Chapter 2

Sierra's POV

I have not been here long enough to cause any problems. I thought I was doing good. I left Los Angles to get away from hacking and family issues I need this job but I am not trying to get on anyone's radar. It might be time to find another job. Getting off the elevator and trying to quickly and quietly make it back to my cubical. I do not want to see Mr. Choi. He makes me very uncomfortable.

"Were you able to successfully get his computer up and running?" He is always the last person I want to be bothered with. But as usual, he pops up out of nowhere. He looks nervous. I know that he knows I am more than qualified to do this job. "Yes, sir I was." He looked a bit nervous but seemed to calm down when I didn't add any more information. "All I had to do was reboot his computer and he was able to reset his password." That seems to calm him down more. This dude is shiftier than a rope bridge in a windstorm.

I attempt to get to work, but he didn't leave. He instead fixed a firm look on his face and asked me another stupid question. "Are you sure that was all he needed? I attempted to check your work by remote accessing the company laptop." Cute he is trying to act like a competent boss. Too bad I know he isn't anything more than a perverted moron. I found a pin camera he had hidden under my desk so he could look up my skirt.

I should have gone to human resources but I didn't. I simply disconnected the camera and politely blocked his free-range access to the internet. "I'm sure it is because I never opened it. it wasn't necessary to shut down the computer. If you like I can take a look at that computer." I smile as I offer my services to fix the computer. "However Mr. Kim said if you had any other questions you can ask him. Something about his computer being personal."

"No that won't be necessary. I just wanted o make sure you knew that. You did a good job." He got this weird look in his eye and his eyes seem to look everywhere at once. I know this look, he is about to run. He walks away from my cubical and I pull up the tracker I put on his cell phone. There is no way I am not going to know where this pervert is. I don't trust him. He looks like the kind of perv that will get your personal information from your employee file. I plan to watch him like the C.I.A.

Jin's POV

Finally, it's time to go home. Walking out of my office building and into the underground garage. I see my driver waiting for me next to my town car, but something feels off. Before I allow myself to get into the car. I check around me checking my surroundings, I see nothing out of the ordinary. Smiling as I get into the car through the door my driver is holding open for me. I roll the window down right after he closes the door taking one last look around me. I can't shake the feeling that someone is following me. I still don't see a thing. Rolling down the partition I greet my driver.

"Good evening, Mr. Park. How was your day?" He has been my driver for a few years now. He is a great man, always on time. "Not too bad Mr. Kim. My boy turns seven tomorrow. As soon as I get off tonight, I need to see if I can find the new remote control robot toy he wants. He has been asking for it for a while now.

"Seven years old already? Tell him I said happy birthday. I miss the little guy." Sometimes he has to bring him to work with him. The first time he was scared he was going to be fired. His wife was sick and he had no one else to watch him. He is a great kid that was so proud to be at work with his father. He spent the whole day opening my door for me, so I paid him for his work. He was so proud that he earned his own money.

"He is doing well. He keeps trying to come to get a job. My wife tries to explain to him that he needs to finish school before he can get his job. It is the funniest thing." I can't wait to have a family of my own. I like the sound of contentment in his voice when he speaks of his family. "How is your wife?" She had been sick for a little bit. "She is much better now. Giving the boy a hard time, making him eat his vegetables and whatnot."

"I have been meaning to tell you that my son is so impressed with your Mario collection. He thinks it is the best thing. Told his mother that you had a museum in your house." We both laughed. I remember he kept asking me where I hid the security man that watched my stuff. Told me he wanted that job when he got old enough. "I will send him the first piece for his collection. I think the robot and Mario should make a happy birthday for him. Is he having a party and will you be there this year?" Mr. Park is a hard worker but has missed a birthday or two.

"No, I can't I signed up for more hours tomorrow. With the new baby on the way I need all the money I can get." Looking back at me with a sad smile in the mirror." No way am I going to let him work on his kid's birthday. "Nope, you're off tomorrow, with pay. Your son needs this time with you. If you miss his birthday for a kid that isn't here yet it may cause resentment." I chuckle at the shocked look on his face. "I've been in his shoes. Take the weekend and have some fun father-son time with your son."

"Maybe I can come in and do at least a half-day. What kind of message am I sending my son if I don't work for my money." He is so afraid his son will be like the kids he goes to school with. He sends him to a private school to get the best education he can afford. His son is far from spoiled. "Bring him with you then. So he can see you and I can give him his present." He nods and continues to drive. He and his wife have done an amazing job with their son. If my kids are half as well behaved as his son I would be lucky. We pull into my driveway and he opens my door for me. "I'll you tomorrow. Do me a favor and get home quickly and safely. I don't want your wife mad at me." He waves on his way back into the car. "She forgives you it's me that suffers."

Feeling good as I turn off my alarm. That good feeling went away as soon as I walked into the house. Things seemed to be out of place. Not a lot but enough to make me concerned since I live alone. My coffee table has a neat stack of magazines on it and my remote is sitting neatly next to it. I have not seen my remote in weeks and I was running a little late so I left a magazine on the couch I wanted to read. I also don't stack my magazines I fan them out. I live alone and my maid is on vacation. Who the hell has been in my house.

Doing a quick walk-through, I don't see anything else obviously out of place. I almost regret letting my staff have the day off. They work hard and deserve the time, I just wish I weren't alone right now. I guess I can give one of my brothers a call, one of them should be good for something. Reaching into my pocket to get out my cellphone a piece of paper falls out. It's the paper Sierra wrote her number on. Maybe I should call her and have her do a sweep of my home. Deciding against it I begin to pick a brother to call. Suga is probably fighting the boys to sleep. Joon is most likely curled up with a few women and Tae is probably with his current golddigger. It's not even worth it to call those two. Hobi is away on a job and Jungkook is not answering his phone.

This woman is going to think I am paranoid or looking for a booty call. Instead of calling I text her. I simply ask that she comes by here first thing tomorrow morning. Hell, we have already broken a few federal laws together. How much harm could a house call be?

"Forgive the people that let you down, because no matter how bad they hurt you, they taught you something. They taught you to be strong. They taught you to be better." Choi Soobin
