346 The Clean Ups

  It's been a while since the Castle held big parties and tonight is a big party. King Edgar was a little nervous holding big parties like this. However, King Kenzo, Duke Maverick, and Prince Caleb did everything to keep everyone safe. The knights were behind the King and Queen, as well as behind him. But they are also protecting the heavily pregnant Duchess. 

"Your father is here," Kenzo mumbled to Maverick as Lord Belmont approached them. He bowed at them with a big smile. 

  Maverick remained casual as he only glanced at Lord Belmont. The man looked happy upon seeing him, but Maverick remained very casual toward the people he met. Even the stepmother would smile at him and greet him happily. They thought that they could get Maverick's heart and attention by simply doing that. But then, the show is just about to start.
