New School
"Whoooo. I seriously can't believe this. I'm really in this school,my dream school. Oh being brilliant is soooooooo cool,I got the scholarship to come into this rich people school. Even their uniforms are nice,the school itself is so huge and nice, how can I find the principal's office at this rate? I hope I don't get lost ??? I know,I just gotta ask someone ???"
I tug my backpack firmly and walk towards some group of girls I see, checking their phones and giggling
"Hi girls ? I'm Eva,Eva Kimberly. Nice meeting you girls,you girls look exceptionally pretty. Whoaaa, that necklace,it looks so good on you. I bet it's from your boyfriend right. It looks so....so...."
"Who is she?" one of them asked the two others, giving me a cold stare, that was enough to keep me shut up
"I guess she's the new student,the scholarship girl" One of them answered
I flipped my hair
It's not so easy to be so brilliant ???
" Gosh. She's one of those paupers that can only get into this school because they're brilliant. She must be feeling like she's one of us now that she was able to get into this school" One said
And brrrrrrrrrrrrr, my smile dissolved. Can anyone be this mean?? Ohh rich kids.....
" Hey pauper" One of them said and poked my forehead"Don't you dare think you can flow with us just because you got into this school. There are three people like you in this school already and they're outcasts! People like you are outcasts! So if you wanna enjoy your stay in this school for this one last year before we all graduate,then stay away from everyone" She said and pushed me to the ground
" Let's go girls"
She said and three of them left, stepping on my shoe as they walked across
I glared and balled my fists. These girls have really never tasted my fists ✊ before,if they have,they wouldn't treat me this way. I'll just let them off the hook since this is just my first day. I should act the responsible eighteen years old I am
"Oh no,are you alright?"
I heard that sweet gentle voice and looked towards the sound of the voice,it was a pretty girl around my age,tall, slender, has a short black hair, smooth skin, perfect eyes,the nose......
"Are you okay? Were you hurt? Why're you on the floor?"She asked again
I cleared my throat and flashed her a smile" Oh,me?? I'm alright. I really am" I quickly got up
How can a human being just be blessed with everything? She's wealthy, obviously, she's got a perfect figure and is even very beautiful
But me..... I'm just soooooooo short,if I were taller I'd have been....
"I'm Purple a final year student"She said
" I'm Eva, same class" I replied, smilling. I actually thought life in this school was gonna be an hellhole but what?? I finally meet a nice person. We're gonna be friends,yayyyyyyyyyyyy
"I'll take you to the principal's office,then to our class"
"Awwwww, that's so nice of you"
After the interrogation whatever from the principal,I was finally taken to my class by our class teacher
"Everyone,you have a new student"he said
Everyone faced us and rolled their eyes
"Who cares about a scholarship student?" I heard someone say
I balled my fists,I may end up breaking someone's bones today
Eva, just stay calm,you should be responsible on your first day
"Her name is Eva Kimberly" He said but no one seemed to pay attention, except for Purple though,she seemed so sweet" Eva, that's how they behave to new students,as time goes on, they'll start to show interest in you" he said
I rolled my eyes

"We don't have a seat prepared for you yet,you can stay in that vacant seat at the back for now,the owner of the seat may not come today"
If it was a wealthy kid, they'll never tell this to him/her. This life!
"Alright, thanks I'll just use that seat"
Whoaaa, the chairs are all so nice,they look really expensive though. I still can't believe I'm in this school. The school I've always watched on T.V and wished I were there

I looked back,it was someone who pushed me

"The pauper is down"one said
"Sitting on the floor suits her better,the principal is so cool for not arranging for her chair"

it's just my first day,I should keep calm
I faked a smile and stood up,I dusted my skirt and went to sit
" Did she just sit on Nathan Miles chair?"someone said
"How dare she sit on my future husband's chair?!"a girl said
"No,he's mine. We dated Last week" another said
"But he broke up with you that same day"Another countered
"You all should just keep it low and mind your businesses" Purple said and hit the table

Purple then stood up from her seat and came closer to me"Eva,you should get up. you're sitting on a celebrity's seat and he really doesn't joke with his personal stuffs"
"The teacher said he wasn't coming today so I can have his seat"I replied smilling sweetly at her
But in my mind I'm like....Who cares about a celebrity's seat? The school is so mean for not providing me a seat, now I see a vacant seat,I can't still sit on it in peace?
She gave me a weird look and went to her seat

The door opened and wtf?......Is this an angel from above or what? He's moderately tall,his deep brown hair perfectly styled, Whoaaa, those eyes,his jaw, shaped perfectly. if you wanna know the definition of handsomeness,you don't have to go too far,he's right in front of me
"Nathan Miles"Everyone most especially the girls screamed out, happily
"You didn't come for three days,we missed you so much"a girl said

He smiled and waved at every one of them. Whoaaa that's a friendly gesture. He must be really nice
But something is odd,why is he coming towards my direction? Oh no, what do I do? why is he staring at me this way? Could he be interested in me at first sight?

I ran my hands through my hair. Seems this rudeness is in everyone of them,I thought he was nice. Just because I'm a scholarship student, does that mean they can talk to me anyhow?
I have to show them I'm not a weak person that can be spoken to anyhow
I looked up at him eyeball to eyeball"So what if this chair belongs to you?"
He looked taken aback"What?"
Everyone in the class focused their attention on me, surprised by my actions
"Yeah, it's understandable if you have ear problem, I'll repeat what I just said,I said what if this chair belongs to you? Why're you making a fuss about that?!"I told him
He scoffed"Ohh you're the new student. Even though you're new,you should know who I am. I'm Nathan Miles,a very popular musician. How dare you talk to......"
"I don't care whoever you are. I'm not interested in who you might be"I blurted
"Stand up from my seat while I'm being nice"He said"I'm not a kind of person to waste my time on paupers like you"
"I'm so sorry,Mr waste, but I can't get up from this seat. As from today, this is my seat. if you need a seat,then go to the principal,bet he won't waste time finding you one"I told him
