tomorrow" then Ethan stand up and Help Luna stand up too. "I'll be going back to club room to look at my sister's condition, Have fun killing everyone" Ethan wave his hand and walk away laughing.

On another side, Amber was walking at the third floor, at the hall way checking every rooms on her own. Then she suddenly felt the chills through her bone as the cold wind rush to her body. She felt something was wrong, then she look at her back as soon as she felt her envelope was moving from her back pocket. Amber was about to scream but Luna hold her mouth "Shhh" Luna warn her.

"Amber? Where are you?" Jae was calling her from another room. "the rules say even if you died and revived from the doctor, you can't say the name of the killer. The only thing that you can defeat me is to find where I put my paper" Luna said then give her back the ripped paper. Before Jae went outside on the other room, Luna walk away to another direction. Amber look to her phone and she needs to wait for 15 minutes more to go back inside the club room.

"Amber?!" Jae rush toward Amber and saw she was holding a white ripped paper. "so you're not really the killer?" Jae show up his envelop. Amber saw a color blue paper so Jae is the Doctor. " Sadly, I can only revive one citizen. I never thought that it's you who I need to revived. I was actually planning to revive Yuri but she never come out the club room." Jae gave the paper with tape to amber.

"10 more minutes and we can finally find out who is the killer" Jae try to reassure Amber and they both Left the room.

"Luna!" Jae said, Amber was about to stop Jae from going to her but Jae was too fast. Amber knows that they were in the critical condition, the moment Luna get the doctors paper they will lose. "Jae, have you seen Ethan?" Luna pretend to looking for Ethan and asked them, but Amber remain silent. Luna went to Amber and rest her arm to Amber's shoulder, She knows it is a threat.

"then since were here let's look for Ethan then" Luna said, then suddenly snatch the blue paper from Jae's hand. "So your the Doctor, I thought Bella was the Doctor" Luna Chuckles. "Yeah, I honestly don't want to though-" Jae stop as he saw Luna ripped his paper.

"Sorry, Jae" Luna said as she smile with guilt. Jae was shock and remain silent for a moment. He felt betrayed but at the same he is frustratedly laughing since the whole time he was with the killer and keep accusing other member. Jae laugh so hard as they were walking to the club room "It so frustrating! you're not suspicious at all!" Jae chuckles.

"how was the killing spree?" Ethan greets Luna. "taste full" Luna reply, while Bella remain dumb founded and realized that Luna was the killer all along.

"wait!, then how did you kill Yuri? Amber and Jae was there I am sure they will notice you?" Bella asked as if she don't believe that Luna was the killer.

"well the time that the guard show up, everybody went panic and then I saw Amber and Yuri in a intimate position-" Luna got cut out to what she was saying as Amber clears her throat.

"I-it's not what you think" Yuri explain as her face was burning hot again from the blush. Then Luna chuckles and pat Yuri's head. "sorry, I was just teasing on both of you, you guys are so cute. Especially Yuri's embarrassed face, I bet Amber would like to see that too" Luna laugh.

"well anyway, as I can see them in that position I saw Yuri's envelope fallen from her pocket so I use the opportunity to get her paper. Then wait for the perfect timing to talk to Yuri. That was the time when Jae was busy talking to Amber, then I snatch Yuri away." Luna said.

" Luna, your really scary in both ways.. " Bella said and chuckles.

" yo, be careful to Luna! Don't pissed her off" Ethan was being cautious to Luna.

"That's Luna for ya! she might be a secret assassin someday, since Fighting is just a walk in the park to Luna too" Jae proudly rambling how great was Luna.

Ethan went to the board and start a speech.

"Our little game has reach the end, everyone please give Luna a round of applause for winning the game. The winner for the month's test courage is the killer. But before we finish this event I will announce that tomorrow, we will have another activity so please don't forget to attend" Ethan close the event for the Club activity

but before leaving the club room, Ethan decided to place the letter to the teachers table. But the minute he went there he saw a guy that tied under the teacher's table. "Ethan? What's wrong?" Bella asked.

"I think.. I found a dead body under the teacher's table in our clubroom" Ethan was actually scared. Luna hold Ethan's shoulder and shake it " look! he is not dead…well not yet. If he is dead we should be smelling the dead body odor from the start! Okay?" Luna try to shake Ethan's fear. "but how come we haven't noticed him?" Jae Look to the tied guy.

"YOU GUYS FORGOT WHATS IMPORTANT!! WHO AND WHAT IS THE REASON WHY HE GOT TIED!" Bella was in a panic since she remember the Guard with the baton. "Maybe the new guard from Sarang University tied him up. Did we save him? is he going to die?" Bella added

"I heard that too, he was from Sarang, but I think he wouldn't do that." Luna said and cross her arm

Amber suddenly step forward to see the guy under the teacher's table. "I actually know this guy" She crosses her arm and sigh.
