"This is driving me crazy. For real!" Emily muttered as she drank the coffee that no longer tasted sweet to her because of the anxiety that was taking control of her.

"I can kind of understand your brothers' reactions but what's suddenly up with you? Weren't you all excited about meeting Annika and Clairy till early this morning? Why the sudden change of thoughts?" Shadow questioned as he watched her from his seat on the other side of the table.

The two of them were sitting in the front garden under the oak tree as they waited for Daniel to finally arrive with their special guests but the man seemed to be taking forever for that simple job.

Emily let out a deep sigh before she relaxed in her seat and started taking in some deep breaths to calm herself down. After a couple of seconds, she finally answered, "I think it's their anxiety that took over me too for a while because you are right, I was so thrilled about finally meeting Annika and Clairy."
