1 Rosé

It was in January, the 8th to be specific, but let's not get to hasty. The story that's about to be told sounds more real than what meets the eye.

In Seattle, Washington there was a family, a mixed family, a seemingly happy family. Then there is the behind closed doors that should really be looked into. It's actually pretty cliche so to say because there is the mom, Charlotte, who is remarried due to the fact that her husband died in battle. But there's also her twins, Alexander and Vivienne, they are 16 years old. Extremely intelligent and highly classified as dangerous. That'll be for awhile later though because the background hasn't even been told yet. Charlotte is now married to Benjamin and they have a 6 year old son named Eli Collis. Meanwhile the twins father is dead and their mom has remarried and they have a terrible stepfather.

No one likes a buzz kill but on Eli's 4th birthday he got drunk and stripped in front on all the guest. That bastard wouldn't know what control is if control crawled up his ass and died. Vivienne and Alexander live together in the guest house which has 2 master bedrooms. They soundproofed it and everything. See the thing is that Benjamin yells at Charlotte and hits her, but the twins can't do anything, they aren't strong enough they are nerds.

The possibility of anyone stopping him is slim and Eli just sits in his room all the time. Between school and his homework and his toys Eli remains occupied most the time. But like the twins Eli got bored of something after awhile, i mean it wasn't as bad as the twins themselves but it was still bad because once he's bored he doesn't wanna do it anymore. So buying new toy wasn't an option because Benjamin didn't help do anything. Charlotte works all the time, she Co-owns a business with "The Famous CEO Charles Brieal". He was raised in a rich house hold and everything was handed to except when it came to making money. He's only 23 years old and built this business from top to bottom with the help of Charlotte of course.

They know each other because Before Charlotte became the Co-owner she was a business woman she worked in real estate and other businesses. She was great at her job, so she went and spoke at Charles's college. He understood the fact she was serious and they hit off. Making a business wasn't easy between school and working it was hard. Charlotte paid a lot of the expenses and bills and now the business is booming.

It's a real estate business called Xit Homes. He really liked how it sounded so he picked it. Everyday Charlotte got home and was exhausted, had to deal with Benjamin and cook dinner, it was just to much work. But Charlotte guesses it's ok as long as her children are taken care of.

"I'm home!!!" Charlotte called to her family. Alexander came out of kitchen drying his hands. "Hey, mom how was your today??" She signed dramatically and shook her head and hugged her child deeply. "It was rough... a lot of paper work, and of course i had to do it." It's now 8:00pm, and the TV is blaring little kid show theme songs, so she knows Eli is busy. " Where is Ben?" she asks releasing Alexander slowing. Vivienne comes into the room wearing a guys hoodie and black running shorts. " Where is he? He's out of course. Like always, he's out." Vivienne said. If the twins were the same gender and height they would be identical. Alexander sighed and finished all his chores for the day. That's the only reason their mom let them stay in the guest house is if they did their chores. " Who's jacket is that? It's obviously not yours." Vivienne is very blunt and won't hesitate to be honest so she told her it was one of her guy friends jackets. Her mom thought she had a boyfriend. " Mmmmm.... Vivienne i'm sure it's just a friend!" Charlotte was obviously joking with her. Benjamin came home in his sports car that he's had for a long time. Drunk he was, and with his toxic behavior as he got out the car made it obvious. He slug the door open " Hey y-y'all. What's for dinner?" He looks angry and sounds irritated. Charlotte started dinner, they are having Shrimp Alfredo, the eat dinner and everything is fine. The kids finish their homework and go to their rooms. Benjamin comes in kitchen where Charlotte is sitting and ask about this bill that hasn't been paid. " What's wring with you? Why haven't you paid this off? I work my ass off for this family and this is how you repay me? Huh... answer me bitch." she looks at him but doesn't say anything until with absolute force he grabs her hair. He yanks her head back and asked her again. She says " You don't even have a job you just sit around in your ass waiting for me to do everything. Spend my money on you buy everything. It's getting ridiculous. I can't do this anymore. We are getting a divorce." He grabbed her by the neck and slapped her as hard as he could and said i never want to see again. He leaves, pulls out in his sports car. It was like music to the twins ears when she said that. Charlotte sat back down at the table and started to cry. She grabbed the ice pack out of the freezer then sat back down and started crying again. She held it to the swollen welp on her face. She called her boss, Charles, he came over with some fancy Rosé. Vivienne took her seat on the steps. Listening to their conversation Alexander came by and said " It's rude to listen to other conversations." She ignored him. Charles said " Pretty women shouldn't cry the way you do." Charlotte smiled and wiped her tears from her face. " You know you're way to nice for your own good." He's kind hearted. He spoke with genteelness in his voice, " Yeah well only you see this side of me. oh and your family of course." She looks at him confused but she says impatiently, "Poor me a glass of that fine Rosé."
