Chapter 13

Jin's POV

I felt my shoulders tighten as the words left her mouth. "You're right you can't." Her smug look told me she expected that response.

"From now on I will be the only man you will be with." Not sure why it makes me mad to think of her with some other man. It's not like I care if she was a virgin or not. I guess my irritation was written on my face because the next thing out of her mouth was, "Get your boxers out of a bunch sir, I am not in a relationship. I haven't had much time since I got here. I wanted to try it though. I have never before been in a relationship where the person wasn't using me for something. You know connections, money or maybe just wanted to say they had been with me.

"It never occurred to me that you have never been in a relationship before. I will do my best to make you happy in this relationship except let you date." Her little giggle tells me that she is at least not opposed to it. Looking into her eyes so she can see my sincerity.

"I understand that you will be giving up a lot marrying me. A lot of experiences that you will only have with me. I want you to make the best decision for yourself, with the full understanding that this marriage will be very real. Any man that touches you after you say I do will die where he stands." She blinks a few times before she answers. I am sure she is just digesting what I am telling her.

"You barely know me. Why would you make that kind of sacrifice for me?" She has a very skeptical look on her face. It is kind of hard to notice with the way she is leaning back on her hands pushing her breasts out.

"Once we marry you and Sampson will become my responsibility, not my burden or my obligation. We will be family and will have the rest of our lives to learn about each other. We will many date nights to do all the things you want to do. Most importantly, I am ok with you not cooking." Laughing I pull her into my lap, confident that she is going to agree.

"What if we don't get along?" I guess that is a fair question. I haven't told her yet but I know she can be a brat and I am ready for her. "I don't believe in divorce. Worst case scenario we will get separate rooms, but we will always live in the same house. I can't protect you if you are not with me and I will keep you safe."

I am not sure what else I can do or say. I just hope that I have said enough to ease her concerns. She doesn't look entirely sure but she doesn't look as lost anymore. "Yes, Jin I will marry you."

A few hours later

Sierra's POV

I look around the garden and it's beautiful. We are in an area full of white, pink, yellow, blue, and purple flowers in bloom around the pergola we are standing in front of. Jin said that just because our marriage is rushed doesn't mean it has to be tacky, so he chose this spot. He also insisted everyone dress appropriately.

He wore black dress slacks and a white button-down shirt. I wore a white maxi sundress with little flowers on the straps, that I borrowed from Yoongi's wife. He even put Sampson in a black bowtie standing next to us. He called and had Yoongi and his wife bring a bouquet of pink roses.

We had only Yoongi and his wife Kelis as witnesses at our wedding. I felt special that even though Jin doesn't love me, he still made this moment special for me. He put together an amazing wedding in three hours. Honestly not sure I would change anything even if I could except maybe more guests. I feel bad his other brothers are going to miss it.

Standing in front of the pergola, we face the minister. He smiles and begins the ceremony. We quickly make it to the vows. Jin says his with the same confidence and authority like he does everything.

"I, Kim Seokjin, take thee, Sierra Mitchell, to be my lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part, according to God's holy ordinance; and thereto I pledge thee my faith, fidelity and myself to you."

I feel like I could love him if I tried. He is a good man, he doesn't have to help me. He could have collected on the hit. I feel a slight poke in my ribs and realize I spaced and it's my turn.

"I, Sierra Mitchell, take thee, Kim Seokjin, to be my lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part, according to God's holy ordinance; and thereto I pledge thee my faith, fidelity and myself to you."

With a huge smile, the minister announced, "By the powers vested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife. Mr. Kim, you may kiss your bride." With a huge smile, he kisses me. He kept it chaste. That was not enough to keep our small audience from cutting up. They hooped and hollered and clapped. As I hugged the minister and expected his congratulations and well wishes.

When I turned to look for Jin was greeted by Yoongi's wife, Kelis. "Welcome to the family." She wraps me in a tight hug and I felt genuinely excepted. I have never had a sibling let alone a sister.

"Thank you for the dress and for just being here. I don't have friends and it means a lot that you could be here." Pulling back from the hug she smiles and says, "Think nothing of it. I wouldn't miss this for the world. I am so excited to have a sister. You now have six brothers, a father, and a husband that will move mountains for you. Not to mention a mother and a sister that will cherish you and always have your back. I can't wait for you to come with Mom and me on our girls' day."

Just then the guys walk over. Yoongi looks a bit concerned saying, "Angel no corrupting Jin's wife. She hasn't even been in the family for an hour yet." He pulls her to his side and kisses her. "There are so many men in this family. I just want her to feel welcome. She needs someone to tell her about family stuff. Us women need to stick together, there are only three of us." Both men looked a little pale and that concerned me a bit.

"I promise to tell her whatever she needs to know about the family or anything else." He pulls me closer to him. The fact that they are literally separating us means she is going to be my new best friend. I like her she seems friendly and like someone, I want to know.

"Sierra, mom, and I get together weekly to shopping, have lunch, and generally just bond. We would love for you join to us. Don't let Jin talk you out of it." She flashes Jin a big smile before Yoongi turns her to head home.

"When is she getting her card Jin?" Card, what card. That made me curious. Jin just shrugged his shoulders, "I'm not sure, but it will come soon." He leans down and scratches Samson behind his ear.

"Please bring this bundle of love with you. Mom is going to love him. He is her first fur grandbaby. He is going to be spoiled rotten." She was rubbing his back and he was sucking it up. "Don't worry about your card. Mom and I will cover whatever you order until Jin gives you yours."

Both men groan and shake their heads. I giggled, you would think they were doing something horrible instead of lunch and shopping. I mean how much damage can they do with that.

"Yoongi please take your wife home before she breaks mine." He chuckles and grabs her hands and begins to walk her home. Kelis walks but the whole time telling Yoogni that she was so happy there was another woman in the family.

Looking up at Jin with a smile I tell him, "I like her." I lean down and take Samson's bowtie off. "I'm glad you do. She and Mom are great. He holds my hand and we begin to head back to our temporary home.
