Samuel Jeusal

It was a long evening though and Jessy had to wait.

After her father had given that command, he strictly for bided her from going out again with the claim that her soon to be groom would be visiting them this evening.

She had to start all over again, took another bath... redressed and waited in her room until her aunt decided to call her down.

Though the hours she got to wait was a very long one, at least her waiting was finally over. Jessy wanted to do one thing, and that thing is to leave this mansion.

Back when she still had her business, her mother had an untouched building back in the days. She felt like she didn't want to be controlled by her own father because, obviously that's what he ever does, control her, treat her as though she was nothing but a servant. Jessy didn't know if he was being that way because her aunt Verona had poisoned his mind, either way, something must have happened.

Jessy had only ever listened to her father but after a few consideration, she decided that it was time to stand up to him. She didn't want to get married right now. After being reincarnated back, her wish was to live right, create a name for herself. Even accomplish her left over dreams and of course that dream was music.

But in her previous lives, all she's ever done was to work, work and work. This time, no more.

Jessy gave one final disoriented sigh before turning the handle of the door and exiting.

But the very minute she got down the stairs her eyes stretched wider in shock when she realized who her soon to be groom was. It was Samuel Jeusal. This same man she had ever loved her three lives... this same man that had been the cause of her several humiliations. She had wanted to chase after him, or just say that she had actually chased him but on several occasions, he rejected her, called her all sort of names. One time he threatened to lock her up in jail for being a stalker. Back then when she once believed in the word, 'Love at first sight' But no, that wasn't the case at this point. Back when her only two priorities was avenging her mother's killer and wooing Samuel, but seeing him right now sent jitters of shock and anguish careening down her spine.

Right now, Samuel sat opposite Jessy's dad as they spoke and of course his grand father was in their company. His grand father Hilton Jeusal. This strict old man had been a sentimental man on his own and of course there were few exceptions and flaws but what Jessy care at the moment was Samuel. Her heart kept ringing in a pang of ache because yes it was clear, she didn't want to get married to the same man who had without remorse humiliated her. This same man... Jessy sighed managing herself until she was heard a distance away and all three men turned to her.

Luo Mei smiled as he spoke:

"My daughter, Luo Jessy."

Samuel stared at Jessy and his gaze at her was rather intense that Jessy had to look away in order for her not conveying emotions through that one glare.

Jessy's mind pointed on one fact!

Definitely, her father just wanted more popularity. Of course, that was the only reason for him to just bring up the sudden thought of marriage.

'Just wait and watch... the minute I leave this place, you'll never be in control of me.'

Jessy sat down on the king sized sofa as she did nothing but glare at the men's discussion.

Some time later, Samuel stood up and indifferently stared at Luo Mei who immediately turned over to Jessy:

"Uh, Jess please lead him to the balcony. I mean, up there, you both can talk about many things. Make him feel comfortable Ok.."

Jessy was feeling a bit puzzled realizing that she would also be ordered to speak with this completely handsome young man she was trying so hard to resist. He was as eye catching as the three good times she had reincarnated. But there was indeed something really different about him today. He was unbelievably calm and Jessy was stunned.
