CHAPTER 66: CEO'S WIFE.

Charlie and Eve was talking when they heard the commotion and continuous knock on the door. Eve stands up to go and open the door.

An unexpected scenerio greeted her when she opened the door.

She heard the flickering lights and shutter sounds from cameras and she was shocked and could not react.

"Why are you standing there and not inviting us in?" Sofia asked with a disgusting look on her face.

Eve was immediately brought back to the present and she becomes annoyed at who is standing in the midst of the reporters.

"Why should I do that?" Eve asked.

Sofia frowns her face, "I am your aunt of course you should let me in" she said.

"And the reporters?" Eve asked not showing any fear on her face.

Sofia "..."

Sofia was totally clueless of what Eve meant.

"You said I should let you people in obviously you are not the only person outside here" Eve said.

"Of course I brought them with me to interview you to introduce you as my niece - in - law, what do you say?" Sofia said putting on a fake smile and caring attitude.

Reporters "..."

What!

"She is the niece to George Anderson" 

"What a small world!" 

Everyone is surprised and is more curious to know more and why she was not known before and they began to ask her questions.

"What is your name miss?" 

"What do you do for a living?"

"Why is your identity hidden?"

Immediately this question was asked Eve looked at Sofia smiling with a facial expression that says "should I tell them."

Sofia becomes scared that Eve will reveal everything, then she trys to change the topic.

"Why are you blocking the door? Is there someone you are hiding?" Sofia said smirking, "you destroyed my daughter's reputation and I will definitely do the same to you" ;

"I know with the drug given to her is very active and the effect cannot be gone without sleeping with someone and seeing she is okay then she is sure that a man is inside the room" Sofia thought.

"I won't so leave" Eve said closing the door.

Sofia saw Eve was about to close the door and if she eventually closes the door she would not be able to humiliate her so she rushed towards the door and forces her way in. The reporters took it as a cue to enter the room also so they went in with their cameras.

The force of the door been pushed, Eve almost fell down but quickly held onto the door tightly for support. When she steadied herself she rushes into the room after the reporters.

"Isn't that Charles Powell?"

"What is he doing here?"

By the time Eve got to where Charlie is she saw him sitting down on the bed with a grave expression on his face. She runs through the reporters and blocks Charlie from the cameras.

Eve saw the shocked expression on her aunt's face and laughed inside.

"Get out!"
