1 Chapter one: The first time she was seen

There were four friends on vacation in the woods, so all of the friends went to the lake that was right next to a cabin. So they walked there and they were all in the swimsuits they were ready to play in the water and when they got in the water was really cold so they all decided to get out and go back to the cabin. then one of the friends saw dusk forming and told everyone else they didn't think much of it so they went on with their day. Until one girl has seen a woman in a white dress far away by an old oak tree. And told the others and they were all confused about what she was talking about and one of her friends spoke up an said "There is no one there" when the girl looks at them like they are crazy but when she turns around the bride was gone. No one thought about it until midnight they all heard a sound coming from outside no one thought about it they thought it was an owl or a rabbit so they all started to sleep. The girl woke up to a scream and when she looked around no one else had woken up so she thought she was the only one that had heard it when she looked all her friends were still asleep, she had got up and went to the bathroom and splashed water on her face and when she was drying her face, she had heard crying from outside she had walked to the door, and at first, she was scared to open it, but when she did she ain't she no one there, she had took a looked both ways and still no one so. But there it was again, that crying sound, she had walked outside to see where the crying was coming from, and in the distance, and that's when she saw a figure, she got closer, then she saw a lady and she was crying behind the old oak tree this was the lady she had seen her before. At first, she was scared to approach her, because what was this lady doing out here in the middle of the night ?? She found this really strange but then she started walking towards the lady and she asked her "Are you ok??". but while she was walking towards the lady she touched her shoulder, and before she can turn the lady around to see her face, she heard one of her friends call out her name "LILLY"! "LILLY WHERE ARE YOU??". When she turned around to see who was calling her name, she saw her friends, and when she turned around to look at the lady, she had disappeared ? "what wasn't she just here?". Lilly

turned around and started walking back towards the cabin, but then that's when she felt a cold breeze on the back of her neck, when she turned around there was no one there. She suddenly realized that it wasn't windy outside, she goes back to the cabin and sleeps it off she says before she goes to sleep her friend asks her "why were you outside" she suddenly replies '' Jeremy I don't know I thought I heard crying."
