The quiet sounds of the hidden forest filled my senses.

The snow crunching beneath my feet.

I bent down and to examine the tracks.

Lycan tracks.

I pull down my hood, revealing my white and grey wolf ears.

A twig snaps to my right and I hear a growl. My hand snaps to my stun gun.

I tern just in time to see a Lycan jump at me with the force to kill.

My finger pulled the triger without a second thought.

*bang*

The wolf like creature falls to the ground as I side step out of the way.

I reach of my hand cuffs when I feel my phone buzz from my tool belt.

Sighing I tern on my ear piece.

" Hello?"

" Alice, I got a new mission for you."

" Really caterpillar... I'm kind of in the middle of something, I just got attacked by a Lycan and there is no way I'm going to be able to take him to jail alone. " I say a little annoyed

"I'll send rabbit to take care of it. Cheshire is coming to get you."

"Fine, what ever"

Caterpillar hung up on me as a puff of purple smoke, in the shape of 2 men, appears nearby.

" Well, look what our little Alice did this time."

Cheshire, a purple haired, lilac eyed, 18 year old, cat shiftier, with the unique ability to appear and disappear. hes a man who constantly has a evil grin on his guilty face. hes a amazing thief. and that's why Caterpillar has Cheshire on his team.

there's something you should know about Caterpillar.

Caterpillar is a gang leader, one of the biggest in the city. with him being so powerful, he needs to keep the people and government happy, so he has his missions. the difficulty's of them vary from 1 to 20. 1 being easy, 20 being the most difficult and sometimes dangerous.

Caterpillar has a tendency to find some, how should I say this, unique people. he takes in the kids on the streets, runaways, and sometimes kids who want a change in there life.

in my case, i lost my parents to a Lycan when i was 5, was razed by my grandma who was a ex-military general, but when she disappear when I was 12, I was sent to Caterpillar for "protection."

and now i'm 18, I've been one of caterpillars best for about 5 years.

Caterpillar wouldn't have kept me around if i hadn't shown him something that i don't show a lit of people.

He kept me because I'm observant. i'm like a human lie detector. i'm an amazing hunter. I am a pretty good liar, i can always get away with almost everything. i have my were wolf ears and tail, even though i'm not a full werewolf.

"hey! Alice! wake up, your doing it again." i snap out of my thoughts with rabbit snapping his fingers in front of my face.

rabbit, a bleach blond hair, pinkish red eyed, 20 year old, rabbit shiftier, his ability is a photographic memory, and he can freeze time.

i shake my head, clearing my thoughts. "sorry about that, i think i forgot my meds... " i trail off.

rabbit sighs as Cheshire giggles.

" Alice, your always so forgetful" i role my eyes at Cheshire remark.

rabbit goes into his inside vest pocket and pulls out a plastic bag with a few pills in it. he takes one out and hands it to me.

" good thing i know you well enough to know to bring extras." rabbit says, smiling softly. It's sad that his smile is a rare sight to see.

i pop it in my mouth as Cheshire hands me his water bottle.

after taking a big gulp of water to wash the pill down, i hand Cheshire his water bottle.

i grew up most of my life with rabbit, Cheshire, hatter, mouse, and queen. rabbit is like an older brother to me, and Cheshire is like a trouble making little brother, even though Cheshire is 3 months older then me.

" you two head back to the mushroom" rabbit giving the knocked out lycan a disgusted stare.

i nod,

"lets get going, Alice"

" haven't i said to stop calling me that? i'm not crazy, i'm just... curious "

lavender mist engulfs us.
