I'm an OLD SOUL

His last words made me a little upset . the word soul seem to be following me everywhere , even my grandmother used to tell Me that , but what did they mean by that .

I struggled to push him away but he didn't seem to let go , he was stronger than me , instead he just tightened his hold around me and pushed me even closer and said while laughing :

_ you seem to be afraid from my closeness but at the same time you like don't you ? anyway as I see you can't speak a word now so i'm gonna visit you again after your mouth heals . and then just like that he disappeared letting go of me .

I've been cold a soul several times before but why now it seems as if it is something more than just a word . I used to think that everyone has a should of course that's why they are alive or else they would die , because a body without a soul is just like a dead toy .

I thought about talking to grandmother who I felt like she was hiding a lot from me and my brother , I really needed to talk to her now and get the answers that I wanted because my grandmother was always so mysterious .

it was already so dark outside and late at night . I walked down stairs heading to her room when I heard sounds in the kitchen . I opened the door slowly to find grandmother sitting with Adam on the table and chatting to what seem a secret talk because they were whispering while eating some apples .

I entered and closed the door behind me , and as soon as they noticed my presence they stopped talking and stared at each other with hesitation in their eyes and ....fear . I saw fear , as if they were afraid I heard their conversation .

I took the chair between theirs and sat putting both my hands on the table staring at both of them with a straight face .

they both looked at me confused and then Adam spoke trying to bring another topic :

_ Omg , your mouth looks so swollen , did you remove one tooth or your whole mouth ?

_ I sighed at his stupid question and said in a calm tone I could barley speak :

_ I need you to tell me what you are hiding from me NOW ....I'm tired of all this , my head is so messed up and the inside of is so broken .

I kept quite for a Moment and then continued :

_ I need you to tell WHAT IAM ?!

BOTh my Grandmother and Adam looked at me seriously confused at my last sentence and then grandmother said :

_ it seems you are having a hard time finding yourself ha? Alright then but don't be surprised .

I just nodded with curiosity , then my grandmother continued :

_ you are an OLD LOST SOUL whose been in this word for centuries lost because of a mistake that you did .

I looked at grandmother confused and said :

_ what mistake ??!!

then grandmother continued seriously :

_ You chose a forbidden love with a creature that you weren't supposed to be and disobeyed your kind .

I shook my head not understanding what she meant then asked again :

_ So iam not a human ??

grandmother laughed slightly then answered :

_ YOU kind of are .....you might be originally a soul but you can't keep wandering around without a body , and this body was made for ypu since the beginning of your time .

now I started to understand a bit , and then asked again :

_ so Adam is not my real brother ??

_ No , He Is your brother and he is also an old lost soul as you , he helped you in the past and got banished as well .
