Job Hunt
Four Years Later
~Twilight Elementary School~
Parents were waiting outside for their kids cause it's one minute to closing. Soon, the bug bell rang and all the kids rushed out if their classes, screaming excitedly.
A little cute girl of four years with curly black hair, the girl has a set of beautiful grey eyes. She's dressed cutely in a black thigh length pleated skirt, the skirt has yellow strips at the edge then with yellow short- sleeved shirt with a black bow, a long black socks with yellow strips at the edges. Her curly black hair was packed in a ponytail.
She ran into the arms of a beautiful young lady of 22 years with chestnut brown hair and brown eyes, dressed in a pink joggers and blue shirt.
"Mummy!" The girl exclaimed happily. The lady carried the girl in her arms and kissed her cheeks.
"Tulip, how's your day? Did anyone bully you in school, hmm?" The lady asked.
"No mummy, I'm fine" Tulip answered in a tiny voice.
"Cool, let's get you some ice cream" the lady, which is Alynah beamed ad they walked towards the ice cream van.
Tulip giggled happily as Alynah ordered a vanilla flavoured ice cream, which is Tulip's favorite.
"Thank you mummy" Tulip beamed, smiling widely.
"You're welcome, baby. C'mon let's go home. My baby needs to rest" she put her down and they left.
That was the result of four years' incident. After she was betrayed by Valerie, Alynah found a new hope to raise her child alone. She went through different struggles and challenges to deliver safely. Through courage and determination, and Lyra's support and encouragement, Alynah gave birth to a baby girl. She named her Tulip, representing a new beginning, hope and happiness.
Tulip, though beautiful didn't resemble her mother for a bit. Alynah is a brunette while she has black hair and grey eyes. Which means possibly, Tulip resembled her father. With the resemblance, Alynah hoped she'll find her daughter's father. And anytime Tulip asked where her father is, Alynah's constant reply is "your father will come back to you, Tulip"
Alynah didn't get the chance to study in the university since she had Tulip, so she just went in search for a job.
The door flung open and Tulip ran in.
"Aunty Betty!" She squealed and hugged her legs.
"Little pretty, how's school today?" Betty, her babysitter asked.
"Fine aunty Betty!" Tulip replied.
"What's up Aly?" Betty beamed.
"Uh..cool" Alynah replied.
"Come on pretty, let's go and refresh!" Betty said and picked Tulip up while she giggled. Alynah fell on the couch using her phone.
Betty had been Tulip's babysitter for three years. It was Lyra's suggestions to get a babysitter so that she'll help her take care of Tulip.
"Still searching?" Betty asked as she came back with Tulip wearing a peach layered skirt and cream shirt with peach fluffy shoes.
"Urggh, it's hectic" Alynah groaned but the gasped.
"Wait wait wait, this particular one caught my eyes" Alynah exclaimed.
"Which one?" Betty rushed t her side.
"Golden Sparrow Enterprise" she clicked on the website and scrolled down.
"There are different organizations under it. Graphics, fashion and clothing, they even run shopping malls, filling stations, restaurants, even private university!! Did you see that!" Alynah exclaimed.
"Goodness, girl. You should go for this!" Betty suggested.
"I can work as an intern in the the graphics organization. I'm definitely not letting this go" Alynah replied.
"Gosh, I'm going there right away. I won't let this pass" she added.
"Wish you all the best, Aly. Lyra will be glad to hear that" Betty said.
"Thanks. I'll tell her once I get the job" Alynah replied.
"Wait, where is Tulip?" Alynah panicked and rushed to the window to see her playing with her dog, Dixie.
Alynah smiled warmly. "She's my blessing and happiness"
