CHAPTER TWO.

When Jennie woke up Rosé was already up and was doing some chores. Jennie stood up and show how everything was already in place just some few thing to be done. Rosé say her. "Hey are you going to continue wondering or come help your BFF with some chores. "she asked with a questioning look on her face. Jennie walked to her and Rosé tossed the mop to her. "You were taking ages now quickly I need to rest." she laughed and walked away. Jennie started mopping and laughed at her friend's behavior 😆. When she was done with that Rosé was coming out of the bathroom. "Quickly go and have your bathe I have good news to share with you and also bad news," she frowned while saying the last one " But anyway BE FAST!!!" She said and walked away. Jennie smiled and walked to take a shower. When she was done and dressed up she meet her best friend at the dining table with lots of dishes. Jennie stood there in shock and surprise. As she was still standing and looking at the food her tummy growled, Jennie looked embarrassed and was making her way to the table. Rosé laughed at her and commented "I thought you will stand there a little longer maybe by then your tummy would be separated and have it own mind of it's own 😜." As she continued laughing. "Okay I get now can we eat before that happens." Jennie said. Rosé stopped laughing and they prayed and started digging in. while they were eating rose called Jennie's attention. "Jennie," she started "I have been asked to be a programmer for a big company" she added. Jennie looked at her and was surprised "Wow, you have been looking for a job since and now you got it, but why aren't you happy or overjoyed like me ?" She asked.

" Jennie the job is not in the city it is in city Y, and I will have to relocate there immediately."

She said in-between tears. " Don't worry as far as it is your dream there is nothing to it, and about the location we can be connected and I may even visit sometimes so there no problem. " Jennie reassured her best friend as she shifted her chair to Rosé's to comfort her.

Rosé wiggled out of her best friend's embrace and shot daggers at her through eye contact. "You take it as nothing, while I am here crying for you hmmmm." she said. Jennie then realised that her best friend was only trying to make her begged so she can stay. "I would have begged you but this is the breakthrough you need to be successful so I don't want to hinder you ." Jennie said as she opened her hands for her friend to find comfort. Rosé smiled at how Jennie was considerate her BFF was. She entered her friend's arms and hugged her, after the heart filled moments. Rosé broke the hug and said wiping away her tears, "if you don't want to eat tell me and don't encircle me in a hug so the food can get cold." With that Rosé continued to eat as if nothing happened just now. Jennie laughed it off and continued to eat.

"So when are you leaving."

"I think tommorow." Rosé replied

Jennie continued to eat. When they were done with eating they cleared up the table. As Jennie was doing evening shifts in the bar she had to leave. Upon reaching the bar she saw people looking at her and have small side talk. Jennie thought off what she must have done wrong but she didn't seem to find the right answer. She looked around and spotted Linda, she rushed to her side and asked what happened. Upon seeing her Linda light up.

"Jennie have you heard you are no longer working here or working for Dominic again."

" What do you mean?.."🤨🧐

" How do I put it......you have been transferred to work under another boss but what you are going to be doing is unknown."

" How did all this happen and -..."

Immediately Dominic interrupted her and said,

" Miss Jennie I would like to see you in my office, now." He stressed the last word and left. Great the last thing she would want to do now was being in the same room as that sexualist Jennie thought as she walked to his office. As she entered she sat down and asked.

" Sir you called me is anything wrong."

" As you may have heard you are no longer under me and now under another boss. You will not be working here from today and will start your new job tommorow. Your new boos will send his assistant to get you tommorow and you will have to follow him. He is going to pay you alot so I plead for you to comply with this."

" Okay as far as I am payed well and my accommodation is settled I am cool with just one thing. I would like to know my bosses name." Jennie asked.

" That I can't tell but you will be informed by his assistant. You may leave."

With that I was out of his office. I went to my locker and started packing my things, when I was done I bid Linda bye.

"Jennie I will keep in touch 😊 just don't forget me."

" okay, bye Linda." I said as I entered a cab and was on my way to hose it wasn't that late. The cab stopped me in front of my house and I came down upon reaching the door as I was about to open it. The door flung open and Rosé quickly hugged me saying a sorts of things like.

"ohh Jennie don't cry I know getting fired is hard thing but just suck up all that emotions put it in a box and throw it away......." She continued babbling.

I pulled her and made her look at my face .

" Look at me do I look like I have been crying.

No so stop behave crazy let's enter the house I can enlighten you on what happened to me."

with that I let her and made my way to the bedroom and sat on the bed while undressing.

Rosé rushed to me and asked " okay now tell me.why you are carrying your work thing to the if it is not that you are fired."

" I was transferred." the short reply I wore my night wear and climbed the bed to sleep.

Rosé who was there was happy and immediately she saw I was already in bed she quickly arranged the things in the hose climbed the bed and put off the lights.

"I wonder why you are so grumpy but I hope we are both transferred to the same city so we can be room mate there too, Good night sweet dreams 😘.
