Nathan's furrowed brow and creased forehead clearly portrayed his confusion

Who the hell is this spitting stuffs that definitely do not make sense

He was already having a bad day as he had a huge argument with Julia this morning which made him got ready for work this late

He's late for work and this lady with mental issues won't let her be too? What a very hapless day he is having

"I'm sorry ma'am but I do not understand a tad of what you've been saying and I am late for work so have a great day" Nathan said as he climbed on his bike and drove off, not sparing a second glance at Blaire who stood still, astounded

Did he just walk out of her? Without giving her a chance to say what she came to say? Blaire was downright floored

But Blaire was never the one to accept defeat, was she? She got in to her car and drove after Nathan, following him to his work place at Carnaby street

"Good morning Nathan" Vincent addressed as Nathan walked in

"There's nothing good about today's morning Vincent" Nathan said, dropping his bike keys on a table and grabbing his overall work wear

"What happened? You are late today, which is very unlike you, I'm the known late comer here not you" Vincent said

"Had an argument with Julia today" Nathan said as he proceeded to a partition at the side of shop designed for changing clothes

"Trouble in paradise man, you guys rarely argue" Vincent remarked

"Well today we did have an argument, she wants to move out of the house tomorrow Vincent, why the hell will she want to move out of the house, especially when she just had her surgery done few weeks back, she still need some time to recover" Nathan grumbled as he changed into his overall

"Umm, Nathan, who..." Vincent's voice trailed off as though he had seen something surprising but Nathan didn't notice, he was still wrapped up in the narration of his typical bad day

"And just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse, a crazy lady appeared in front of my house spewing some nonsense about being the mother of my child" Nathan uttered as he buttoned up his grey overall but he was taken aback as his supposed crazy lady suddenly appeared right in front of him, behind the partition, where he was dressing up

"Don't you think you should at least have the decency of saying it to my face if you are gonna talk trash about me?" Blaire queried and flustered Nathan pushed her aside, coming out of the partition

"Why the hell did you not tell me she's here?!" Nathan reprimanded Vincent who was still recovering from the shock of such a beautiful lady barging into their work place, to Vincent, it was as though she was a bright sun that just shone it's illuminating light upon their dark shop

"And you" Nathan faced Blaire "Don't you also think you should be the last person talking about decency when you just barged in on me dressing up?!" Nathan criticized and Blaire scoffed

"You walked out of me first and I see no decency in that!"

"Well did you expect me to stand still while a crazy stranger spilled some nonsense about being the mother of my child?!" Nathan queried

"Yes Nathan, you should have listened, asked for more explanation because yes, I will become the mother of your child as I am currently carrying our baby!" Blaire announced and Vincent's hiccup made both of them look in his direction

"I'm sorry, I'll give you two some privacy" Vincent as he immediately exited the shop

"You are making no sense at all" Nathan said facing Blaire again "How can you be pregnant for me when I just met you today?!"

"You don't need to meet me to get me pregnant, do you not know that?"

"What? You are definitely crazy, can you please just leave me alone as I have some work to do, I promise I am not responsible for your pregnancy so please leave" Nathan stated

"You donated your sperm to a hospital, do you not remember?" Blaire queried

"How do you know that? And what the hell does that have to do with this?" Nathan questioned surprised at how this stranger knew his little secret

"It was said that you are smart but I guess that's definitely not the case here" Blaire uttered with contempt "Anyway, I'll spell it out for you since your clueless brain still can't figure it out, I got my insemination done with your sperm, and now I'm pregnant" Blaire heralded, a hint of pride in her voice

"And how the hell am I responsible for that?" Nathan enquired leaving Blaire quite surprised

She didn't expect such a response, she expected anything else but that response, or maybe he didn't quite grab what she said?

"I don't think you understood my words, I am currently carrying a child that was made with your sperm" Blaire tried to speak as simple as possible, he is probably uneducated and knows not what insemination means

"I understand quite well what you said stranger and I still maintain, how the hell am I responsible for that? I donated my sperm to a hospital yes, it was an official business and I'm in no way responsible for what the sperm might have been used for, my responsibility as a sperm donor ends with me donating the sperm, you on the other hand went to the hospital willingly and paid the hospital to get your artificial insemination done with the sperm you selected amongst other sperms in the sperm bank, you wanted to get pregnant so you got your artificial insemination done, now why the hell are you telling me that I am responsible for something you paid to be done on you willingly? If you are such a mindless individual that can't take responsibility for your own actions then why did you undergo the procedure in the first place?" Nathan berated

"What?! Mindless individual?! Can't take responsibility for my own actions?!" Blaire fumed "How dare a lowlife like you say such gratuitous words about me, do you have any idea who I am?!"

"I watch the TV a lot and I have never seen you pop up on my screen, so who are you crazy fellow?" Nathan queried with a scornful tone

"Crazy fellow?! You are going to regret saying that especially when you find out who I am!"

"I just asked who you are and I've still not gotten a reply" Nathan reminded and Blaire soon realized she isn't actually that popular in London, her business is in New York and that's where her forte is, right here in London, she's just another daughter of some rich man

"I'm.... Harvey Granger, you've heard of his name right? Unless you lied about having a TV then of course you have, he is the CEO of Grangers Enterprise, an enterprise that controls and owns dozens of companies in and out of the country, he is the richest man in all of London and he is my father" Blaire vaunted

"I asked who you are, not who your father is" Nathan countered leaving Blaire in a muddle of embarrassment, anger shooting out of her eyes like lasers

But she needed to calm herself down, as much as she hates to admit it, she does need this guy, she needs him if she really wants to get the company, oh things she does just to get the companies

Blaire cleared her throat, trying to shove her anger aside, she is a businesswoman and she's here to do what she's most good at, making deals

"My name is Blaire Granger, CEO of BG Estates in New York, I am pregnant and it is not your responsibility regardless of the fact that I got my insemination done with your sperm, I trailed off in the beginning but I'll go straight to the point now, I have a deal for you, I want to hire you to act as my husband for nine months" Blaire stated confirming Nathan doubts, he had thought he heard wrong when Blaire mentioned hiring him as a husband before, only a crazy fellow would go around asking a stranger to be her hired husband, he doubted it but it's confirmed now, this stranger here is crazy, very much crazy and he is not going to waste anymore of his time speaking to her

"Umm.... Miss Blaire Granger, thank you for your offer but no, I do not want to be hired as your husband for nine months, you may leave if you are done here" Nathan prodded fervently hoping she's smart enough to get the hint that he wants her to leave

"I have not finish making my deal Nathan Bailey, I am willing to pay you two thousand dollars every month till the end of the ninth month" Blaire offered, a hint of pride in her voice, there's no way he's going to refuse such an amount of money especially not when he needs it to adjust his lifestyle and at least live like a human being

"Thank you for your offer Blaire Granger but my answer remains the same, no, I refuse your offer" Nathan stated

"What?! But why?! You definitely need the money to mend this crappy life of yours" Blaire quipped giving Nathan a head to toe look

"You want to know why I refuse? That smelly personality of yours, someone as rude as you are does not deserve my service, so please understand and take your leave!" Nathan prodded, failing to keep the harsh tone out of his voice

"Smelly personality huh? Thank your stars I need your help Nathan else I'll make you regret what you just said right this instant!" Blaire fumed walking out of the author repair shop to her car

She grab a file from her car, made some changes on the contents of the file and walked back into the the repair shop

"There, I changed the contract terms, instead of two thousand dollars every month, you'll be paid four thousand dollars every month, I know that is definitely more than you deserve but this is just me showing you how hellbent I am at getting you to act as my husband, I'm going to give you two days to go through the contract and think about it, if you say no then I'll just have to find another way to coerce you to do my bidding because I always get what I want!" Blaire voiced out placing the contract atop one of the spoilt cars in the shop and exiting with pride.....
