"He doesn't seem to like anyone"

Choi Baek-Hyun leaned behind Byun Dal, his warm breath tickling the hairs on his neck, the sleeves of his shirt brushing against his bare forearms. Byun Dal fidgeted slightly, but Choi Baek-Hyun thought nothing of it. He just thought he was a boy who couldn't sit still.

Choi Baek-Hyun and Byun Dal were going through potential matches for Choi Baek-Hyun's sister. From the comments Choi Baek-Hyun made, Byun dol was incredibly curious at the faces he was making, however turning around to get a peek would lead to some very awkward close contact.

Choi Baek-Hyun's back pressed against his as he took over the mouse, his hand brushing against his. He clicked on the messages, curious to see what other men had paid to say to her sister. Some messages he instantly deleted because of their contents, some he paused over, and some you could tell his fingers were itching to reply as he'd begin to type a response, and then hold the backspace until all that was left was the blank textbox they started with.

"Byun Dal", Amy stood in the hallway, beckoning him towards her. She had been watching the couple, and unlike Byun Dal, she could see Choi Baek-Hyun's face. She could tell it wasn't going particularly well. Byun Dal managed to get a peek of Choi Baek-Hyun's face on his way out of the room and was able to share in the concerns clearly showing on Amy's face.

Amy led Byun Dal to the kitchen and crossed her arms as she lent against the counter whilst Byun Dal made a coffee for Choi Baek-Hyun. She sighed.

"How's it going?" she asked, but he could already tell by her tone that she already knew the answer. Watching his face before he could answer, she inserted, "it's not going well, is it?".

"He doesn't seem to like anyone" he replied dejectedly.

"He doesn't. No one's going to be good enough for his older sister" she said, staring off slightly into the distance.

"Then why would she ask him?" he asked confused, assuming that his older sister already suspected this.

"Because he's the one person she's always been able to depend on" the corner of Amy's lips upturned into a slight smile. "Do you know why this company was set up?" she quizzed him.

Byun Dal shook his head, honestly. He hadn't expected to get a job at this company. He hadn't really expected to get a job in any big office company. He thought he'd maybe be delivering for Checkers Pizza, or working at SevenTwelve.

"It was set up so he could get his sister's books published". There was more to the story, but Amy kept it short. After all, it was the CEO's choice as to what he wanted to disclose to this new starter. He should at least know the basics though.

Byun Dal was impressed at the lengths that Choi Baek-Hyun would go. He felt slightly warm inside until remembered what Amy had just said, and he began to frown.

"How am I going to do it?", he whispered just loud enough for Amy to hear. His palms had begun to sweat and trembly slightly. He took a couple of breaths, trying to cover up his nervousness. He wasn't sure what would happen to his job if he couldn't help the CEO fulfill his sister's request, and he wasn't sure what would happen to his job if he did. Maybe he would end up working at SevenTwelve after all. The conversation seemed too big to broach with Amy right now, especially as they had only just gotten started. It would be a shame though, the coffee is better here than what's usually sold.

Amy shrugged, and at that moment, the coffee machine beeped. She stepped forward and patted him on the back. She was the one who had suggested for the CEO to hire someone to help him find a match for his older sister, hopeful someone could sway his mind.
