Even small fry actresses now have assistants.

After sending the photos, Mo Ning boarded a taxi and headed straight to the hotel.

There was no need for her to return back to Grace and Bai Yaran's apartment since she was to resume work tomorrow and the hotel was closer to the set than their apartment.

After arriving at her room, she quickly took a refreshing shower, brushed her teeth and flopped on the bed.

She didn't even bother to eat even though the only meal she had through out the day was the breakfast she ate before leaving her mother's house in the morning and a bottle of mineral water she drank in the afternoon. But it was a normal occurrence for her when she is busy.

The next day, Mo Ning's alarm rang at seven in the morning. She got up and prepared to go to set. She didn't bother dressing up too much or even putting on makeup which she would have to do again on set.

She wore blue ripped jeans and a white t-shirt, she put her long hair in a ponytail, grabbed her backpack, put on a simple white sandal and off she went.

With her dressing, she could pass for a high school student.

She walked all the way to the set, which was the only form of exercise she did well apart from the occasional yoga. She bought some buns on her way, which she inhaled as usual and in twenty five minutes, she was on set.

After going through the gate, she remembered the present she had bought for the security man which had been tucked away in her backpack for so long.

Luckily, it was the same man on duty today. So she brought out the wrapped present and then gave it to him. The security man had a confused expression on his face when he received the present.

"Hello, Grandpa security. "

" Hello. Why the present? I haven't done any thing to warrant a present from you. "

" On the contrary sir, you did a lot for me when you decided to inform the director of my presence the first day I was here. "

" Oh! But that day, I was just doing my job. "

" I know you were doing your job, but not many will even agree to go ask the director regarding a no name actress like me. " Mo Ning said with a grateful smile on her face. "Please accept it as a token of gratitude from me." She said when he began to return the present again.

"Alright if you insist I'll take it. Thank you. "

" Thank you again. I'm very grateful. "

After leaving the gate, the assistant the company arranged for her Qin Luoxi,walked to her.

"Hello sister Ning"

"Hello Xiao Xi, sorry i didn't tell you i took two days off. You must have come here in vain." Mo Ning didn't remember she had an assistant until Qin Luoxi appeared before her,which made her fell slightly guilty.

" After the first day, I didn't come again because the director told me you took two days off. "

" Alright. Let's go in now. Next time, you can just come to my room first then we'll come together."

"Alright sister Ning."

They both entered the set and Mo Ning went to greet the director and informed him that she was back and then,she went to the dressing rooms to get her makeup done.

When she entered the dressing room, Xue Lin and two of her assistants were already there and the makeup artist was attending to her. Mo Ning together with her own assistant went and sat on the opposite side of the room . The dressing room was for only Mo Ning and Xue Lin while the rest had to use the general dressing room.

No sooner had they sat down when one of Xue Lin's assistant spoke up.

" Hmmmph! Even small fry actresses now have assistants. How fast the world is changing." Her words were obviously directed at Mo Ning, but she decided not to say anything but continued going through her script,she also signalled her assistant to keep her mouth shut and not to say anything

"Yeah,you are totally correct. Even small fry's can now request for leave whenever they like ,even though they just joined the crew. This is very great."

" I'm telling you! Even our sister Lin who is the female lead even hasn't requested for leave. This is really an eye opener."

They were clearly dissing Mo Ning but Xue Lin made no move to stop them,obviously enjoying the show and waiting to see Mo Ning's reaction.

Mo Ning plugged in her earphones and even borrowed some to her assistant so that she wouldn't do something she would regret.

She hadn't known her for long and didn't know how her temper is.

She didn't want to risk having a pig like teammate causing her trouble.
