Chapter 3 Leaving and New Life

"Gulp!" a sound of swallowing came from behind the black-faced man.

"Brother, brother, he... He has a gun!" Underling screamed in horror.

"So what?" no wonder he was the leader and he calmed down soon.

"How many bullets can a gun hold? Don't be afraid. When he finishes shooting, he will be the lamb to be slaughtered." The man stared at Lucian with a fierce look.

The men and women behind seemed to be encouraged, and the fear was not so strong.

"Yes! How many bullets can a gun shoot?" Lucian lowered his head and played with his pistol, ignoring everyone.

"There are still six of them. With my spear skill, I can kill the heads of the six of you." Lucian raised his gun with one hand and aimed at everyone.

Everyone was frightened to step back when they saw the muzzle of the gun was aimed at them.

"Everyone, don't be scared by him. Let's rush forward. He has no time to shoot." The black-faced man immediately calmed himself down.

"Bang! Bang!" just then, another two gunshots exploded in the night sky.

"Ah, ah, ah..." many men and women couldn't help screaming and limping on the ground when they saw two more people fall beside them, blood and brains flowing all over the ground. Then they ran away regardless of their hands and feet.

"Whoosh!"

A gust of bloody night wind blew, leaving only Lucian and the man with a black-faced man in the light downstairs.

The black-faced man tried hard to suppress the fear on his face. He also wanted to run, but in this case, how could he run past the bullets?

"Why are you still here? Do you want me to apologize to you?" Lucian asked with a smile.

"Go, go, go... I'll leave right now." Seeing that Lucian was not going to kill him, the black-faced man turned around and left with ecstasy.

"Three, two, one..." when the black-faced man was about to run out of the building, Lucian began to count down.

"Bang!" the black-faced man's face was covered with blood.

"I'm lying!" Lucian looked at the struggling man and said slowly.

How could anyone like to kill? Lucian's heart was full of hatred for the parasite city.

It was this sense of guilt that drove him to leave Parasite City and go to Hayden. And it was only the first step for him to go to Hayden. He had to work hard to gain power. He didn't want to be targeted like a wild dog, and he didn't have to fight like a wild dog.

"What a poor man! You're wasting my bullets!" Lucian said with dissatisfaction, throwing two copper coins up and down.

Lucian only found two copper coins on the three corpses, one of which was hidden in the smelly black underwear.

But as long as it was money, Lucian would not dislike it. He quickly put away a few copper coins.

Lucian put the gun back to his waist, climbed up the vine to the second floor, and went back to his bedroom.

Lucian tried his best to close the door which was missing a corner and could not be closed tightly. He rushed to the cabinet in the corner of the room.

Lucian opened the cabinet and fumbled for it.

"Crack!" With a loud noise, a hidden compartment was opened by Lucian.

The dark grid opened and all kinds of colors instantly bloomed in the darkroom.

"My honey, it's my happiest moment to see you every day." Lucian smiled immediately.

He picked up a small handful of diamonds with his left hand and picked up a necklace with his right hand. He was so excited that he kissed them from left to right.

"And you, the real glory of human beings, the forever hard currency, my sweetheart." Then he touched dozens of gold bars in the dark box.

Looking at these treasures, Lucian was happy and took out today's harvest from his pocket—an iron box.

Lucian opened it carefully and saw a dozen cigars lying quietly inside!

Lucian greedily leaned forward and took a deep breath. Although he didn't smoke, it was not the smell of smoke. It was the smell of pure money.

After sniffing for a long time, Lucian sighed again and glanced at his treasures sadly.

After tomorrow, he would lose 1/3 of his treasures!

"You ungrateful jackals! It's just an ID card and Hayden's work card. They cost me so much money!" Said Lucian, gritting his teeth.

"I don't want to think about it anymore. I just want to have asleep. I hope God can pity my lost treasure in my dream." Lucian threw himself on the broken bed and ended this rich day.

The second day.

Lucian stood in the wild, looking up at the big plaque on the second floor of the city—Hayden.

It was one of the largest cities on the continent and was famous for its rich coal resources.

The deputy director-general of the police station in Hayden had been found to have embezzled public funds. Now he was in urgent need of a large amount of money to fill the vacancy. And Lucian got the news.

The deputy director of the police station made a great deal of money to the foundation of the deputy director of the police station. Finally, he got an ID card from Hayden and a work card from the police station.

The team that was about to enter the city was about to line up at Lucian. For the last time, he looked back at the wilderness where he had lived for more than 10 years.

"Bye," said Lucian softly. Then he turned around and walked towards the soldier in charge of the inspection.

I'll be a member of the Hayden from now on. I'll work hard to live in Hayden. One day, I'll be the king of the city. Lucian swore to himself.

"Check your ID card." The guard said coldly.

Lucian took out the ID card he just got and handed it to him.

The soldier looked at the name on the identification, "Lucian?"

"Yes, I am Lucian."

"Welcome to Hayden."
