"Finally, I have reached Rank 2 Peak Stage."

"I should update my ranking. " Then Ye Tian scanned all his collected beads till now and saw the total points on his watch:320

"It's time for me to complete the second mission as completing the mission will also give me 400 points which should be enough for me to get in the top fifty."

Killing a rank 3 early stage monster gives you 15 points and rank 3 mid stage gives 20 points. For rank 2 monsters it lies 4 to 10 points. Ye Tian has only kiled rank 2 monsters up till now, that's why his points are less.

Ye Tian ventured into the core area directly as he has to earn points.

On the announcement platform, the points system was changing per minute.

"Supervisor Kai, You were indeed right. The top three students of this trial up till now are Bai Feng, Lin Haoran and Hang Dong. You have cultivated good students this year."

" As for those C rank cities , they don't even get a stock of the body refining potion. So, it's very hard for them to compete with other candidates. Only some rare students can make into the rankings ."

Supervisor Kai expressed his thoughts with a worrying face.

" I know that you must be thinking why the Martial Arts Alliance doesn't provide C rank cities body refining potions ,right?"

" It's because there are not enough materials available on Earth to make Body Refining Potions endlessly. So it's given to only A Rank and B Rank Cities as they have more stable foundation compared to C Rank Cities."

Instructor Fan cleared Old kai's doubts .

Three hours before the trial's end,

Hang Dang who was of Blue Moon City was fleeing away while counterattacking a monster .

" Didn't they say that in the core area only rank 3 beasts live ?"

" How the f**k is there a rank 4 monster here?!"

"I could've run away easily if it were a late stage or even peak stage rank 3

monster but it's impossible for me to get red of this beast . "

"Am I going to be disqualified from the trial after coming this far?"

" Oh God , was there any enmity between me and you before?"

While Hang Dong was cursing himself , he stumbled upon a student who was fighting against a beast. He shouted :

"Run , run , there is a rank 4 beast in this area! ."

When Ye Tian heard a noise , he turned back and saw a student fleeing away from a monster whose speed seemed to fast for a rank 3 beast.

"It must be a rank 4 beast."

Ye Tian said with an excited face , not with fear . He didn't even intend to run away . He then asked the system.

"System, if I kill a rank 4 beast, can it too help in completing my second mission ?"

"Host , you are right. You can get 10 rank 3 mid stage monsters kill point if you kill a rank 4 monster."

Ye Tian was very happy to hear this reply from the system.

He has already killed 15 rank 3 mid stage monsters but he wasn't able to find beasts with mid stage strength anywhere in the core area after that.

So he worried about how to complete his 2nd mission as he didn't want to lose those potions .

Now the God helped him by sendng this prey in his way to solve his problem.

"I was easily able to kill rank 3 mid stage beasts with my half strength and without even using my genetic power to it's limit. "

" If I attack with all my strength , I think I can kill this beast."

"Well, what's the need to fear, as even if I can't kill it , I can still run away."

Then , Ye Tian jumped towards the beast , pushed his genetic power to the limit and used the third form of the Lightning Sword to deal a critical hit to it.

To Ye Tian's surprise, his sword directly pierced the head of the rank 4 beast and blood splattered everywhere.

" I didn't think it would be this easy to kill it."

Suddenly, the system's prompt sounded in his mind interrupting his thoughts.

"Ding! Congratulations to the host for completing the 2nd mission and getting the reward."

Hang Dong, who was running away looked back and found that there was no beast chasing him anymore. So he stopped and retreated the place wher ye Tian was.

But the moment he saw the monster's body divided in half , he was shocked to his nerves.

He believed that there was no one stronger than him in this trial except Bai Feng and Xin Yan who were only ahead of him by a slight margin .

But watching Ye Tian kill this beast in seconds, he forgot his previous thoughts. He was sure that they were not even equal to Ye Tian's half strength.

He regained his composure and said to Ye Tian,

" Brother, thank you for saving me. If you hadn't been here, I would've been disqualified."

"It's okay , you don't have to thank me . Just remember to not spread this matter to anyone."

Ye Tian said with a serious face.

Hang Dong quickly understood Ye Tian's intention and replied back.

" Brother, don't worry, I won't say a single word of this matter to anyone.

My mouth will be always sealed."

"Yeah, brother, what is your name?

My name is Hang Dong."

"I am Ye Tian."

" Brother, I have never heard of you in the Blue Moon City before. Are you from a B rank city??"

Hang Dong asked out of curiosity in between his conversation of him and Ye Tian.

"No, I come from a C rank city." Ye Tian gave a plain answer.
