Chapter #12 A Talk with Chris (1)

As soon as Aran sat and guards left, Chris asked, "Why are you following me everywhere? You must have some reason".

Aran was amazed by this dual personality of who he considered his best friend and thought that he knew everything about him. Because of no age gap and daily meets he considered him more closer than his own biological brother, Jimmy.

Aran said, "What is this? And why are you doing this without telling me anything about it? I might be of some help to you?"

Chris smiled at Aran, "You are so stupid. Don't you remember who was the biggest enemy of the twin's in the highschool? It was me. And you ask why I am doing this, the answer is simple. I could not get the twins without letting police know about my every move or in other words my stepfather, Watson. Don't be so shocked he was the one who told me to never tell anyone that he was not my actual father."

"The twins were not the only problem. Watson and you were also a big problem. So, I had to finish my problems one by one. First I got news about Ryan two months before by Jeff that he would be smuggling some goods from Afghanistan, most probably drugs. I tipped Watson by an unknown number and had him caught" he continued.

Then Chris stood up and went to the mini fridge in the corner of the room and got two cans out and got two glasses from the shelf beside fridge. Then came and sat again the same seat as before. Then he offered one can of beer to Aran who hesitantly accepted it.

Then he continued once again, "Then the next problem was Evan. He is so stupid that he attacked one person near to me, thinking that I'll be scared. And then luck favored me and I got to know his base and then once again got help from police department. He had to go underground and let the matter slowly be forgotten."

"He thought that he would be safe, be he did not know that he messed with the wrong guy. I found him in a village house and killed him there and no one knows about it, other than you."

Aran asked, "What did they do that they had to pay such big a price for?" Chris smirked and said, "I am glad you asked, they got in my business and tried to destroy it and had to pay the price because I cannot let anyone know about my other side."
