1 The Beginning

Batavia continent, one of the two currently existed human continents, here in the Republic of Indie, one of nine countries in the world.

Kerakaten Desert,

The term "unpopulated" seemed right about this place. There were no buildings, people, and other things that defined this place as an existing civilization. The sun was high in the sky, bringing the feeling of hotness to the earth, more to in this place where there were no the sign of living beings for the first look. There were occasionally plants such as cactuses standing up firmly, as if they were unafraid of such temperature.

The sand floated and moved flawlessly, creating an illusion for people who saw them that they were moving in unison. The wind blew smoothly, occasionally creating howling sound that could be heard from afar.

No matter who viewed this place was, they all would definitely agree that it was not a good place to travel to begin with,

Except for three people and one animal,

The person who walked in front was moving casually across the desert. From the looks of his body which was average with the standard of other people in this Batavia continent, more like an Asian people rather than Western. and his style of walking, he was a male. Surprisingly, this person looked huge. He was like almost three meters tall and weights that reached about 190 kg. By the standart of people in this continent, this person was abnormally huge. His whole body looked like a humanoid tank, by the looking of his strong muscles that contracted slowly when his arms and legs are moving.

His skin was an average Indonesian, not too dark and not too white. He wore a grey hat, covering his long blackhair that failing down smoothly to his soulders, covering his back. The dark brown jacket covered his casual black shirt, a dark blue jeans on his leg. He brought of what was like a hiking bag, a blue one with the whole bag covering his back from behind.

The dark blue sandal stepped on the moving sand, making the whole body sinking a little bit every steps. But by the look on his move, he wasn't disturbed even for the slightest.

This person was not alone, behind him there were a strange camel and two young people, a kid and a girl rode on it. The camel was strange because it was humongous, it was four meters tall, one meter wide, and three meters long. It was even higher than the person in walking in front of him.

"Brother Jantan, how long will it take again?" The kid asked to the person who was casually walking in front of them.

The person who was called Jantan answered calmly without looking back. He knew that eventhough there were no injuries on the kids bodies, their mental strength got tired of having these few days journey

"Tomorrow we will reach there"

Surprisingly, his voice was not that deep meaning that he was probably just entering the fase from a teenager to adult, around 20-25 years old. Contrarily opposite with his huge body.

The girl who sat on the camel behind the boy glared at him

"Rudi, you already asked that question for six times. Stop it, don't disturb brother Jantan"

Before the boy who called Rudi could answered, Jantan lifted his hand signing to stop what was going out of his mouth

"Sinta, it was not a problem to ask something trivial. Besides, it was a good thing to have a conversation while travelling" he suddenly stopped, making three living beings behind him to stop as well.

Jantan looked around his surrounding a while before nodding his head

"It's safe for time being. We are going to set a camp here. Let's have a lunch"

"Okay brother Jantan" Rudi and Sinta answered in a higher tone. By the looks of it, these relatives look really exciting to have a camp.

The camel knew the time to rest, it was failing down slowly while two kids did the same.

Rudi and Sinta faces strangely were full of smiles looking out what would happen in front of them.

Knowing that the kids were excited to see what would happen at a moment, he was shaking his head, but you could see his mouth grew wider as looks as he was smiling as well.

Jantan clapped his hands together and said calmly

"Elemen Kayu, Kebangkitan Rumah Kayu" (Wood Element, The Rise Of Wood House)

Strange phenomenon suddenly happened in front of them. The sand was moving faster like tremor signing that the ground would open apart. Four rectanguler forms of wood suddenly appeared from empty ground. Each of them size around five to six meters long with two meters wide. The four rectanguler woods suddenly joined and combined together making a big box wood. It came from the ground at moderate speed, while it was rising higher, the lines were formed, creating two rectangular shapes, suddenly they were empty, starting the creation of two windows. The front which was facing Jantan and others, did the same thing making it looked like a door sized a normal person. This phenomenon happened suddenly, after twenty seconds it stopped.

It looked a like a simple Asian two floors house, with two windows at the sides and one door on the front.

"It's done kids, let's go inside. Don't forget to tie up the desert camel and give it food and water" Jantan said calmly as what just happened did nothing to him at all

Looking back to two kids whose mouths enable them to swallow a goose egg, he was shaking his head slowly

Rudi was the first to close his mouth, his body was shaking excitedly as he was the one who did it

"Wow that was great Mr.Jantan"

Sinta nodded and said excitedly "No matter how many times i watched it, it always amazes me"

Then the kids did as they told to the desert camel. After tying it up and giving it food and water. They entered the house.

At the house, two people were seen eating nasi bungkus contendly. Nasi bungkus is Batavia continent commonly food. It consists of three cups of rice, a tempe, a tahu, a cup of noodle, and a slice of meat. Tempe and tahu are the fragmentation of soya bean making them have good nutritions.

"Are you still fasting brother Jantan?" Sinta asked when she saw young man in front of her was not eating with them, instead doing meditation.

Jantan opened his eyes. Looking at the situation in front of him, he was smiling lightly. His hand reached out the kids as it was no problem in the first place to begin with by looking out his height and his wingspan of hand.

"You eat more. You want to be strong as i am right?" He was ruffling Sinta's hair then move to Rudi's hair

"Yes" Rudi said helplessly as he didn't like to get his hair rubbed

"Nothing goes wrong as you eat more and train. Your body needs intake nutrition and by training you can change your nutrition to energy needed in the moving processes" He explained. Seeing that two kids were still silent, he said

"I'm special so i don't need to eat now. Besides, my generation is different with you. I can help you to get a Perubahan food"

Hearing that, the two kids eyes and mouth grew wider, as they did not believe what the young man in front of them said

"Really? Thank you so much brother Jantan" both of them standing up and bowed

In fact. With the nutrition that was saved inside Jantan's body, he can hold to not eat for a few weeks. Added that with the great benefit of fasting which were heart health, brain function, improved blood sugar control, detoxification, and cancer prevention. Human body has greater improvement especially since the catalyst of what is called "Energi anomali" surged on earth twenty years ago which caused significant changes in all living forms on earth.

It was too sudden, the huge strange comet sized almost 10 kilometers which was bigger than any comet ever heard which called Penghancur crashed against earth. It detonated most of living beings on earth making it unpopulated.

As what it should be..

Similar to the end of Crustacian period when the comet of that size annihilated the dinosaur generation.

Fortunately, the comet was very strange. In fact, many people who saw it believed that its speed was somehow abnormal for outer things to land on earth as like it was controlled by some extent making its kinetic energy way far less than normal, slowing down the impact to earth to some extent.

A few minutes after it landed on the Amazon forest creating kilometers crater, the green like substance in the form of gas spreaded out nonstop like volcanic eruption until a week later that it stopped. Even thin layer of green gas could be seen until all the way to Southeast Asian people when they were breathing.

A few minutes after the impact, the scientists and government from another countries went to the center and did research. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the material of comet because it was detonated directly when it crashed earth.

A few hours later, The President of United Nations, Abdulla Sahid appeared on television

"This is an earth-shaking change. The green gas is in the form of oxygen, glucosa, ATP, and the other substances that we never heard of. But based on the laboratory research, we can conclude that this green gas can accelerate the cell of living beings many times that normal. It should be cutting lifespan to beings like us, but magically the other substances prevent that from happening making it a perfect counter. Currently we find no side effects regarding this green gas. For us, as long as we can inhale the green gas regularly, our body function can double, triple, or even many times of that normal humans"

This news caused bomb to whole earth, many people cheered for arrival of new era.

Unfortunately, human couldn't enjoy their happiness for too long.

A few days after the coment landed and the green gas started to disappear across the whole earth. The tree was the first that started crazy evolution. They grew up from a few meters to dozens, even the ones who are closer to impact can grow to tens of meters, making them look like majestic trees on the cartoon and movies. The animal kingdom also crazily grew, even the ant that lived on Southeast Asian grew to a full 50 cm high and the cat that common people domesticated, grew to two and three meters high, higher than lion and tiger. The green gas caused the deepest of their gene chains rose, it was the instinct to rampage. Lastly, human also grew but the speed of evolving was not that same as the other living beings.

That was the starting of humanity darkest era, the "katalis".

From then on, 80% of human beings perished in the hands of beasts and plants. Even with nuclear weapons, they couldn't defeat monsters like Gaja which was the Elephant evolution that had unimaginable height and weight and Nogo which was dragon evolved from snake that was even stronger comparing to myth in movies and cartoon. There were even plants that could absorb radiation such as the infamous Moto Sunflower making the effect of after bomb not great as expected. It also made the environment more friendly.

Let's not talk about sea water monsters such as Blue Whale that human couldn't even imagine before the "katalis".

The war resumed until one decade later that human began to back off, trying to defend their last lines. From seven continents to two and from hundreds of countries to only nine. The reason human could hold on until now not because of their weapon technologies, but because of

The evolver

Those who evolved beyond human beings were called the evolver and most of evolvers were from the first generation affected green gas, the remaining ones were from eating special case called "Perubahan food" which was the food that still had the linger favor of green gas after it disappeared a week after impact.

The Perubahan food only existed on Perubahan trees which were one of the new species tree that existed from "energi katalis". It was an average form of tree like mango but with height dozens of meters. It bore Perubahan fruit every three months which was usually 1:15 in scale meaning that one Perubahan tree can birth to 15 Perubahan food. Fortunately, these Perubahan trees were across the Earth with closer the impact in Amazon, the more it was. Unfortunately, it was guarded by the animals called "Krung" which was the evolved of bats with wingspan 7-10 meters. It was an agressive territorial animal. Only evolver and stronger military could get one, added with the difficulty. That's why the United Government announced for the cost of one "Perubahan food" as fifty thousands duwits.

Duwit,

It was a new form currency currently used. Rather than dollar or rupiah. It was reinforced paper that could withstand rain and light sun. By comparison, one duwit could buy a candy, eight duwits could buy a nasi bungkus, one hundred duwits could buy an average weapon such as sword and pistol.

It was all common information.

That's why hearing that the two kids would get two Perubahan food for free from the young man in front of them, they were beyond delighted.
