Eve hesitates for a while before talking, " well, you know that our worlds are totally different from each other, he is super rich and am super poor, we don't match and besides his family might not like me because I'm poor and probably set him up with an arranged marriage with Natasha for example."

"No, don't say that!" Nars and Sue said; "don't ever think that, you are a kind, beautiful, smart and hardworking independent lady. If the CEO family don't like you it's their loss and forget about that Natasha of a girl, she is so annoying and I hate her so much this i get goosebumps anytime I see her" said Sue; " so I advice you to do what your heart wants and it's obvious the CEO himself likes you, so what's holding you back?" Said Nars.

Eve stared wide eyed at her friends because of what they said; "the CEO likes me?" Eve was surprised; "don't tell me you don't know about it" said Sue and Eve told them that Charlie has told her but she didn't believe him.

Sue and Nars hits their hands on their forehead; "girl! Is there anything you know, you are very good with your work, how come you know nothing about love" said Sue.

Her friends were frustrated about their friend; " something that's practically obvious because of the way he looks at you and also when you were made his personal assistant" said Nars;

"Girl, you need some lessons" said Nars; Eve was about to say something when there was a knock on the door;

"Master Charlie said to inform you that diner is ready and you should go down and eat" the the voice of the daughter of the maid sounded; "okay" said Eve.

"Sorry guys but I have to go for now, we would talk more tomorrow at work" Eve said; 

"Okay, no problem see you tomorrow, bye!" Nars and Sue said together.

"Bye!" Said Eve and she ends the call and leaves the room.

Eve changes into her pyjamas and proceeds downstairs for dinner; when she got to the dinning, she saw Charlie sitting on his chair and he is typing something on his phone; Charlie hears footsteps and raises his head to sees Eve sitting but his face turns cold; Eve was scared because of the sudden change and fears for herself, " maybe I have offended him? But I didn't do anything for him to be annoyed" she thought.

Charlie looks at Eve and when he sees she doesn't understand his message he said, "why are you sitting there?" 

Eve was surprised; "come close and sit close to me" Charlie said.

Eve "..."

"Hurry up and come close; without an excuse to reject him she stands up and goes to sit close to him.
