The Battle for Life..

Matsuno stood behind the parapet with binoculars as he was on night watch. He looked at his watch before looking back to the landscape with the moon shining down its natural light through the clouds. There, multiple faces appeared crawling and stuck as men disrupted nature's sounds, with them being stuck in barbed wire or attempting to find an opening.

The Shogunate stared as they saw Matsuno look at them, knowing the element of surprise was broken as some of the other night watch men saw this. They opened fire with rounds, hitting some men stuck in the barbed wire alerting the camp. The Shogunate men with no other option charged at the base, with most of them getting stuck on the barbed wire due to having to run up and sometimes tripping down on it.

Men from the charging side screamed in panic upon being stuck with some of their skin being pulled out if moved to quickly. They were stuck like bugs on a bug trap with them being shot with Pattern Enfield 1853s with them splashing blood out upon impact of the round.

One of the Imperalist men quickly ran to the firework as he lighted it, alerting the whole base was under attack. With the firework exploding it had exposed multiple men on the charging side once again allowing deadly volleys of accurate fire upon the charging men with brain matter flying, hands either exploded off or exploded entirely, limbs scattered, gulf ball holes in the chests upon them and many other wounds.

With though the Shogunate infantry getting close matsuno shouted out the order "FIX BAYONETS!" Upon the order, multiple men opened the bayonet holder before the hundred men clicked on the bayonets on their rifles, producing the metallic sounds before continuing fire upon the Shogunate.

Finally, the Shogunate had come over the parapets charging with seeking revenge. The Imperalists bashed in melee with 5 men upon popping over the parapets with finally an order being shouted from Matsuno with a scream echoing "CHARGEEE!" The bulge sounded with men screaming down the word "BANZAAAAI!!!!!"

The 102 men charged down, screaming at the top of their lungs, impaling fear through the hearts of the Shogunate.

The hell was about to begin.
